Friendly staff. Extremely nice convenient price offered by booking. Strange elevators. Strange booking department. Strange prepaid system via PrivatBank transfer card to card. Clean room, good mattress, quite big room. Any kind of problem going to be solved at no time with magic man he came just in seconds and fix any problem.

Best place you will ever visit Amazing staff, great food, amazing excursions, only has 2 issues, bar to small an needs more staff, if 6 people waiting takes 30 mins, last issue check in a real pain.. but we'll worth the stay

There is a beauty salon on the premises, I can't tell you the name, but the salon itself is very beautiful, the staff is professionals, I am especially delighted with the masseuse Natalia, she gives a magical massage, completely restores the energy state of her client, I simply have no words to describe how fantastically cool this massage is, I highly recommend it

It was my ferist time to visit Ukrane . Overall it was a positive experience .The Hotel was comfortable with good location near to public transportation,circus and shopping facilities. The chick in and out were easy, the staff were very helpful,the room was clean and comfortable with square view.The breakfasts were tasety with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits . Good located hotel. The bar is really 24/7, breakfast is good, wide selection. The A/C wasn't working, in my room there was 28-29 degrees in September!!!Staff ready to help, but they are not too kind. The business room was OK, the rest is waiting to get refurbished.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, as does the ground floor and reception area - but everything changes once you reach the corridor and your room. I think 1990 is the date these rooms were created and they have not been changed since. It is clean, but nothing interesting. Parking is tragic, for about 20 cars max and there is always a problem with it. Security doesn't speak English, ladies...

Lobby area is very nice. I was on the 12th floor with a great view. In America this would have been a 3-star and everything was clean and adequate. Maybe here it's more of a 4-star. Price was very reasonable about $48 and that was without any discounts.

I Love Hotel Leopolis in Lviv. When I started my reservation process, the front desk staff took of me with all of my multiple stays and transfers to & from the train station while I was in Lviv. Beautiful east European style property with all the charm

Great place. We celebrated 30 years of marriage with my family. Delicious liqueur and delicious food. Our waitress, Anya, was a very positive and upbeat girl, and thanks to her, the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere.

I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. Nice and cosy bar, nice view from the restaurants but would not go second time to this hotel. Highlight of the stay: concierge drew me with a golf car to the parking 20m 😊

An excellent hotel with wonderful breakfasts, impeccable cleanliness, and very attentive and responsive staff! The hotel has a great children's play area, which is essential when vacationing with children. Cons: the pools are unheated and the access to the sea is poor.

The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. P.S. Just one concern is that dinners are not worth paying and eat. The assortment is poor and not really tasty, for sure breakfast is better than dinner. I stayed at Hotel Nemo during a business trip! To be honest, it's rare to feel at home in a hotel... But in this one, I truly did. Three days passed in an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere! Nice hotel at best location, right in downtown. You can walk to all major sights. Comfy bed, stylish room. They have rich breakfast in the restaurant with views to the city. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Hotel is located in the center of city. If you are lucky, you get room with wonderful views on all old city. They have different kinds of rooms, some of them need repair. Good prices as for citycentre. They serve breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast is buffet breakfast, you can take everything what you need: snacks, hot dishes, drinks, desserts.

The best location right in the heart of Lviv...we stayed in superior twin bed and the room was nice and enough room...i loved the bathroom...good breakfast plenty for everyone...if u come with a car there is a parking available just in the back of the hotel...i reccomend...cheers

absolutely in love with the art on the walls. Price was good, breakfast was decent, rooms are decent. Book a room for each person because the "extra bed" was awful though. It's nice that the is help on your floor 24hr but the worst thing ever is every room came only with one key. Absolutely inconvenient.

I've spent a few days staying at the Holiday Inn in Kyiv, Ukraine. The staff have all been great to speak with and has been very helpful on places to go as well as some language skills practice as i try and learn Ukrainian. The restaurant has a great breakfast and menu. They assisted me in finding meals because of an allergy. The room cleaning staff has been top notch in taking care of the room...

Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle...

A Spring Trip in Kyiv The location is excellent! It’s located in the center of Kyiv so it’s close to many great restaurants and not far from just about any entertainment or attraction you’d like to experience. We've had a pleasant weekend stay in the hotel room with terrace. The view from the terrace is fantastic. Although the terrace was too hot before noon we've enjoyed sunrise and evening time there.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Odesa. Quite clean place with nice breakfasts. The only negative experience is the bold guy at the reception.

Hotel had a bomb shelter which was nice given the circumstances. Good location and very walkable to site. Great breakfast and staff were very accommodating including arranging transportation. Definitely hope to return here someday.

I stayed at this hotel in September for a couple of weeks. Service, the attitude from the team, room cleanliness were superb 👍🏻 From the personal security perspective it felt safe. Food was great too but because I was there for 2 weeks after first week the choice started feeling boring. I assume not many people stay for a long time so you won’t even notice this issue if you’re there for several days...

While this hotel is categorised as 3-stars, it could easily pass for 4-stars. The room is comfortable, well insulated, and generally quiet. I was fortunate to have a room with a beautiful view of the square. The decor is modern, and the room is well equipped. However, I do not recommend to eat in the hotel lobby restaurant which is overpriced and low-quality. The lobby in general is not impressive...

The rooms are old with old beds, but on the other hand, what can you expect for the price? there is only wifi on the ground floor

The hotel corresponds to the money that he asked for. We had some suggestions - called pre-agreement. On arrival, everything was arranged as requested.

No air conditioning available at the first floor at villas. Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak.

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Nice hotel in a relatively secluded place of the beach. The pool was awesome, the beachfront is very close and beautiful. But the price is a little too high for what it has to offer.

Prime see-front position with nice restaurant on beach. Very very friendly staff with receptionist fully fluent in English. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and a mould spot removed from the ceiling. Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. For the high price of the room very bad breakfast using cheapest products and one-fits all catering (worse than food on airplanes).
