I'd like to thanks to Mr.Sheezan who's in the reception area for our checking out time.For us the hotel is accommodating and comfortable, its quiet and simple.We just experienced the water flows slowly and the heater is not that much getting hot that we used to take a hot bath. But no issue for that, we would like to booked again in the same hotel soon.

The hotel facilities are good, the concierge is OK. Dinners perfect. Friendly staff also. However, there were so many Africans (French Speaking) always around the receptions. Think they came for shopping as they are always moving shrink wrapped bags up and down. Hotel Management needs to create a special reception for them away from public glare if they still have to accommodate them.

I lived with my family recently and the overall experience was not satisfactory. Even though we have good staffs like Tanveer, Muhammad and Saida. This hotel is incredibly convenient, with a food court and Carrefour right in front, and close proximity to the airport and metro station. The room was clean, and the shower pressure, which is rare for hotels abroad, was excellent. The local restaurant next door to the hotel was also cheap and delicious.

Jireh and Rachelle from reception are very accommodating. Whenever I come in here, they always greet me with a smile so it feels very welcoming to me. They do the check in process so quick and with ease. The place is also very clean and rooms are organized. I highly recommend this place. It has easy access to grocery stores, supermarkets, cafe and restaurants.

Nice hotel in Deira area, where you will have plenty of options for dine in and chill. Staff's are cooperative and ready to suggest you plenty of options. The hotel is placed near abuhail road, there you have conveyance to access taxi, metro or bus. Parking available in the hotel if you have car. The building looks little old but well maintained.

Good 4 star hotel for an overnight stay at a rather low rate. Very good location for street dining at low cost and also close to metro. Ghurair shopping mall and discounted center are within walking distance. Breakfast is average for the day. But do not expect cappuccino or pastries for the price you pay.

It was a great experience staying at Grand central hotel. We had a very nice time with my mom. Everything was fine, rooms clean, location is very close to the metro which is great. I’d definitely come back to stay at this place whenever I am coming back to Dubai.

This hotel is in the old town, and while the surrounding area is a bit so-so, the hotel itself has been renovated, which makes it a bit better – at least the shower is decent. It's very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is really close to the airport and has direct subway access, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending. The room design is beautiful, and the overall environment is even better with a pool. Breakfast was also delicious.

At 1st I was worried to stay because the hotel has a lot of party bars in the same building and I thought there will be lots of noises. We stayed for 11 days here and all really went well. Thanks for accommodating my requests. Everything was pleasant from the reception, to the housekeeping and everything! We would definitely comeback here!

I was welcomed by delicate biscuits and apples. Thanks to the hotel. Very close to the Dubai World Trade Centre.

There's a bar downstairs, so it gets quite noisy at night, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. However, the in-room amenities are decent, with slippers, toothbrushes, and combs provided.

The bar's music is very loud at night, playing until 3am!

They should have better control over the security staff. The security guards could be more polite when asking guests for their room numbers.
