The hotel service is very good. The subway is close to Green Park Station, and it is also convenient to walk to Buckingham Palace to watch the changing of the guard.

The room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was great for buying groceries and cooking our own meals. The only downside was that the hotel water was carbonated, and I got an upset stomach after drinking it on the first day. Also, the toilet didn't flush very well and got clogged easily.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit.

My stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. We stayed in the room of the lowest expense and even then, that I did not even feel like i was staying in an apartment, but my own home! The staff and level of service is the best we have ever experienced. The Dome Suite is incredible, room service steaks were perfect! Visited the Lanesborough hotel for the Bridgeton afternoon tea. It was such a lovely time with delicious sandwiches, scones and sweet treats all themed. The tea was fresh, hot, sweet and spicy. They offered a gluten free menu which was presented beautifully. The service was spot on and the hotel is dreamy. Very good wedding dinner and stay but lost a mark from us because the Lanesborough spa was really disappointing. The pool and steam rooms were both closed for maintenance for a whole week which was so disappointing. We weren't told about that in advance. The room was always well cleaned and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our only negative feedback is that the room service menu is pretty limited and doesn’t have classic options that you would normally see at a hotel.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Had a room overlooking the railway to start which was a bit noisy but the reception staff were great and moved me to a quieter room. Only negative is that for a hotel like this you don’t expect to pay for bottled water or if you’ve got breakfast included to pay for anything other than filter coffee.

The room was quite noisy in the middle of the night. Even though the disturbance only lasted for a few seconds, it was enough to wake me up and prevent me from falling back asleep. Really enjoyed our overnight stay. We wished we had stayed longer. Was easy to get too from London Euston & was pleasantly surprised with our hotel room, did get a little too hot at times, but i prefer that than to being too cold. All in all, very cosy. Large doors without actual handles are anxiety inducing and get stuck often, we had to practically bash our way into our room. We checked out early and went to a Hilton instead; the staff offered us credit for the remaining nights as it was pre-paid for on *******, however they were unwilling to work with ******* on refunding the remaining nights.
