Good hotel with western standard intentions. Two things didn't work well. First is that they only accept local cash, not credit cards(bad practice if desiring to welcome UE visitors). Second is staff simpathy, it could improve. Hotel facilities of good quality, of course, and cleanliness and sound isolation of great standard.

Located on the main street of Mykolaiv, means that everything a tourist needs, is at the walking distance. The staff is very kind and friendly albeit the English skills are lacking. Rooms are tidy, the beds are comfortable and the AC during the summer makes sleeping a bliss. On the downside the breakfast isn’t anything special.

Are now in this hotel. Not much of a traveler. But basically like everything. Polite staff, clean room. Second floor, double room-non Smoking, smells like no feel. The only thing I did not like that the bathroom has no outlet.

We've only been to the spa here. Unfortunately they don't speak any English, so it was a bit challenging. Once inside we love it. i do highly recommend

Good hotel, quite good and varied cuisine, cozy location: close to the market and connections to the highway, as well as very picturesque views. Among the disadvantages is a not very high-quality selection of drinks under the all-inclusive system (excluding beer and kvass of our own production).

I had a rest with the team in "Romantik Spa Hotel", from December 25-27. During the whole stay in the hotel, except for positive emotions and delight there were no other impressions. Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Located on the territory of the plant. Shargorod itself is not intended for tourists, therefore, everything is tight with cafes and grocery stores. However, the hotel provides all the amenities. Personally, I only stayed one night for work. Quiet, peaceful location of the hotel allows you to enjoy the nature around. The rooms are clean and comfortable! The staff and the owner are very attentive to the guests! True, the number indicated in the contacts is outdated, and a new one has not been added. And there is no cafe on site. But in Shargorod there is a cafe or a restaurant where you can have dinner :) in general, not bad;)

Great new hotel. Great place, unconventional approach to the use of the territory. Clean beautiful pond, suitable for swimming (beach) and fishing. Quiet place in an ecologically clean area. Important - the restaurant at the hotel works in the presence of guests. Make sure in advance that it will function, or you will have to eat in the city.

Great place. We celebrated 30 years of marriage with my family. Delicious liqueur and delicious food. Our waitress, Anya, was a very positive and upbeat girl, and thanks to her, the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, close to the train station and all public transport. The staff is friendly and the service is very high quality. But old furniture, very bad Internet, lack of broadcasting of a sufficient number of channels with an old TV spoil all positive emotions.

It was quite and secure hotel to stay, but they should do their cleaning service better. Accomodation price was reasonable. Breakfast service was nice, but they should improve the quality and increase type of the food.

Very safe and comfortable atmosphere, not only facility, but also city district around the hotel. Breakfast is fulfilled. You can order hot meals and coffee from the menu (it is included in room fare). Shower room is clean and water is enough hot. Free Wifi is available.

Good Everything was ok, but there was some misinformation on check-in regarding balcony access. Also, there seems to be payment issues for foreigners (which I have not experienced elsewhere)... Other than that, all was ok. I'd say again if the need arises.

Great place It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)

I love this hotel because it has a good atmosphere, well placed if you get by a taxi and don't rush, and very generous! I'm stopping by most of the time in Kiev, and it's the best price/value for years there, traveling more than 5 years and absolutely great every single stay, so totally recommend it.

Great Hotel and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great, lots of parking. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly, food at the restaurant is fantastic. The only issue was noise from the bar very late. But not a big deal.

You will be lucky if you come across this place... I stayed in 2 different rooms, and loved both of them, which were both substantial. what great service, and such beautiful staff, music, place for running, horse riding, sauna, spa, massage, or just chilling at the pond and sipping martinis, cocktails, tea, coffee, or the delicious food brunch bar... this place is heaven.

Although the prices are quite high, the quality of accommodation, food, service, and overall experience are worth every penny. The magnificent pools and natural surroundings are perfect for complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone and visit regularly myself. You won't regret it. P.S., I recommend parents with children to visit the stables.

An excellent establishment. Beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and friendly staff with fluent Ukrainian. I especially liked the hammam in the spa. The massage therapists were excellent. Special thanks go to the kitchen staff: everything was delicious, including incredible desserts and hearty Swedish breakfasts. The site is good and quiet, rooms are comfortable. What definitely needs to improve is spa complex work hours (closes at 8 spring - summer time) and probably some basic services like coffee in the room shouldn't be additional cost (given the cost of stay is quite high in general)

Very pricey! The service was not the best, there is a lot of room for improvement!! The forest is amazing, I believe that a weekend in small cottages would be a good experience! The cocktails were good! SPA is nice but maybe a little bit crowdy, especially during the weekends!

We've had a pleasant weekend stay in the hotel room with terrace. The view from the terrace is fantastic. Although the terrace was too hot before noon we've enjoyed sunrise and evening time there.

Ternopil is a lovely city and the Hotel "Ternopil" is perfectly situated to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Kyiv. Professional staff is doing their best to make staying in the hotel comfortable. Hearty breakfast is included in the room rate. The only downside is that the interior requires complete renovation.

I didn't exactly stay in the hotel, but organized a seminar there. The staff was very helpful and the conference space decent - one of the few in Nikolaev. So for holding small events I can recommend.

I would say that this is an unusual hotel located in a compound composed of businesses, educational and religious institutions. Everything is clean, up-to-date, the staff is friendly. A good opportunity to taste Kosher cuisine at breakfast and at restaurant. Fair price for the quality offered.

A simple place that is perfectly adequate to stay in, the room I stayed in was good, and the location is very handy for restaurants and central locations. Like others have indicated the breakfast is poor, so much so that we skipped it after the first day. Late opening times for the gym meant this was never tried.

Super spacious, clean with lovely, helpful staff. Fantastic kosher breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, tad old-fashioned (which I loved) with nice bathrobe, slippers and proper, traditional services.

This is a wonderful hotel; I've stayed here before. They offer a buffet. Since the hotel is located in the Menorah, it's close to the Dnipro Jewish Museum, access to the rooftop observation deck, and tours of the Menorah. There's a café, bar, and restaurant near the museum, as well as a small supermarket.
