Great place to spend time with family. Good SPA, cuisine, rooms. The spa has 3 saunas, 2 pools, jacuzzi, salt room. It's good to come with children, the little one didn't leave the pools)) The staff is polite. The prices for the kitchen are a little high, but the hotel is not 3 stars) We liked it, I recommend! 😁

The swimming Pool and spa were nice. The rooms were ok but not the 5 star I hoped for. The AC wasn’t great. Breakfast items were limited.

I stayed at this hotel in September for a couple of weeks. Service, the attitude from the team, room cleanliness were superb 👍🏻 From the personal security perspective it felt safe. Food was great too but because I was there for 2 weeks after first week the choice started feeling boring. I assume not many people stay for a long time so you won’t even notice this issue if you’re there for several days...

While this hotel is categorised as 3-stars, it could easily pass for 4-stars. The room is comfortable, well insulated, and generally quiet. I was fortunate to have a room with a beautiful view of the square. The decor is modern, and the room is well equipped. However, I do not recommend to eat in the hotel lobby restaurant which is overpriced and low-quality. The lobby in general is not impressive...

Great experience in the city centre. Professional staff of the hotel made my stay unforgettable. All pandemic measures were met and I felt safe and comfortable. Clean and spacious room with fantastic view. I highly recommend this hotel!

No air conditioning available at the first floor at villas. Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak.

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Nice hotel in a relatively secluded place of the beach. The pool was awesome, the beachfront is very close and beautiful. But the price is a little too high for what it has to offer.

Prime see-front position with nice restaurant on beach. Very very friendly staff with receptionist fully fluent in English. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and a mould spot removed from the ceiling. Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. For the high price of the room very bad breakfast using cheapest products and one-fits all catering (worse than food on airplanes).

Quite a high level of service for ridiculous money, Parking nearby, there is a drawback with the insulation, but the price evens out all the flaws...

The rooms are old with old beds, but on the other hand, what can you expect for the price? there is only wifi on the ground floor

Lovely and quiet hotel with a beautiful pool and view of the sea. We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. The staff (reception, restaurant, and cleaning) were all super. The food at the restaurant was reasonably-priced and delicious. We will stay again the next time we visit Odesa.

The Hotel Panorama is simply excellent. It’s so good, I don’t really want anyone else to know about it. Lovely setting, amazing views over the Black Sea. Quite exclusive. Only thirty three rooms. Spent here 2 nights in the end of the May. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. We had the room with the balcony and sofa. I guess these are the best rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly. Very good food. The only issue they have its with the parking space but this is also solvable. Next trip to Odessa will be staying also here for sure.

Well established hotel in sea side in Zatoka. 1st ans 2nd lines blocks. Well developed infrastructure includes kids entertainment area, sports grounds and workout place. Rooms are small but clean.

Well, 1600grn. Standard double room air conditioning, hot water, normally clean and change linen and towels. Animation is present, with children involved, three meals a day but there is no choice. Yesterday I came home, rested in RUTE 8 days with the whole family. Sea of positive emotions and only positive emotions!!! Thank you for clean beaches and rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is very good game,everything is fine parasols, sun loungers free,there is a bar, a buffet, a dining room , a private beach where no one sells. Grand old soviet style hotel. It's in better shape than most soviet hotels in Russia. I went for the un air conditioned room in December because i like to sleep in a cold room. The bed was soft, the pillows were awsome, and the douvet was super warm. It's like a time capsule down to the CRT tv. Wifi was excellent.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! 1. Very clean. 2. Close to downtown kharkiv. 3. Next to the metro. 4. Next to a bank, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. (They also have WESTERN UNION open for 24 hours.) 5. The staff are very well mannered. 6. The heating system is awesome and the AC is great also. 7. You can also visit the botanical gardens near by the hotel if you want to do some meditation!

We have often, with even large groups of 20 or more, stayed in the Ibis Styles Lviv Center. There are reasons, such as people like Marta at the front desk but also because of Halyna Kozlovska, who has often seen to it that we were fully enjoying our stay. Please honor them for the extras they give in warmth and efficiency to customers. We shall return as a result.

This was my second long stay at the Ibis Styles Lviv. Everything was great, again. Besides the excellent room, breakfast, and lobby facilities, the staff deserve special mention. Marta, especially, at the front desk is helpful and friendly, going well above and beyond expectations. The sales manager gave me great Lviv tips as well. Super place.

Been to restaurant last week...we were 3 and dishes been served not at the same time, I got mine first and waited about 10 minutes for dishes to another people to start to eat mine. Ather adventure was to find someone to pay our bill...we were waited also like 10 min for any staff...after went to bar and call, but hear only laughs at the staff room, one of the person after long waiting came inside...

Brilliant hotel visited a few years ago on my 2nd visit to kyiv. And I can't wait to visit again in the future. Staff were brilliant, and my room was amazing and spotlessly clean. I had a room with a balcony onto the river, which was beautiful and peaceful sitting on my balcony watching the world go by. Nice and easy to get a taxi into the town centre, highly recommend

Maybe just my bad luck in my second time staying here. I got a room in the loft with no view and no neighbors. But the worst thing is I haven't got any toilet paper nor table/facial tissue. The room was very stylish and spacious. Also clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was in central part of Lviv so getting everywhere was easy. The only disappointing thing was noisy conditioning system. You can't really switch it off 'cause apparently it is designed for whole block. So I suspect the soundproof is poor.

Missing one star only due to lack of English language in all hotel services except reception, but everyone was nice and kind, despite the difficulties of communication.

Perfect place for a work trip. I'd plan to come here everytime for work-related stays that are both short or long term.
