Excellent hotel with nice staff. A well-deserved sign "Revisor recommends" in 2018. The presence of an elevator, rooms for people with disabilities, covered parking for cars and a restaurant are clear advantages compared to many options in Kharkiv. Nearby - gas station, car wash and supermarket "Posad". A couple of moments that annoyed a little: poor sound insulation in the rooms...

This is not the first time I order hammam. At a cost of 500 UAH / hour. Spacious, good heat. There is a jacuzzi. You can go without accessories. Sheets, towels, slippers are provided. Also served tea with sweets, a jug of water with ice.

The personel and cleaning is perfect. Customer satisfaction is very good. a bit far from the city center but calm and peaceful.

Very realistically. First of all, when you call to book the room - make sure to ask for room specifically with the view on the lake (it's opposite to the road), the reception has a directive to always assume that you don't mind sleeping in the room facing the road (stinks of gas if you open the window, plus loud if you want to sleep with fresh air and once again - stinks), they will never book you...

This is our favorite place to stay on the way from Germany-Poland to Kyiv. Great location, picturesque landscape, delicious food.

Great hotel, very nice and adequate staff. Well equipped, clean rooms and bathroom. Plenty space al over the amenities. The breakfast offers lots of choices and good quality. Easy to reach, and only a short drive to Lviv city center. Definitely worth a visit if you want an easy, convenient stay, without the hassle of a city-center.

My future wife and I stayed here and it was great. The room was great, the range of dishes that can be ordered in from the kitchen was great, and the quality of the food was superb. Well worth staying at.

Extraordinary hotel complex in Carpathian mountains. Beautiful landscape design, selected plants, very spacious indoor and outdoor. Just the perfect place for mountain hiking, close to some of highest peaks in the Ukrainisn Carparthian mountains. Good comfort in woiden cottages, very good kitchen & bar, just a nice place to stay there.

The place is pretty, but a bit more expensive than other in this area. They have a small pool and nice territory for a walk. Good choice of drinks and meals in the restaurant, but the brakfast is not really good (the choice is poor there). Recommended place to visit with your family, friends, children or just for a couples.

My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise. However, the good news was that the noise did turn off around 11PM (10 PM on some nights). But, why play music loudly late at night? The gym is nice, and would be nicer if it were open...

Commons : the hotel looks very nice from outside as from inside. The bar is also equipped with a whisky and cigar zone, which is rare enough to be noticed ! Bontiak is my favorite hotel in Ukraine. I have stayed there numerous times since 2022. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. It is also one of the most well protected hotels in the city.

The hostel itself was quite nice, the beds were pretty comfy with curtains which I find essential these days. The lockers have an electric pass code, which makes things easier and the room door opens with a card. In July 2016 was a construction site next to the hotel. Because of this it was noisy. Fast and free Wi-Fi . There is always hot water.

Central Nice old hotel, Very central. Quite a lot of traffic noise. Bar and cafeteria not open. But enough to choose from across the street. Nice old fashioned room with balcony.

The staff were all friendly. Location is prime for the city center. The room had a large balcony overlooking to the street but it was quiet and well shaded by the trees. It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again.

The rooms are very spacious and with the balconies reaching into the trees on the street, there's a calmness about the place that lays over all the fun things that are right there in Odesa.

I agree with comments, saying that the best days of this hotel have already passed, but still we had a great stay. Hotel/ room was cozy, spacious, cool (very important when its hot outside), with all the necessary equipment. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in Ukraine. We loved the spa, the pool, and the three different saunas; we even extended our stay by a day. The buffet was delicious and varied, and the staff was well-trained and polite. The renovations and appliances were top-notch and well-designed. All of this left us with a very positive impression. We also had the breakfast included and it was barely okay. The location is good and rooms are okay. As the name indicates it’s “ok” to stay there, I simply wouldn’t recommend to include breakfast & parking in the booking.

This hotel leaves us with a broken door and after we report this problem no one fixes it. The other guests from the hotel next to our room slam the door in the morning and have a dog that is barking and does not let people sleep. Dinner was amazing, but how can we relax here with kids while you are turning on music like extremely loud like in mad house? Kindly rename the place from Dendra to Phyco Discos. Now it's 21.00 and it's Saturday (I believe mostly people are coming to relax not to get annoyed by you from this noise). Strongly not recommended for people looking for piece. For disco club also not suitable location.

Strange place. From one pov it’s quite nice calm and green but then someone could rent a central building and make a party with a loud music till the very night. And also you might hear racing cars driving not so far from the place. Doubly think it suppose to be called “dendra”. Huge price for VIP house but not very good experience. Also, quite expensive restaurant.

I liked the location. It's a quiet country complex, despite being right on the highway. The grounds aren't large, but you can spend a pleasant time in the stylish gazebo. Prices are above average.
