Hotels in Deira in Dubai

Comfortable hotel but location is far from places we want to visit. A lot of taxi doesn't know how to get to the pick up and drop off point because is at the carpark underground.

overall ok... but the worst is the access to get into and out of hotel lobby. very confusing. wait time for uber is very long because drivers are lost. sauna is not hot. the elevators has a very long wait time. quite annoying

The hotel does not have car drop off point . It has only car drop off point at B3 which is inconvenient to get taxi or uber. So, we have to walk nearby Marriot for it.

Great service from the reception desk to give us a free drop off or complimentary car to airport. I csnt remember his name but he was checked us in on 27 Dec 25 at 7am ij the morning. The suv ready by the time me and my family checked out at the basement 3 and my family and I arrived on tine at the airport. Thanks

The staff is very welcoming, they make you feel right at home. The car validation for our daily parking is also a breeze! They are pro-active and reach out to us before we even approach the counter

The room has a really cool and interesting design. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept great. The only quirky thing was the sink, it splashed water everywhere. There's a pretty private dressing area, but there aren't many chairs in the room, just a tiny coffee table and a small stool, which made eating a bit inconvenient. Also, the windows don't open.

Overall, it was okay, but there were a few issues. The windows weren't soundproof, and the kettle lid wouldn't stay closed. On the second night, the bathroom ceiling fell down, and something inside was flashing. We were leaving the next day anyway, so we didn't bother reporting it.

To all my photography-loving sisters, I highly recommend this hotel! The room itself was really unique, though the facilities were quite old, which is understandable. Since it's located in the old town, there's morning chanting that woke me up – there's virtually no soundproofing. They do offer a shuttle service, which makes getting around fairly convenient. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it was sufficient.

This hotel is located in the old town. The environment is pretty average, and the service isn't particularly good. Most importantly, there's a lack of hot water in the shower; it's mostly cold. If you're visiting during the New Year, you won't be able to shower comfortably. The only upsides are its proximity to the airport and a Michelin-starred restaurant.

The customer service was awesome, very friendly and helpful, but the location is too popular and far away from the main attractions of the city. The ceilings are a bit low, the elevator is quite small, the balcony window doesn't close properly, and the decor is a bit dated.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean however more amenities need to be added like iron box and blow dryer. They have additional activities like the sports bar and spa which were great if required.

Ok hotel , dated and tired ….did request quiet room and not near the lift after long haul flight , request was received and sent back to my email from trip.com yet but can you believe it giving room outside lift right on road side and opposite building site which started at 06.00 hours am …I arrived at 10.30 pm so not a lot of sleep not good experience.

The room was very clean and the front desk service was excellent.

The initially allotted rooms were completely closed, with no outside view, and the only visible items were paint tins. Later, we were shifted to the top floor, which was satisfactory. However, no services such as baggage handling or assistance in shifting luggage to the rooms were provided.

This hotel is located in the Deira district, an area predominantly populated by Indian and Pakistani communities, with many South Asian restaurants around. The price is higher than other hotels, and the facilities aren't particularly new. The bathroom is cramped, but overall, it's decent.

Ms. Zahra at the reception is super kind and friendly. The housekeeping team is on top of things, handling requests right away.
