Because I needed extra mineral water and towels, they proactively left an additional 2 bottles of water and extra towels when cleaning the room

Booked a 2-bedroom suite and was given a room on the 32nd floor, which is the highest floor. The view was amazing, with direct sight of the Burj Khalifa and the evening fountain show

We stayed in the main Manor House which we loved as were close to everything and the rooms are out of this world, you really feel like you are staying in a palace

Stayed here 16 till 22nd January as many of the other reviews stated the hotel is a little outdated but it is very close to Dubai mall, so is very convenient for those who want to shop
