My friend and I stayed at Pan Pacific London and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great view, delicious breakfast, and there is even a swimming pool. In a city that has so many overpriced hotels, The Marylebone is by far, the best VFM. Its location, service, staff, everything is excellent. I love going there.

Good location, convenient transportation

The location is good, the service is friendly, the facilities are average, the room is a little small for two people, but it is enough. Water and slippers are provided. There is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but the waiter will not come in. I have encountered this in two other hotels in London. The waiter pushed the door open and came in. I was a little speechless.

Not my first stay and definitely won’t be my last. Always love staying at The Westin on the river. That beautiful signature scent as soon as you walk in sets the tone straight away. I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good. The butler team will contact you via WhatsApp during check-in to respond to your needs at any time. The location is also good, I am very satisfied with it for a few days!

Had breakfast at Collins Room and every dish was a hit. On the pricey side but you won’t mind once you’re stuffed. Food from room service was also really good. Staff are polite and helpful. Concierge came through with Beyoncé tickets at the very last minute (sadly didn’t get his name). A stones throw away from Harrods. Hot stone massage at the spa was exceptional!

I booked a hotel for one night before visiting my sister. The service was very good. They asked me if I needed a late check-out service. They also helped me upgrade the room type. If I needed a newspaper for the day, it would be delivered to the room. It was a pity that I didn't experience the spa. If I had to point out a shortcoming, it might be that my room had no window.
