Recently stayed here as a solo traveler. Here are the positives
- location ( less than 5 mins away from Paddington station )
Close to restaurants/ coffee shops
Walking distance to the park
- clean sheets and warm shower
( we’re mostly out 8-12 hours, I didn’t need the extravagant room)
- friendly staff
- free simple breakfast ( that can jumpstart your morning)
The negative? No complaints here, but if you’re traveling with large suitcases- beware ( no elevator ) and watch your steps especially going down the stairs.
Lastly- free coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate in the lobby :-)

Hotel was good. The manager made the stay exceptional when I lost one of my cuff links and he gave me a pair of his. Made my week!

Good enough for returning
It was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was ok, but not more than that. The room was small, at the fourth floor and there was no elevator, but I knew all that so it was ok for me.
The toilet/bathroom was really small and that I didn’t know. It made its function, but I would have preferred to see a picture of that in advance so I would know, rather than experience it when I’m there.

We just stayed for short and didnt spent more time in the room then necessary... The rooms are tiny. The "bathrooms" are rudicoulus small, as a 186cm person i just knocked myself everywhere all the time...

The staff was great and very helpful.

The included breakfast was disappointing.
We skipped it the second day.

The rooms were clean at least.

Location is great, literally 3minutes walk from Paddington Station.

For short time travelers, up to 2 persons per room, i would recommend. But be aware when you are tall... :-)

The staff was helpful and we appreciated the free breakfast! Very near to Paddington Station which was a huge help. Beds were unfortunately harder than a rock and room amenities left some to be desired.

The room was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and in close walking distance to the Paddington Train Station. It was great having lots of food options as well as a bit of night life at the Market Halls. There’s also a red line stop nearby that’s very convenient.

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Food was very nice, but service was slow, almost non-existent despite not having many tables to attend at the time.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

Perfectly nice. Standard Italian menu of mostly pasta and pizza. Well decorated, very friendly staff with good service. Reasonably priced, especially set menus.

We had one dinner and one lunch during our trip to London. The service here was just winderful. Amazing Place with Wonderful Taste with Awesome Hospitality. Highly Recommended. I tried mostly Italian and they were great. Staff was humble and helpful Ambience was okay but interesting. Location is perfect and this place is full value for money. We enjoyed delicious food. You guys Must Try!!!

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!

A typical English pub in a great area, located in the heart of Paddington, right in front of the Paddington train and underground station. Also facing the Paddington Hilton hotel.

Friendly staff and quick service.

Tried their fish and chips, and it was good.

Would definitely visit again if in the area or travelling from Paddington station.

A budget option in Central London, very close to Paddington Underground and GWR Station. Very convenient location to/ from Heathrow Airport. Among negatives; constant noise of water and hand dryers from washrooms, cold rooms and even colder attitude of the lady approving the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant area. Apparently she was the owner of the property. Rest of the staff was very cordial and cheerful.

my worst nightmare, my cell phone, my passport and my money were stolen, someone broke the lock and took my backpack with all my things, I asked to see the images of the camera in the door entrance, they say they can't show me the images, until the police come and they would come the next day, a week waiting and the police never came. They told me that in the images they have seen someone who was not registered in the room in and out, that made me more angry, as it is possible that someone who is not in the room come, who provided the keys? the staff? It was all very confusing and in my despair they just told me that they felt it and that they could not do anything
