The room was fine, but breakfast was pretty average. There are plenty of food options in the mall downstairs, so there's no real need to book breakfast here.

Location is best for people who like to walk around in city area, many shops, restaurants within few mins but jam during peak hours if hire taxi/uber. Check in a bit slow and get the room late around 4pm however staffs are helpful. Overall good if you like to stay in city area within short distance.

Everything remains the same and I, a traveler, stay in the same place because it is clean, safe, convenient to travel and close to shopping areas. The hotel has everything, including washing machines, clothes drying racks, microwaves, kitchen equipment and irons.

We checked in late, close to midnight. We requested for luggage delivery service. After waiting for a long time, we decided to go down and collect the luggage ourself. The room is kinda cold as the heater may not be functioning. Nevertheless, the hotel upgraded one room so that we can enjoy the new year fireworks. Breakfast is served 30 mins late.

The rooms were not well taken care of, I had to be moved to another room with my family. The management needs to do better in this case. The wall sockets are in bad shape. Very bad. There's a subway station two minutes' walk away. The area is predominantly Black and Indian residents, and the moment you step into the room, you can smell curry.

Pretty good the curtains were stained, and 2 out of the 3 tvs didnt work, no dryer only a washer and the washer didnt work so i told staff and they came and gave me a new washing machine and it worked but spilled a bunch of water on the ground. Very spacious good beds and smell good, but unfortunately it did not come with a dryer only a washer for my clothes, i really like how spacious it is they even have hair dryers in the bathroom and they provided us with water, the hall is nice and quiet.
