Best value for money hotel in the world! This is a hotel that is best of class in a value-for-money equation. The beds are very comfortable, the Mont Blanc restaurant serves excellent food and breakfast, in its vast availability of choices, is amazing! Water pressure is great in the shower as well. No complaints. Will always stay there when in Vinnitsa!

I had a wonderful experience at the George hotel, they treated me with care and the personnel was always very polite and helpful. I stayed there for 4 nights during October 2024. The central position in the city makes it ideal for tourists. The historical building is very beautiful.

A really wonderful stay. I arrived late at night and the hotel arranged for someone to meet me off my carriage and took me to the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful - very thematic. Comfortable bed and the bath was perfect. A great view and perfectly located. The breakfast was good. I will be back soon.

This review is written on behalf of my mom Nadia, who spent about 2 months staying in hotel George, room 15. She says that Hyatt, Marriott hotels …etc are Pathetic in terms of the quality of service she got at George . Super high level service, cozy rooms, great ambience and delicious breakfast which was included in the cost. Very impressive! If we return to Lviv, we will ONLY stay in George hotel...

The building itself is more than 120 y.o. and ia absolutely special. If won't find luxury here, but the setting is special, with marble stairs, heavy wooden doors, gorgeous hall. Service is perfect as well, so is the breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Great service, nice architecture, good location. Free of charge moved us to a better room, since we expected a bathtub from an internet booking. The only bad thing is that it's too noisy (at least on one side), too hot in summer — it's an architectural monument, so no air conditioning, only a fan. So it's good for anything but for sleeping.

We have used this place for a few years now when we need to be close to the train station.. We always seem to get a small attic room, functional but a bit oppressive. Good breakfast and helpful staff, and the Air-conditioning actually works, even if we could not find extra pillows.

Working in Lvov for two days so chose here as have used it twice before. It does much quite well, but unlike many other businesses and hotels it does not have a generator back up, and as such we have no electricity for long periods of time. I do of course understand the warzone situation, but many others are coping far better. On the plus side the reception staff did a good job sorting out our requests...

Nice hotel not far from the city center. If you are traveling to Lviv by train it’s a good place to stay, as it’s not far from the main railway station and also you can easily reach main attractions from here. This hotel truly lives up to its 5 stars! Everything was excellent, from the hospitable customer service to the cleanliness of the beautiful suite, and from the incredibly delicious food to the amazing attention to detail in everything.

Visiting Lviv It is a great hotel in the heart of Downtown, right across the shopping mall, surrounded by restaurants. We had an awesome view from our windows. The room was clean, friendly staff, eazy check in/out. The only thing that was missing, it's a mini bar. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Lviv. You can't get a better place for this money.

I went here a few years ago, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything. I wish I took pics of hotel, its architecture and designs is very unique.

There is a big difference, in many ways, between the rooms with two small beds and the ones with one larger bed. Pay the extra $5, it's completely worth it. Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for 2 years now and cannot fault it at all. The staff at the front desk have always been welcoming and very helpful. Securing a room has never been an issue and the staff always work with a very high level of professionalism. I cannot recommend City Hotel highly enough and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Kyiv. I always look forward to getting back to Kyiv to catch up...

Superb location. Very good service. I recommend using spa and getting a massage. In case your hungry the roof top restaurant "Matisse" has an excellent menu and quality&taste are very good. If the bar in the lobby should be closed I recommend to try "the fog". A Shisha Bar with good food, drinks, cocktails and wonderful teas. I enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you!!!

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast in the mornings were lovely and the staff was really friendly, helpful, and very professional. I will definitely stop by next time I will be in Kyiv.

I stayed here when I was in Odessa and it was comfortable. It is slightly away from most of the sights in the centre of the city.

I stayed in a very large room for a good price. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The most important problem for me was when i went in to shower, the water was not hot. It was only 'warm'. They must solve this problem. Breakfast is not perfect for the price, but when you ask, the lady in the kitchen cooks 'crepes' for you, which is great! I ate 4 crepes, ready made, hot. There are several advantages in this hotel: the location is Central, the restaurant with Georgian cuisine (always wonderful), the room – clean and tidy, the atmosphere is wonderful!

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

If you speak only English you'll have really hard time at breakfast. :(

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

The hotel is not working but the restaurant does. There is a terrasse on the upper floor. I had scrumbled eggs and a white chocolate cake. Those were delicious

Great location, nice rooms, comfortable bad. Minuses: towels are yellow instead of white, dirty cups. Hotel took a cost of chocolate from a mini bar, which not even was there when I checked in.

The overall experience is great, especially when it comes to the de luxe apartment. But please, for the God's sake, fix the air conditioner, it starts working for a sec and is then silent for a lifetime.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and it's quite at night. Very good design everywhere, it's visible that place is new. The location is ok, it's far from city centre but if you are interested to stay closer to university district it's a good place. The hotel is dog friendly! This is a great place to stay. Modern and definitely has a personality. The front desk staff were nice and the atmosphere is fun. Our room was very nice. Bed was quite firm, and pillows were ok, maybe a little soft for my taste. The location is near a nice mall with lots of world-brand stores and ice skating...and that includes one of the largest grocery stores I have ever been to in my life. If...

Visiting Zirka hotel was not my choice it was a roundworm selection from hotel list but after visiting there now finally I know that after this I will be their permeant guest. they easy understand the need of their customers. I have been served the best breakfast that I had never before. every month I have trips to Odessa Zirak will be favored place.

Place is cheap and best to stay

This place is highly underrated for it good prices. Includes free breakfast a stairwell to smoke in. A bar with snack and basic menu. Good Wi-Fi and surprisingly comfortable beds that are big.

Good and cheap hotel with small rooms not far from the City Centre. Breakfast is "originally" ukrainian with boiled eggs and some kind of old tough cheese but satisfies ;) I enjoyed it to be here!

What can I say... Maybe the price is not high for the city, but it would be possible for this money to try to remove all hair from the bed and to freshen the air, after the previous customer. Because in my room a mist from someone's feces... No exaggeration. The staff is really polite and the location is good. At night you can Wake up the conversations in the hallway next to your door or moans behind...

The location is great for tourists on a budget as the prices here are small. But the service accordingly. You can rent a room for about three hours, perfect for students who have no money for an apartment. In the room I have this furniture as a bed, two bedside tables, TV, hanger. Small shower and toilet. There is hot water.

Also booked room through Hotels.com. Told them I paid for it online and had reservation, receipt, confirmation, etc. They claimed the reservation wasn’t there then charged more money for the same room to book. Lady at desk was unpleasant. The next day they magically found my reservation and payment. They paid the money back but the price on the room was different. This is a bait and switch scam.

+ Good location, helpful staff, large and very comfortable beds, large bathroom. The room is very clean. The interior and decoration are new. The hotel is close to the train station (5-3 minutes to drive). The price is really good for that conditions, which are present in the Hotel. Value for money! Really I will recommend to stay there. - The bath cabine... it is small and a standard size cabine.

Opera is a good option if you need a unfussy, friendly hotel CV in a nice leafy, quiet and cool neighbourhood of Kyiv. The staff are great and super helpful. Thought the spa was excellent too. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. I slept really well. The air raid shelter is a particular highlight as it’s equipped with six double beds and you can get an excellent night sleep down there...

I stayed for more than 10 days. The hotel room was nice. Also the sheets and towels were clean. We also had no problems with hot water and electricity outages.

GREAT LOCATION with painfully pretentious staff. Pro tip for all you service workers (I was one for years)…You are not fancy because your clientele are. I’ve stayed here twice and despite my wife being from Kyiv and speaking flawless Ukrainian and Russian, the desk always acts like we’re a burden. Even the two doormen are snobs.

I spent 8 days in August 2021 in this hotel, the welcome is warm very good service the activities in the sport are well maintained and equipped except if there are 2 devices mounted upside down and for the pool and sauna is a magnificent place except for those who will find it a little dark but very discreet. There is some facade work that didn't bother me despite being on this side of the room....

Superb hotel for a quick stay in the city. Just a few hundred metres walk to the centre, shops and restaurants. Hotel is quite quiet but really nice decor and rooms. Not your usual hotel to find from outside, it's basically just a door on a side street.

Staying in the Pletnevskiy Inn hotel was a perfect decision, as far as the hotel is small, but at the same time really convenient and cozy. I was really surprised to have there usual British breakfast, which was very tasty by the way. Even during the war staff were doing their best to make my stay comfortable.
