The Bentley is always is an easy choice for us, the attractive building and interiors are luxurious and the bedrooms and bathrooms we've had were comfortable and spacious. The location to food and transport is perfect for getting around London.

Great room, and there was a language barrier as most of the staff were from India and had heavy accents.

The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were ok. The only aspect that let the room down was the mattress was quite hard. Other than that my second stay at the Bentley was brilliant. A small refurb would make it spectacular! Staff were very friendly and always available to help.

We had a fantastic stay at Number Sixteen, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made a lovely fuss of my wife when they heard it was her birthday. The location is great but also manages to be very calm, quiet and relaxing. It was our first visit but will definitely return.

I recently stayed at No. 16 with my wife and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. We had a wonderful welcome on arrival by the friendly team who had the room ready before check-in time. The room itself was perfect; comfy bed, spacious, big bath etc. - what more could you ask for. We then tried the food - delicious!! Over the weekend we had the club sandwich, gnocchi and a huge room service...

In principle a lovely townhouse hotel in a great South Ken location, close to a tube station, many museums, the Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Just a shame the silly greed of the owners spoils the experience. We paid £540 for a deluxe room - very nice, but not huge and a small bathroom. There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room - on checkout, the receptionist said this could be pre-ordered for...
