From entering until leaving the standard of service is unsurpassed. Delightful and welcoming Front of House make you welcome from the start and provide information about an iconic building and all it's interesting history. The bars are varied and too suit every taste, please, please, please, experience Vespas.
The experience was unforgettable from beginning to end, and counting days until my return
The room was quiet, and there was welcome fruit. The front desk staff were professional and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a very good experience. If I weren't in a rush, I would have stayed longer and would definitely come back again.
The room was excellent, situated on the very side of the hotel with a large balcony—a truly luxurious feature next to Hyde Park. The top-notch hotel service goes without saying; a stay here would be an unforgettable experience.
The service was impeccable and they were incredibly responsive to all requests. The location is fantastic, very close to the metro station and nearby attractions. The hotel's dining options are also outstanding. All the rooms feature smart controls, which is a really great touch. Highly recommended!
Had a fantastic stay! The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful, just like those classic British hotels you see in movies. The room was lovely too. The location is super convenient; you can walk to Hyde Park and Bond Street. The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the French toast. And the Chinese restaurant, China Tang, was also excellent. I'll definitely...
The abundance of fresh flowers, the soft carpet, the attentive service, and the upgrade to a suite for our family trip—everything was perfect.

This was our first time at The Ned & it was just gorgeous. We booked a cosy room but it was lovely, bed was comfortable & shower was great. We had breakfast in our room & again it was excellent.
We had cocktails at Nickels Bar & then had dinner at Millies which was fantastic. The service & food were great & we loved the live music that played throughout the day. It was easy to get to on the tube & i...
The stay was really fabulous - the spa + gym were amazing (love the pool) and the festive decorations made it extra special
Excellent service. Great room and restaurants. Lovely staff. Can’t fault it at all. Highly recommended.
Loved everything about The Ned. The building, the decor, the ambiance, the staff were all so polite and friendly and super helpful and efficient, the food, the cocktails (very strong!), the room was spacious and beautifully decorated and filled with everything you could possibly need during your stay…bed and bedding very comfortable, the bars (The Vault Bar is amazing)!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at The Ned
From the moment I arrived, The Ned exceeded every expectation. The staff, both for the hotel and the restaurants, were absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Great location, close to Oxford Street. However, the food selection was quite limited.
Perfect location and I enjoyed my stay
Love the location, booked myself a pilates class at the hotel when i checked in. That’s one of the main reasons I chose the Nobu
Apprecated the help from the concierge team Marco and Mario.
One of the best hotels in London. Centrally located with an impeccable service.
Very helpful doormen, clean rooms, however small sized even relative to other London hotels at similar price level.
At check out, the experience wasn't expected from the reception staff. Definitely won't go back to the hotel again.

Great stay.
Massive rooms.
Right next to Buckingham palace and harrods.
Recommend and would stay agai
We have been very glad about our stay at the hotel. Cleaning which is important for me was good. Also, we could reach everywhere we planned to see very easily. Checi in & out was very quickly handled. Hospitability of staff was also perfect. Esp Mr Luis, thank you :) Only view of the room was not good but it was our chance I guess. Would like to stay at my next visit too.
The hotel staff were very patient in communicating with us despite our English communication difficulties, and the security guards were also very professional. A very good, long-established hotel.
The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, and the rooms and services are great! The only surprise was that when I checked out, I found that the hotel charged an extra room cleaning fee of more than 12 pounds per day.
Very good. The room is quite big.

Pretty new hotel and very convenient location in city of London. Super service and a lot of restaurants around including Eataly.
Amazing hotel with exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.
Extremely satisfied with the hotel, it's very luxurious, which is expected given the price, haha. The location is also excellent, very convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast was delicious, though a bit pricey.
Great location to go to London bridge and borough market. It is in east London.
New building so modern fittings.
Great service.
The surroundings are great, and the owner is also very welcoming.
My friend and I stayed at Pan Pacific London and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great view, delicious breakfast, and there is even a swimming pool. All the staff were so polite and welcoming. My friend is particular about hygiene, and she was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel is.

Absolutely the best location, the room was very well equipped and the staff were amazing. We’ll definitively be back! Thank you 🤩
Had a great time at the Marylebone. Superb location. 8 min walk to bond street underground. Had breakfast each of the mornings and Beata, our server, was so kind and made it such a great experience. Thank you so much.
Nice hotel , conveniently located near Oxford street
Always stay here excellent gem in Marylebone difficult to fault
I’m a regular business traveller and this hotel is perfect. Good location. Good service. It’s close enough to the main Oxford Street by foot, and 5 min walking distance from Bond Street tube station, 20 min by car to Marylebone train station. 8 min by drive to Mayfair. Can’t ask for more really!
In a city that has so many overpriced hotels, The Marylebone is by far, the best VFM. Its location, service, staff, everything is excellent. I love going there.

Claims to be 5*. DEFINITELY not.
The rumours outdated and we bought through was full of holes. The location is excellent with the Barbican centre nearby and South London easily accessible by bus or public transport.
The breakfast was absolutely superb best thing about it.
The so-called executive lounge is not worth the salt it's upon. Highly restrictive service and offerings they need to reconsider...
Hotel is excellent, not only on location but all the staff we came across were incredible. We had booked a particular room and unfortunately we were not giving it. We queried this aa the room giving had stairs (duplex suite). The room itself was lovely just unsuitable with person who can't do stairs very well. The duty manager (Renjit, sorry about spelling) was absolutely outstanding in resolving...
Looks like a luxury hotel hotel on the site, but we were staying in a room over the road from the main hotel. I do not feel we had had a 5* stay sadly. The room was so cold initially. They did solve this by bringing a heater, but we were cold for over an hour. The room was very clean and bathroom stunning, but whole room was not luxury or 5*. Empty kitchen area with a couple of bowls and spoons and...
Nice comfortable room. Bathroom nice but a little cold. Service and staff very friendly.
Location is wise but no elevator in the hotel so have to carry the big luggages in & up especially during check out.
Anyway the breakfast area is cute
Lovely foyer with complimentary cold drinks and biscuits.
Clean room with good quality toiletry products.
The bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows.

Good location, convenient transportation
The location is good, the service is friendly, the facilities are average, the room is a little small for two people, but it is enough. Water and slippers are provided. There is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but the waiter will not come in. I have encountered this in two other hotels in London. The waiter pushed the door open and came in. I was a little speechless.
The convenient experience of living in the center of the universe, I really don't want to nitpick
Very good location, but the air conditioner is loud
Convenient location, one walk out to Oxford street, Bond Street etc., and close to Selfridges department store friendly staff, very good hygiene, new facilities
The best level of service experienced in a London hotel. High quality from the helpful doorman Mohamed, followed by an efficient check in receptionist. Very high level of security and excellent restaurant options. great location, 4 minutes walk to Elizabeth line. Definitely will revisit in the future.

The service at the hotel was excellent. Everyone one was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was amazing and I look forward to going back to The Beaumont Mayfair Hotel
Was a classic high end hotel - the price was not locked in though from the time I reserved it.
Every detail is taken care. The staff from the front door to the front desk, phone, conceirge all provide OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Eerybody is always willing to help and make you feel at home and confortable. BEST HOTEL IN LONDON!!!
Our stay at The Beaumont Mayfair was absolutely excellent. The service was truly the best — attentive, professional, and warm from start to finish. Not my first stay and definitely won’t be my last. Always love staying at The Westin on the river. That beautiful signature scent as soon as you walk in sets the tone straight away. The breakfast selection is fantastic, and a special shoutout to Manisha and Aneesh who were so friendly and attentive (a rare gem in London!). Looking forward to coming back again soon.
The room had a very comfortable and quiet two-meter-wide bed. The hotel's food was also great, and they offered dinner and drinks in the evening at a reasonable price.
We stayed in the last week of the year, through new years'.
The good: superb location, short walk from multiple train stations and walking distance to a few attractions (St Paul's, Borough Market, Tate Modern). Also impressed by the quality of the continental buffet breakfast that we went daily, we thought the spread was decent.

The service is excellent, and the location is very convenient.
The location and cleanliness was great. The reception at the front desk checking us in was pretty rude. Also, our room had absolutely no ventilation. No windows, no ventilation in the bathroom so the room as you can imagine was very humid, stuffy and smelt very bad. Fair price for the location of the hotel though I guess.
Downsides: We requested a room close to the elevator for our four suitcases, but were assigned one very far away. (This was after speaking with the front desk, who said there were no rooms available closer to the elevator). The room didn't have a heated towel rail for drying clothes. Also, the room had no windows and felt very stuffy.
Positives: The hotel provided slippers. The Kensington area felt...
A perfect stay, accessible location, very good check-in experience, decent breakfast, nice environment, 5-star hotel.
The room was very nice on arrival, though a smell coming from the en-suite like drains. The mattress was awful, felt every spring and needs replacing. The hotel is clean and in a very good location. The prices are a little high. The room phone was broken.

Why give it half a star for service! It's simply outrageous! A waiter suddenly broke into the room at around 9pm local time? Very nice hotel in London located in the heart of the city, the bedding and the pillows are quite comfortable. The hotel also leaves a great impression walking inside.
Located right next to the London Eye, the location and views are unbeatable, and the breakfast service was superb.
The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!
The room was decent. The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye.

Great location in the city. Slight dated but overall good stay.
I appreciate the service from all staffs of this amazing hotel. During our visit, they always treat us so kindly. The hotel is located at the center of London, close to Trafalgar Square and Chinatown, which means that you could take public transport to any attraction in London. I highly recommend anyone visiting London to choose this hotel!
Great location, but the facilities are just okay and it's overpriced. They were also quite slow in refunding the deposit.
The facilities are so-so, and they're slow to return the deposit.

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. The rooms are also quite spacious (although the room I was initially given did not meet the requirements of the room reservation). The room facilities are acceptable.
I booked a hotel for one night before visiting my sister. The service was very good. They asked me if I needed a late check-out service. They also helped me upgrade the room type. If I needed a newspaper for the day, it would be delivered to the room. It was a pity that I didn't experience the spa. If I had to point out a shortcoming, it might be that my room had no window.
The hotel is more than great! friendly staff , food , and on top of all the hotel location is amazing!!! Especially for people who like to walk , piccadilly , trafalgar square, oxford street are all very close.

The W is one of my favorite hotel chains. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at the past few months, this hotel made me feel the most welcomed and appreciated as an Ambassador Elite member. I stayed here 4 and 5 December, 2025. I knew I'd be arriving late in the night for check-in, so the hotel confirmed a late check out weeks ahead of time for me so I'd secure some additional time at the property....
I'm not used to the design of this room. The wash sink is not in the bathroom but in the room. If you want to get up early to wash, it will definitely affect the sleep of others. The lighting is too dark. In addition, I went to the restaurant at 7 o'clock in the morning to order coffee to take away but was told that there were no paper cups. In short, it is not the standard of a five-star hotel, and...
