The quality of hotel service gets worse. No liquid soap in the room (taking into account COVID19 situation - it's funny). The water in washstand stucks - just look on the picture. In general the bathroom smells like mold. The restaurant in the hotel does not work. Taking into account $60 daily fee - it is not acceptable.

Pros: tasty food, lodging, beach sand is really smooth. Cons: way to get there is terrible, beach is 155 stairs far from the hotel, no elevator.

The food in the restaurant is incredibly delicious, I recommend trying the dorado in salt. The service is at a very high level. It's nice to come and relax. Good Spa, the Samara River is nearby. The cottage is huge and clean. There is a jacuzzi and a fireplace. I liked it very much.

A great place for a good rest: wonderful staff, green lawns and lots of coniferous trees, a beautiful view of the Samara River, delicious cuisine, water activities, a tennis court and of course an evening wood-burning fireplace! Of the disadvantages - 1 bathroom for 3 rooms combined with a bathroom, in general I recommend!

My husband and I have stayed here several times. Incredibly beautiful rooms and grounds, attentive staff and delicious cuisine. We also liked the SPA. The highlight is of course the fireplace in the room and the jacuzzi. Overall, it's a great place where we will definitely return more than once.

A great place to relax on the Samara River. We were here with the family, a clean, well-kept beach, a gorgeous hamam, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi.

Rested at the hotel from 08 to 22 February 2021. Located in the very center of Skhidnytsia (18 source in 10 minutes walk). Excellent hotel of the European level. Family vacation in February 2021 for 8 days. They were more than satisfied. I liked the procedures. The child is 4 years old, he was delighted with the pool, the food suited him. This was pleasure to stay at the hotel our room was with a balcony, room size was just enough , very well organised: fridge, tresor, TV , air conditioning. Bathroom with no leaks very clean. The hotel is quite good, however the soundproof part is below par. The hotel was fully booked for the weekend and we just couldn’t sleep cause of all-night alcohol-driven party all around the hotel.

We really liked it; the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. The only downside was the parking. It seemed like there was some, but it wasn't. It was always full, and even if you booked a spot in advance, there was no guarantee it would be there.

My husband booked rooms on hotels.com and loved everything. The rooms are clean, cozy, and conveniently located (in the city center). Breakfast is plentiful, so you won't leave hungry. Clean. A bit pricy, especially for Ukraine, but nice. Building is old, however, and you may need to use a translator if you're an English speaker.

Booked a standard single room through Booking. Honestly - I wanted to turn around and leave. It was stated that there is an air conditioner, but as it turned out not (although it is in the photo). The wall by the bed is stained. The laminate is in a terrible state, although the bed and towels are clean. Slippers are missing.

+ Convenient, comfortable, everything is convenient and within walking distance. There is a place for a walk VDNKh - A bit tired furniture, TVs and a little outdated hotel. But in general, it is very comfortable for guests of Kiev, even worthy if you come for a walk and you need inexpensive housing.
