Was amazing stay. Will come back.

Lovely and quiet hotel with a beautiful pool and view of the sea. We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. The staff (reception, restaurant, and cleaning) were all super. The food at the restaurant was reasonably-priced and delicious. We will stay again the next time we visit Odesa.

Spent here 2 nights in the end of the May. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. We had the room with the balcony and sofa. I guess these are the best rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly. Very good food. The only issue they have its with the parking space but this is also solvable. Next trip to Odessa will be staying also here for sure.

Wonderful experience! Clean, cozy, comfortable, warm, which is a rarity these days—one might even say very warm. Beautiful textiles, room decor, comfortable chairs, sofas, many sliding doors with photocells, etc.... In short, I loved everything.

Well established hotel in sea side in Zatoka. 1st ans 2nd lines blocks. Well developed infrastructure includes kids entertainment area, sports grounds and workout place. Rooms are small but clean.

Well, 1600grn. Standard double room air conditioning, hot water, normally clean and change linen and towels. Animation is present, with children involved, three meals a day but there is no choice. Yesterday I came home, rested in RUTE 8 days with the whole family. Sea of positive emotions and only positive emotions!!! Thank you for clean beaches and rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is very good game,everything is fine parasols, sun loungers free,there is a bar, a buffet, a dining room , a private beach where no one sells. Grand old soviet style hotel. It's in better shape than most soviet hotels in Russia. I went for the un air conditioned room in December because i like to sleep in a cold room. The bed was soft, the pillows were awsome, and the douvet was super warm. It's like a time capsule down to the CRT tv. Wifi was excellent.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! 1. Very clean. 2. Close to downtown kharkiv. 3. Next to the metro. 4. Next to a bank, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. (They also have WESTERN UNION open for 24 hours.) 5. The staff are very well mannered. 6. The heating system is awesome and the AC is great also. 7. You can also visit the botanical gardens near by the hotel if you want to do some meditation!

I had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv Podil City Centre. What impressed me the most was the staff — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Absolutely beautiful hotel. If you like boats and being comfortable this is definitely for you. The staff are wonderful, the beds are so comfortable and the rooms simply and smartly decorated. The only hotel I've ever stayed that I don't have a thing to complain about. Would love to stay there again.

Maybe just my bad luck in my second time staying here. I got a room in the loft with no view and no neighbors. But the worst thing is I haven't got any toilet paper nor table/facial tissue. The room was very stylish and spacious. Also clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. The location was in central part of Lviv so getting everywhere was easy. The only disappointing thing was noisy conditioning system. You can't really switch it off 'cause apparently it is designed for whole block. So I suspect the soundproof is poor.

Missing one star only due to lack of English language in all hotel services except reception, but everyone was nice and kind, despite the difficulties of communication.

Very nice stay for a work seminar. The hotel overlooks a beautiful park, with an easy 15-20 minute walk to old town, Lviv. We stayed there because they have a bomb shelter in the basement for the almost daily (while we were there) missile or drone attacks on the city. Two of us stayed here for four days and nights. I love this hotel and will return. The staff are super helpful and multilingual, and go out of their way to help. Housekeeping is wonderful and it’s straight across the lane from a huge supermarket which has everything you can imagine. Wifi is fast and the bed comfortable. Highly recommended

In July 2016 was a construction site next to the hotel. Because of this it was noisy. Fast and free Wi-Fi . There is always hot water.

This is not the first time I order hammam. At a cost of 500 UAH / hour. Spacious, good heat. There is a jacuzzi. You can go without accessories. Sheets, towels, slippers are provided. Also served tea with sweets, a jug of water with ice.

Very realistically. First of all, when you call to book the room - make sure to ask for room specifically with the view on the lake (it's opposite to the road), the reception has a directive to always assume that you don't mind sleeping in the room facing the road (stinks of gas if you open the window, plus loud if you want to sleep with fresh air and once again - stinks), they will never book you...

This is our favorite place to stay on the way from Germany-Poland to Kyiv. Great location, picturesque landscape, delicious food.

Great hotel, very nice and adequate staff. Well equipped, clean rooms and bathroom. Plenty space al over the amenities. The breakfast offers lots of choices and good quality. Easy to reach, and only a short drive to Lviv city center. Definitely worth a visit if you want an easy, convenient stay, without the hassle of a city-center.

My future wife and I stayed here and it was great. The room was great, the range of dishes that can be ordered in from the kitchen was great, and the quality of the food was superb. Well worth staying at.

My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise. Bontiak is my favorite hotel in Ukraine. I have stayed there numerous times since 2022. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. It is also one of the most well protected hotels in the city.
