Rooms were OK, only the bedside lamp was broken. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning, when asking about it at reception (and also telling about the bed side lamp) they did not understand as receptionist was not speaking English. When communicating through my travel companion in Ukrainian the receptionist told us the boiler is being repaired. She was very unfriendly, not a single smile...

I stayed at that hotel for a couple of days, and the most unpleasant and confusing part was the service at the reception. Their bad attitude. I can handle it usually, but when I mentioned something in my room wasn’t working and they responded with ‘everything works there,’ followed by an unwilling ‘ok, I’ll send somebody to your room,’ with a look of frustration, I really didn’t like it.

We recently stayed her for a week. The room and building were spotlessly clean. The front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Went for the pool with some friends. Was a great place to spend the day relaxing. Lemonade flavors were great and had a good meal by the bar at the pool.

Extremely nice place for spending few days. Impressive restaurant with featuring sea food kitchen. Large internal area featured with lots of land designs and other stuff, making your walk there very pleasant and enjoying.

Excellent hotel, level! I liked the loyalty of the staff, a large selection of services and entertainment (special thanks for the pool and bowling). The rooms are warm, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for the view from the windows and the cozy atmosphere!

Very spacious, Soviet-style hotel, and staff (without a smile). Rooms are XL and seems that nothing has been changed in the past 30 years when communism ended, including the stained leather sofa couches. I loved this amazing historic beautiful hotel with spacious modernly fitted rooms, the sweetest staff and an outstanding restaurant in a medieval cavern.

The hotel is great. No complaints. And we loved being so close to the Market Square scene. So WCGW? Well, it’s located in the “walking area” of the city so be prepared to schlep your bags a couple blocks. And the hotel parking offered to me was four blocks away and limited to two indoor spaces, so reserve/discuss one if this is important to you. But what a great hotel.

The place is so beautiful 😍. We spent 3 night. It includes spa, 2 hours mini golf and free breakfast. My only but is one the pool, not everyone can swim it's deep also the food is nice don't get me wrong but should also include international dishes as well. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Beautiful. High-quality. Comfortable. A pleasant stay. Pricey, but worth it. Three types of saunas. Small, but well-done. The couples massage room is superb! The massage tables are very comfortable, heated—perfect for winter. The argan oil massage is superb. The masseuses are great.

We went to the spa. You don't need to be a guest to go. The presentation was nice. I enjoyed my massage my fiancé did not. For the price it wasn't bad but they ask if you want tea afterwards. Then forget to tell you that they will charge you for it. I asked for water and a person showed me faucet. I wouldn't go back.

We were very pleased with our weekend stay in room 215. It's nice and spacious, with lots of mirrors and a balcony overlooking the main entrance. The room matches the photos on the website. The staff is attentive and friendly.

The sauna here is great, with plenty of room for up to 10 people. There are two options: dry and hammam, which is a real plus! There's also a small illuminated pool with clean, not-too-cold water—a nice dip after the steam room. 👍 There's also a pool table, two tables with chairs, and sofas for relaxing. If you're looking to relax with friends in the sauna, I highly recommend this option

A great experience! When we checked in, we asked to open the gate, and the staff didn't ask any stupid questions—they opened it right away and then checked us in. The hotel itself is somehow cozy, unusually warm. (And the air conditioning is on—you can heat the room even more, but it's not necessary.) Clean. A bit pricy, especially for Ukraine, but nice. Building is old, however, and you may need to use a translator if you're an English speaker.

Booked a standard single room through Booking. Honestly - I wanted to turn around and leave. It was stated that there is an air conditioner, but as it turned out not (although it is in the photo). The wall by the bed is stained. The laminate is in a terrible state, although the bed and towels are clean. Slippers are missing.

+ Convenient, comfortable, everything is convenient and within walking distance. There is a place for a walk VDNKh - A bit tired furniture, TVs and a little outdated hotel. But in general, it is very comfortable for guests of Kiev, even worthy if you come for a walk and you need inexpensive housing.

An old hotel with a beautiful interior. The rooms have Soviet-era furniture, but everything is clean and tidy. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the city's interesting sights. Parking is nearby.

Okay place if you don't expect too much. Generally clean and okay to stay overnight but it's an old hotel with minor upgrades. If you're not frightened by Soviet style and just need to stop overnight you'll be okay.

There are plenty of other options that are new and modern. This is a soviet era hotel.

Very good breakfast, cold and hot meals. Nice staff, fast check in and check out. Big room, toilet and bathroom was separate Very close to Old Town, 10 minutes on foot. It was really safe and comfortable stay. Bar and kitchen could be opened longer but there are a lot of place to eat and drink in Lviv center.

Perfect stay. Hotel looks brand new, super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Communication in English was very smooth! Price is low for this level compared to French standards. I will drive through Lviv again in a couple of weeks I’ll probably book it for the night.

It's a clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast. Beside the breakfast the hotel is stunning.
