The location was simply amazing. Right next to Paddington station and easy access to everywhere. I was surprised they didn’t have a fridge but they brought it to the room when I asked for it. The breakfast was same everyday but had enough variety. Chocolate Maffin was good but such high calories….

This was the first hotel I stayed at on my arrival in the UK. I checked in around 11 PM after a delayed flight, feeling incredibly tired due to jet lag and the cold weather, all while traveling with young children aged three and four. To my dismay, the air conditioning in the room they assigned me was broken, making the duvet far too thin – it felt like a summer quilt!

When I asked the staff for a thicker duvet, they refused. They fiddled with the AC, saying they'd check back later. It was indeed broken, so they brought a small space heater, which also turned out to be faulty! I called them again, and they replaced the space heater and finally provided an additional 1.2m duvet. This whole ordeal took quite a while.

I really had no other demands for the hotel, just that it shouldn't be cold; I absolutely dread the cold!

The upside is its proximity to Paddington Station – it's right next to it.

The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation. I took a direct bus from the airport to the station, and it was less than a five-minute walk to the hotel. There are malls and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, spacious, and bright, but the consumables weren't replenished on the second day. The room itself was a bit dated but still acceptable. The breakfast, however, was incredibly rich with a wide variety of choices – truly exceeding my expectations and a pleasant surprise!

The location is super good. There are many restaurant nearby, train station is just opposite and airport transfer to Heathrow airport is just beside. It's very convenience to walk around. What we dislike is hotel service staff are ******. Room were not clean on the 2nd day when we get back at night, we have to request for it and purposely go out for them to clean the room. Even thou, they also didn't use water and cloth to wipe the tables and cabinets. The kettle area were full of dust. Our crumps were still on the table. They collect 30 pounds as deposit.

Ten years ago, I stayed on a street right next to the Hilton and always told myself I had to stay at the hotel one day. Ten years later, that dream came true, and it was during the Christmas holidays! What a historic, cultured, and unique hotel.

The rooms are quite old, but the location is truly excellent, right outside Paddington Station. I've stayed here many times; it's the best value for money considering the price and location. Getting around is super convenient too, with many subway lines right next door.

The biggest downside is that the room is quite outdated. The elevator is very slow, and there are 6 floors above ground. The room size is decent. The hotel is conveniently located right by a shopping center entrance from the subway exit; you take the elevator on the right up to the 2nd floor. It's very easy to get around.

Pigeons land on the windowsill in the morning. Breakfast is good too, served from 6:30-10:30 on weekdays and 7:00-11:00 on weekends. The service attitude is also very good. I stayed for 4 consecutive days, and the deposit was 30 pounds.

The room doesn't come with a toothbrush, toothpaste, dental cups, or disposable slippers, so you need to bring your own. There are two regular glasses and two water glasses, which worked fine as dental cups. There's no fridge or minibar with snacks, but you get two bottles of water daily, along with tea bags and instant coffee, which feels a bit cheap.

Location-wise, perfect! It’s right at the heart of where the action is, 2min-walk and you have Elizabeth Line making it easy to commute to and from hotel to anywhere in London. Room is spacious and clean in comparison to other hotels around. Only let down was there was no slippers available and toothpaste and brushes are given by request. But definitely worth every penny to stay here. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

A typical English pub in a great area, located in the heart of Paddington, right in front of the Paddington train and underground station. Also facing the Paddington Hilton hotel.

Friendly staff and quick service.

Tried their fish and chips, and it was good.

Would definitely visit again if in the area or travelling from Paddington station.

A budget option in Central London, very close to Paddington Underground and GWR Station. Very convenient location to/ from Heathrow Airport. Among negatives; constant noise of water and hand dryers from washrooms, cold rooms and even colder attitude of the lady approving the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant area. Apparently she was the owner of the property. Rest of the staff was very cordial and cheerful.

my worst nightmare, my cell phone, my passport and my money were stolen, someone broke the lock and took my backpack with all my things, I asked to see the images of the camera in the door entrance, they say they can't show me the images, until the police come and they would come the next day, a week waiting and the police never came. They told me that in the images they have seen someone who was not registered in the room in and out, that made me more angry, as it is possible that someone who is not in the room come, who provided the keys? the staff? It was all very confusing and in my despair they just told me that they felt it and that they could not do anything

Spotless and comfortable. Great location. Quiet. And no frills.

I was shocked walking in my room seeing how basic it was but when I woke up after my first night I had decided I LOVED this place.

The bed was perfect after a long day...the staff is so nice and knowledgeable...the breakfast is perfect (cold cuts, breads, cereals...amazingly tasty and great to begin a day with.)

I would recommend this hotel and would book a stay on my own again.
