The rooms are cleaned everyday but not so clean. Watch out the shower place as it is slippery. Overall the experience is good.

The room might have been renovated recently, it was quite clean and tidy. The facilities were comparable to domestic budget hotels like Home Inns. The mattress was very soft, but the pillows were terrible to sleep on – many hotels in China now use latex pillows, which are much more comfortable. We booked a family room for two adults and one child to get a king-size bed (1.8m), otherwise, it wouldn't have been big enough. There was no option for an extra bed without an additional charge, which is ridiculous considering we paid over £250 a night for a hotel with Home Inn-level quality. The space was decent though, enough room for three suitcases. Its main advantage is its excellent location and convenient transport links; everything else was pretty average. They provided two bottles of water daily, one of which was sparkling. It tasted awful, but water is so expensive here, so we just made do. As for service, there was basically none. Housekeeping staff wouldn't greet you in the corridors, and the front desk didn't offer any pleasantries after check-out. They just processed everything with a stone-cold expression, and I was the one who ended up saying, 'Have a good day,' haha. That inherent British aloofness was on full display. Putting the service aside, overall I was quite satisfied. At least the hot water was consistent, the shower pressure was great, and the hygiene was impeccable – as it should be for £250 a night...

The shower heads in the rooms are all broken. They can be improved.

Perfect location, 5 min walk from UCL campus and easy access to food eateries.

Conveniently located near UCL, about a 10-minute walk away. It's a 5-minute walk from Euston Station/Tube and 10 minutes from King's Cross Station. There's a community-style supermarket and small commercial area nearby, with several coffee shops directly across the street. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find many Western restaurants, a Sichuan restaurant about 10 minutes away, and a hot pot place around 15 minutes. London Bridge is only 5 Tube stops away, I think. The soundproofing in this old hotel really leaves a lot to be desired, haha, but it was fine; there wasn't much noise at night.

Clean and tidy with an excellent location, right opposite Euston train station. There's a family of squirrels in the nearby small park; I think I spoiled them with potato chips over the past few days! The only issue was the weak shower pressure.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my three-night stay in London. The hotel is extremely close to both the train station and the Underground. Breakfast was also quite plentiful and offered a good variety. Roshawir, an Indian staff member at the front desk, was incredibly warm and friendly. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Moving here from the guesthouse was an absolute dream! Seriously, avoid guesthouses in London; they'll make you question your sanity. This Hilton boasts a great location, easily walkable to the British Museum. The only minor drawback was the street noise at night. Being able to link my Hilton Honors card and enjoy all the member perks was a huge bonus!
