We love our stay in here. Room is neat and smell fresh. Location is very close to station, around 6 minutes walk. Lots of nice restaurant and kosher supermarkets. We only stay for 1 night. Considering the price and service, I would say that we will back again. Very happy ❤️

We were amazed at how nice the hotel is. Great location, REALLY comfy beds. Very clean and smells very clean.

Advice for people who have never been before would be 1. You have to pre order your breakfast when you're booking your room otherwise there's no breakfast to come down to. 2. Its a Jewish area and the hotel will only provide vegetarian breakfasts.... lastly if you go out and buy food to bring back to the hotel and eat in the dining area.. the food has to be kosher.

The hotel is an okey choice for businessmen travelling on their own, i.e. without family and without a lot of luggage. Rooms are very small, but super clean and has everything what you may need for a comfortable rest after a day at work. Rooms are cleaned and bedding is changed every day.

There are some serious issues though:

1. Slow internet. It was almost impossible to have meetings online or work from the room.

2. When I was there there was no breakfast, what was very inconvenient.

3. The price was much higher than rrasonable for that kind of property

4. The reception staff was mostly absent.

Very nice independent hotel. Patrick on reception was brilliant and took the time to explain all about the hotel and the surrounding area. Room is very clean and has all the features I needed on a very hot summer evening (air con, bedside power sockets, fridge). Would recommend staying here as it was £85 cheaper than a Holiday Inn nearby.

Just want to thank Croft court for my family's lovely stay. The rooms had everything we required. They were clean and were cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels. David at reception was absolutely fabulous. The owners are such warm people. They actually provided me with an amazing after care service by allowing me to park my car outside their hotel after checking out. They didn't need to but they did and it's made me want to come down again very soon. That act of kindness is so greatly appreciated. We will be back soon.

Very satisfied. The location is good, close to the station, but not noisy. The service is very good. You can experience the daily life of Londoners. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is highly recommended.

An ordinary hotel. I signed up for a tour group for my parents and the meeting point is nearby, so it's quite convenient.

The room is facing the street, which is comfortable and convenient. It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station. In London, where every inch of land is valuable, this is a very good value for money.

Excellent service. Large portions. Esp. recommend the ribs and the crispy duck with pancakes. The food is flavorful. Finish with the dark chocolate mousse. This is the kind of place best experienced in a large group so you can order a bunch of starters and dishes and share.

The sushi here is average,but good for the price. In our case the service was ok, nothing special but nothing to complain about either. We tried the all you can eat option and had a chance to try many dishes. The sushi was ok, considerably better than the rest of the food (the fried tofu was nothing special so I would recommend others to avoid that one).

Good service with wide variety of Asian food. When trying to split bill with friends one of waiters accused my friend of trying to leave without paying, even though he already had and had the receipt to prove it. But lots of tasty food and would definitely recommend.

One star for the service quality and one star for the entertainment value of the experience. Our first round of food was served after one hour, we never got the drinks menu and had to repeatedly beg for simple things like the dish for the soy sauce and plates. We got a frozen seaweed salad and after trying to send it back, were told by the manager to eat it. In the end, the manager said himself that he would never come again to this place! A very funny guy! Oh and one time we were served food that was not ours and it was taken away! I didn't know if I should laugh or cry but I think I cried a bit!

The food is always good (for the price) but the service is nearly always lacking but has been improving. One of the waitresses in particular can be quite difficult and has done some very unprofessional things (whispering about you, being stroppy, etc) but all the other servers are nice and helpful. Unfortunately she is experienced and had been there for a long time, so they need her.

A lot of reviews have said bad things I about the manager, but he is actually a nice man once you get to know him and he's calmed down a lot. At the end of the day he has a business to run so it's understandable that he's concerned about waste etc. But overall they need to think about getting repeat customers as sometimes you'll buy wine, beer, juice, and give them a good profit margin.

It would probably motivate the servers if the service charge were discretionary.

Bear in mind you can get a really good fine dining experience for £20, which is what this costs after service. Therefore this is not 'cheap'. But if you want to try a lot of things and don't mind the service then I'd recommend the food.

I don't remember the last I had such a bad food in a kosher restaurant. We've ordered an home made burger, the meat were worst than industrials burgers .. Chips wasn't made home, neither. No money for value at all, very expensive for such bad quality !! Disappointed !
