Perfect hotel for a family stay. Very clean, great location, and amazing staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!
Overall, it wasn't bad. Because it's a residence-style hotel, it has a slightly different feel from traditional hotels. Amenities and food may seem lacking. My family prefers a modern hotel suite. Still, the location is great, and I had no issues during my stay.
The hotel facilities are old and the location is a bit remote
The room is very spacious, comfortable and bright, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, quiet and elegant, a perfect experience.
Good location, convenient for travel, by car, boat, subway, just outside
This hotel is really great, great, great, great, the two-bedroom apartment is super large, estimated to be 200 square meters, luxuriously decorated, and in a quiet location, quiet in a busy city. They also prepared a lot of food. It has both the service of a hotel and the convenience and comfort of an apartment. In short, it is highly recommended

Stayed here recently and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The room was spotless, modern, and really comfortable, with everything I needed and more. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I slept brilliantly every night. The facilities were excellent too...
Am very happy and I had wonderful time I recommend it for anyone want to relaxing and have special occasions very clean and food very nice and stuff very helpful
Great hotel with good views, very accessible and clean facilities
The room was nice and comfortable, but too tired to be classed as 5 star. As two couples, we left the hotel before 9am to carry on exploring before check out at 11am. However, when we returned at 10.15am, we were told that our keys would no longer work as we had left the hotel. We had NOT checked out, as our bags were still in the room. We found this presumption to be very rude.
2nd time staying here in a month. Fabulous hotel. Excellent service and the gym, spa and rooms are amazing. Food brilliant. This is my go to place for sure whenever I’m in London.
Had a nice stayed everything was clean it was a nice experience

45 Park Lane is 100% your spot. It honestly feels less like a massive hotel and more like the world’s most sophisticated private residence. I loved that it’s a smaller boutique hotel because it actually has a personality. While its "mother" property across the street is all about classic British tradition, 45 Park Lane is sleek, art-focused, and just feels vibrant. The staff are the real stars here...
First time staying and OMG, it’s stunning. From the moment you pull up, the service is faultless. Checking in was easy and our suite was perfection. The spa area is next level and the champagne just added to the top end feeling. This hotel is 10/10.

Spacious rooms, and a superb spa and gym. The staff were fantastic and suoer professional and friendly.
The very ultimate in luxury hotels. Maybe the best in the world. Serena Acquaviva and staff are the finest, most care and deserve much credit for the excellence of this Dorchester Collection classic.
Hamza and the guys were unbelievably professional! Perfect service and thank you once again , hope to see you soon to my second home 45 parklane

We had an overnight stay here before our trip to Bruges and had an excellent experience from start to finish. On arrival we were given a complimentary upgrade on the room which was lovely and they organised take out breakfast for us as we had to catch an early train. A comfy bed, great bathtub and shower and bathrobes and all located across the road from St Pancras. We would 100% tell anyone to stay...
The best, the staff. Chiara and Jason very helpful and professional. Cristina, Housekeeping Supervisor help us a lot too. All off them were very nice with my daughter as well. Our room 502, the Junior Suite, amazing with a magic views. The location, better impossible.
Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and perfectly located for getting around London. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the staff—professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction felt welcoming, and they went out of their way to make my stay...
Came to Megaro for the first time and arrived around 12pm to try my luck with an early check-in. I was told to come back later as the room wasn’t quite ready. After going out for lunch, I returned around 2pm, but the room was still not available due to an issue with the corner studio room I had booked. The receptionist asked whether I specifically wanted the corner studio, and since that was what I...
This hotel was beautifully decorated with a very well done and chic aesthetic. The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. We had plans to walk down the road for a bite, and he recommended their Italian restaurant on site and their cocktail bar downstairs. The restaurant was also very well decorated and we ordered sharers. Everything was great and they were the best potato croquettes...
this is the most incredible funky cool hotel, I think I have ever stayed in! I have stayed here twice now, and just absolutely love the unique boutique feel of this entire hotel from reception to the bathrooms, and of course the incredible suite I had the pleasure of staying in on both my visits

Everything was perfect! Thank you so so much to Theo who made sure we were able to enjoy our afternoon tea in the Library. (We were five school friends celebrating our sixtieth birthdays.) The setting was beautiful - the furnishings, flowers and tableware, and the tea was delicious and so elegantly served. There is a wonderful selection of loose leaf teas to accompany the finger sandwiches, scones...
We had a fantastic stay at Number Sixteen, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made a lovely fuss of my wife when they heard it was her birthday. The location is great but also manages to be very calm, quiet and relaxing. It was our first visit but will definitely return.
My wife, our dog and I stayed at Number Sixteen for my birthday and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, every interaction with the team was warm and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond for us. A dog bed and treats were waiting for our pooch, which was such a thoughtful touch. I was also surprised with lovely birthday treats...
I recently stayed at No. 16 with my wife and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. We had a wonderful welcome on arrival by the friendly team who had the room ready before check-in time. The room itself was perfect; comfy bed, spacious, big bath etc. - what more could you ask for. We then tried the food - delicious!! Over the weekend we had the club sandwich, gnocchi and a huge room service...
In principle a lovely townhouse hotel in a great South Ken location, close to a tube station, many museums, the Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Just a shame the silly greed of the owners spoils the experience. We paid £540 for a deluxe room - very nice, but not huge and a small bathroom. There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room - on checkout, the receptionist said this could be pre-ordered for...
We stayed here for my wife's birthday and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant, so welcoming, friendly and eager to make our stay special. All good especially location but front desk service is not very good.
Overall, convenient location and friendly staff. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. There is no gym on site but they can give you a pass to use one down the road about 5 minutes away. There is a santander rental bike stand on the corner which is convenient for getting around hyde park area. An easy walk to the natural history, science, and art museums. Overall great stay.
It's very conveniently located just across the street from Harrods. Everything is great except for one bathroom room which doesn't have underfloor heating, and the water from the master bathroom smells terrible. Otherwise, it's very clean, cleaned daily, and quiet.
The location is excellent, just steps from Harrods, and within walking distance of the V&A Museum and the Natural History Museum. There are also many great restaurants nearby! The room was spacious, with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It was fully equipped with all kinds of kitchenware and tableware, making it feel like a small home. The staff were also very warm and friendly...
This is fantastic, the room is huge, and it's right next to Harrods.
Apart from the convenient location near Harrods, everything else is really average

Pros: The hotel's location was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel. It was close to Winter Wonderland and Oxford Street. Cons- The size of the rooms was tiny. The shower water temperature was either too hot or too cold. The front desk had Christmas snacks and hot chocolate every day with free bottles of water. Which was a nice personal touch.
Highly recommend. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was lovely. Really enjoyed my stay.
Great location. Room was clean and good enough for one person.
The name and photos make this hotel look like it’s going to be excellent. However in reality the rooms are small and dated. The bed clearly had a very old mattress, made more comfortable with a mattress topper but we both rolled towards the middle and slept terribly. The photo of the dining room is from an entirely different hotel - it doesn’t exist. The bathroom was dated and part of the shower fell...
Good area but the room too small
The location was perfect in very central - off a quiet street 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of March Arch. Nice stay here, was easy to check in and out. Friendly staff. Bed was comfy and room was nice and spacious. It was nice there was water, tea/coffee and fruit in the room complimentary. One star lost because the USB plug in charger was broken and the plug area around it. Lucky I had...

Every time I came to London, always stayed in this hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights this time. Good location, big and clean room, good staff! Especially the staff in the reception and all the house keeping. They are very busy sometimes, but still kind and polite and patient. It was so nice that I met Eli again. She treats every guest as professionally as ever. Zong
Wait for 5 hours to change from twin beds to kings bed without changing room. However, water leakage from bathroom, finally change another room to us at 11:30pm. Bad experience! Room is clean, breakfast is good, but not sure the communication between front desk and housekeeping team. Also appreciate the swift response from the night shift front desk manager who is a lady, she is willing to change...
Traveling to London with friends, the three of us shared a room. The sofa bed was quite spacious, more than enough for one person. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Tower Bridge and the subway station. The room was clean, and there were plenty of convenient breakfast options nearby. Choosing this hotel was a great decision.
Second time staying here. My room was on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th, so I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs, which was really inconvenient. One of the front desk staff members was a bit mean. However, the concierge staff who handled luggage storage were all super nice! (The picture is not of the hotel breakfast, by the way!)
An excellent choice if you want to visit Tower Bridge! I used to think staying in Soho was okay, good for food and shopping, but it felt a bit generic after a while. This hotel, however, has very modern facilities while still retaining a British charm. The views are beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, and there are all sorts of power outlets, so you don't have to worry about adapters – it's very...
The service was excellent. I told the front desk I wanted a room with a view of Tower Bridge, and they arranged one for us.

My partner and I went over to the Taj Spa on Valentine’s weekend and had such an amazing massage with Rebekah and Hidayah, honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. The moment you walk in, you feel relaxed. We were...
Taj 51 exceeded expectations (not always easy for a 5star stay), my family loved it. This is so much better for family travel compared to a luxury hotel. The room itself is incredible, having a kitchen and washer/dryer is key for us. The location is also terrific, we could walk or train through London. The staff makes serious effort to ensure comfort and constant help.
This is by far my favorite hotel in London. The service is both warm and very attentive. The suites/apartments really feel like a luxurious home away from home. Having a washer/dryer in the room was also a welcome surprise and very helpful. The happy hour at the bar and restaurant are lovely as well. Even during the recent tube strike I could walk to most of my scheduled events. I was sad to...
Very good hygiene, good service
Very good hotel, only 3 minutes away from Buckingham Palace, with exquisite and elegant environment. This is also the only hotel I have encountered in such a long time that allows early check-in at 9:30 in the morning. The 60 square meters+ suite is very spacious, especially the kitchen is huge. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and they gave a lot of small gifts and snacks. The daily cleaning...
The location is very good, very close to Buckingham. The room is considered large in London. There is a small living room in the suite where you can sit and drink coffee. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom is also large with a bathtub. The service is also good. A guy enthusiastically helped with the luggage. It seems to be opened by an Indian boss. When I was having breakfast, I found that...

Unbelievable stay. Brought my son to a Tottenham game experience for weekend from the US and was upgraded into a three bedroom suite (booked two bedroom) which was the size of an apartment. On arrival, there were some sweets and a bottle of champagne. One morning, they surprised us with Tottenham scarves, an incredibly personal touch. Throughout the stay, everyone was fully focused on ensuring...
Verdic, Antonio, Shuja and Dora were all outstanding and took great care of us. Could not recommend more the Grosvenor House Suites -- beautiful rooms, great location and attentive staff. We were upgraded (a benefit of our booking platform if available) and they gave us an amazing experience. As the last night of our trip it was so wonderful to unwind in our room and so grateful. It is a great spot...
Outstanding service and impeccable grounds. We visited with our immediate family and our accommodations were arranged close to each other which made it extremely convenient.
Very nice hotel and exceptional service. The siutes have a full kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. We travel frequently and this has to be one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.
GHS where it’s really feels like home - amazing place to stay great location and a really really lovely helpful stuff the management, the reception, the concierge, the housekeepers all are amazing and super helpful they really made our stay seamless .
Incredible hotel, excellent location just off Hyde Park in Mayfair. Cannot say enough good things about of experience here, especially the staff which went above and beyond to make my family's stay here incredible. Special call out to Loubna at the front desk who went out of her way to build my 8 month old daughter a little playpen in our living room and gave her a soft toy to play with which was...

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit London. After renovations, they've added an apartment building with a cozy, British feel. The service remains excellent. It's just steps from Harrods, making it very convenient. Thumbs up!
it was a nice spot , the location is very very good , in the heart of the city
Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment.
The air conditioner in the room we were initially given was broken, so we upgraded to another room.
The location is very convenient.
I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews before checking in, but I still believed in SLH's positioning and quality, and I was not disappointed. The location is excellent and convenient for travel. There is Harrods and many popular dessert shops right outside. This was my second time staying at this hotel. The facilities are much older than before the pandemic, but that didn't affect my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were great, and there was turndown service every night. The location was the most important thing. The street behind is full of restaurants, museums, and shopping malls. It's in London's affluent area, and you can see many handsome...
The location is in the wealthy area of London, and it is safe to travel. It is a retro hotel like an old Shanghai house. The elevator is the old sliding door type, which is very stylish. The room is small and cozy. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Harrods, and there are many dining options around. You can stay there for several days.
It's relatively okay, but there are still areas for improvement. I hope people will have a different experience next time.
Very British style hotel. The hotel is located in Chelsea, with a good environment and location. The hotel's breakfast is very good! It is not a buffet, but provided by the hotel restaurant. If you book a room, you can get breakfast included. Highly recommended!
The location is just a street behind the shopping area, 10 minutes away from the consumption point of the wealthy area. The environment is very good, it feels like staying at home, but in the end the hotel asked for a tip of 30 pounds per day😅 Although I refused, it was a bit embarrassing
The location is perfect, the room is clean and spacious, with good lighting and a large wardrobe. The hotel staff are friendly.

This is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and yet be close to the transportation of London. Geny is an excellent front desk hostess - she is polite, efficient and makes your stay perfect! Her welcome when we arrived was like a welcome home and that is exactly how we felt at Native Hyde Park! AAAAA+++++
it was an very good experience , the apartment as advertised , in the heart of London. bed and linen was crispy clean , kitchen with all utensils needed.
Great location, good size for a family of 5. Smoking odor covered by lots of air freshener which made it worse especially to someone who is allergic to this order. Requested early check in, never got a response on the day of arrival, no big deal. Location is perfect. All in all it was good. The odor was the biggest issue for me.
Brilliant accommodation in a great area The apartment was perfect with kitchen , lounge and bathroom Separate walk in robe was useful The staff were amazing Always clean and happy to help with any issues Extra heaters were supplied when requested
Excellent location near two metro stops. One metro ride on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow airport and then 5 minute walk. Everything is near by, the famous Selfridges in Oxford Street, groceries, restaurants, shopping. The apartment gets refreshed everyday by the wonderful and friendly housekeeping lady. The team is great at responding in a timely manner and are sure to make you feel safe and cared...
The property is very well located and maintained. However, for the same price I would stay in a hotel where the amenities are usually on premises such as a restaurant a gym etc. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the next apartment, the kitchen didn’t have a single wipe cloth something my wife didn’t appreciate, no water bottled,.
