Though having some resemblance to older hotels, this one is a nice one, mainly due to staff Territory has several pools and a full functional medical center. Food is okay, buffet breakfast let one choose whatever wanted. Many visitors unmasked, though premises allow for it Rooms spacious. Sea is 5 min walk down (or 10 min walk up :)), look for a passage. Nearby area is picturesque, posh and a bit dull...

Varied and tasty food, big rooms ,friendly staff and safe neighborhood, very clean, modern furniture.. Because the hotel is also a spa, it smells a litlle bit like polyclinic😒... The view to the sea is parțial blocked by some trees and a building.. The distance between the hotel and the beach is aprox. 800m downhill.. Clients do not ușe masks..

A really cool pool! Not very crowded. Everything is perfectly new and clean! Probably the best pool in the city! I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

The grounds are beautiful!!! Everything is well-maintained and spotlessly clean! Lots of interesting medical options, including post-COVID rehabilitation. The restaurant is excellent! It's clear they're looking after the place! Security and order are everywhere. Loved it!

The room is cozy and has a nice view, but sound isolation not so good, and you can hear neighbors through the wall. The bed was very soft and clean. For some reason, hot water in a shower during my visit was not stable, and the temperature sometimes was not comfortable enough. Breakfast there is included, and the taste is ok, but coffee is not the best. The wifi in the hotel area has no encryption...

Chichikov is one the best hotels in Kharkov overal. It has a grate location, it's very clean and has a friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable. I have been in double bedrooms and mini suites and both vere actually a bit over my expectations. The pricing puts it also on the level of expectations, where double badroom is €50-60 and mini suites are twice as much or a bit more, and this is the standard...

Staff is very friendly, welcoming and patient, for I'm a beginner in Russian and know few words in Ukrainian. I'm missing this delicious, hearty breakfast. The country isn't that rich, bad roads, the sidewalks serve as an ice rink. Easy going people with big hearts!

I stayed at the hotel in Feb 2020. Very friendly staff. Receptionist Ina was an excellent hostess. Food was very good.Rooms were warm and clean. …except carpet- not that clean enough.

Recently remodeled and clean place. Strong wifi service on each floor. Good kitchen. The downside is the overuse of the air freshener in the rooms and only two little pouches of hair and body wash per person. A soup bar would be nice.

Soviet Ukrainian hotel with fresh look, but feels the same - not comfortable at all. Price should be reduced to half for this level of comfort they provide. Tip for owner - try to sleep one night in room.

Just inside the city center, it is easy to walk anywhere you need to go in Odessa and, about a block away from, entertainment, food and shopping! Very decent hotel, I enjoyed my stay there with family, would come again, but don't expect anything luxurious even in the best rooms, it's what you see is what you get. It does however, it's great around 15-20 min walk from center of all beautiful shops and cafes / quiet too.

You get what you pay for as this is a hotel located just next to the main bus station and not so far from the main railway station of Dnipro. The hotel offers many facilities that are suitable for both short and long business trips. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff was helpful and the rooms were very cozy. Very nice hotel in the beautiful city of Chernigiv. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with amenities. Lighting and decor created a pleasant, modern ambiance.
