All hotel staff — including the night manager, front office personnel, Sales Manager, and General Manager — were very kind and helpful. It was truly impressive that, despite the stressful wartime situation, all staff remained positive and did their best to assist guests.

I've had two longish stays in the past few months at Kyiv Hyatt. Could not be more impressed with the hotel. Not the easiest time to maintain a high standard but the hotel operation is first rate. Excellent staff. The front desk supervisor Rodion Solianyk was most helpful in assisting sorting out travel arrangements. Great gym open 24 hour. Highly recomend.

The stay at the Hyatt with my fiancé & our daughter was really lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, room was lovely, if I can just say one thing though, I just think for the price there should be at least a breakfast or something included in the price, but otherwise the Hyatt Kyiv, was a lovely stay & would recommend to anyone.

The location is close to Dniper river with a beautiful view . Shopping centre is not very far but the hotel is far from centre. My room was cold during the night and radiator didn't work. In bathroom there were just 2 small shampoo finger size that were not enough for body wash. I cannot complain a lot because the price was not very high.

If Bald stayed there then its good enough for me.

Classic Soviet style and certainly not a VIP class. The prices correspond to the service. Take a sleep, get shower, change dress and pay a little. + Great place on the waterfront.

I stayed in the Junior Suite. It was almost as if Khrushchev had last stayed in the same room. I loved it. If you want to experience an authentic soviet hotel then ask for the Junior Suites on the 9th floor!

Great view - when you're lucky and get a room towards the water. The rooms are really basic and the interior is old. Breakfast is ok and the hotel bar as well. Cheap rooms.

This was my first time staying at the Radisson Bukovel hotel. The location is excellent, and the cuisine and spa are neat and interesting. The room design and cleanliness are of a good standard.

There is a beauty salon on the premises, I can't tell you the name, but the salon itself is very beautiful, the staff is professionals, I am especially delighted with the masseuse Natalia, she gives a magical massage, completely restores the energy state of her client, I simply have no words to describe how fantastically cool this massage is, I highly recommend it

It was my ferist time to visit Ukrane . Overall it was a positive experience .The Hotel was comfortable with good location near to public transportation,circus and shopping facilities. Good located hotel. The bar is really 24/7, breakfast is good, wide selection. The A/C wasn't working, in my room there was 28-29 degrees in September!!!Staff ready to help, but they are not too kind. The business room was OK, the rest is waiting to get refurbished.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, as does the ground floor and reception area - but everything changes once you reach the corridor and your room. I think 1990 is the date these rooms were created and they have not been changed since. It is clean, but nothing interesting. Parking is tragic, for about 20 cars max and there is always a problem with it. Security doesn't speak English, ladies...

Lobby area is very nice. I was on the 12th floor with a great view. In America this would have been a 3-star and everything was clean and adequate. Maybe here it's more of a 4-star. Price was very reasonable about $48 and that was without any discounts.

I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. Nice and cosy bar, nice view from the restaurants but would not go second time to this hotel. Highlight of the stay: concierge drew me with a golf car to the parking 20m 😊

An excellent hotel with wonderful breakfasts, impeccable cleanliness, and very attentive and responsive staff! The hotel has a great children's play area, which is essential when vacationing with children. Cons: the pools are unheated and the access to the sea is poor.

The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. P.S. Hotel is located in the center of city. If you are lucky, you get room with wonderful views on all old city. They have different kinds of rooms, some of them need repair. Good prices as for citycentre. They serve breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast is buffet breakfast, you can take everything what you need: snacks, hot dishes, drinks, desserts.

The best location right in the heart of Lviv...we stayed in superior twin bed and the room was nice and enough room...i loved the bathroom...good breakfast plenty for everyone...if u come with a car there is a parking available just in the back of the hotel...i reccomend...cheers

I've spent a few days staying at the Holiday Inn in Kyiv, Ukraine. The staff have all been great to speak with and has been very helpful on places to go as well as some language skills practice as i try and learn Ukrainian. The restaurant has a great breakfast and menu. They assisted me in finding meals because of an allergy. The room cleaning staff has been top notch in taking care of the room...

Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me.
