London, 27 - 33 Harrington Gardens (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The Bentley is always is an easy choice for us, the attractive building and interiors are luxurious and the bedrooms and bathrooms we've had were comfortable and spacious. The location to food and transport is perfect for getting around London.
Great room, and there was a language barrier as most of the staff were from India and had heavy accents.
Big rooms. Well-appointed. Quiet. Very close to Gloucester Station. Great location.
The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were ok. The only aspect that let the room down was the mattress was quite hard. Other than that my second stay at the Bentley was brilliant. A small refurb would make it spectacular! Staff were very friendly and always available to help.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. The rooms were not clean—carpets badly stained, shower door not clean, shower and bath faucets were in poor condition and not clean.
Our stay at The Bentley was wonderful. The Harrington Suite was lovely and the staff were all very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. 10/10.

We sadly only had one night at The Cadogan, but it felt like we had been there many times before! The rooms, food, and all areas of the hotel were 5 star quality, and even better than one could expect. But the standout feature for me was the genuine friendliness of the staff. Jamie, in particular, felt like we had been friends for years, but every staff member made you feel like family. If we ever...
We were especially impressed by the room's timeless elegance, where modern sophistication meets traditional charm. The décor is thoughtfully curated, with exquisite attention to detail evident throughout both the room and the restaurant. Equally remarkable is the warmth and unwavering attentiveness of the staff, whose dedication enhances every aspect of the guest experience.
My wife Chloé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cadogan, and it was truly one of those rare hotel experiences that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. What makes this place so special is not only the beauty of the property and its perfect location in Chelsea, but above all the people. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely warmly welcome. The service was attentive...
We just returned from 8 nights at this fabulous hotel. This is a wonderful Belmond property with a low key but classy vibe in a great neighborhood. You have 2 tube stops nearby along with Pavillion Road shops and restaurants plus the Sloan Square and Kings Road businesses. Harrods is also a quick walk. Definitely don’t skip a visit to the private garden across the street. We stayed in a deluxe junior...
The Cadogan is truly a luxury 5 star hotel. We have stayed in other Belmond locations before, and the Cadogan was exactly what you would anticipate from a Belmond. From the very first second you step in to the last moment when you leave, you feel at home, at peace, and that you have been taken care of at the highest level. First, I want to thank Anastasia, she was absolutely remarkable-- super professional...
Understated yet elegant entry spot opposite private garden - yes you can get a key! Fabulous. Doorman, concierge even waitstaff unfailingly and warmly attentive. Our room had 4 windows, amazing light and views. Linens gorgeous, decor delightful - the Beef Wellington a triumph. Would jump at the chance to stay again.

Ideal location close to south kensington tube

Concierge Gabriel was exceptional. All staff were excellent and the hotel is lovely.
I was very satisfied with my stay - the service was excellent, the room was clean, the breakfast was exceptional (possibly the best I’ve had in a European hotel), and the location is unbeatable. While the room was small, it was acceptable for a hotel in a European capital and well outweighed by the overall experience.
This is a very attractive small hotel in the busy area of Kensington. We had many buses to chose from that run past Harrod's or to museums or other things we wanted to visit. This is a big plus to us as we use buses to not only save a fortune, but to see cities as we get around.
The concierge was very helpful, and helped us figure out that in the end it was going to be worth it to take a cab to the...
It’a a pretty hotel and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was very, very nice. The concierge and front desk staff went out of their way to be nice. The only thing I wish they’d mentioned in there is a well-stocked, attractive, self serve bar off the lobby - pour yourself a drink, write it down, and they charge your room. The neighborhood by the hotel is excellent - we hope to stay there again...
A gem of a hotel; a perfect balance of elegance and casual. Always my favorite place to stay when in London. Plus the location, across from the So. Kensington Tube station, is very handy. Great place for a woman traveling alone; very safe.

45 Park Lane is 100% your spot. It honestly feels less like a massive hotel and more like the world’s most sophisticated private residence. I loved that it’s a smaller boutique hotel because it actually has a personality. While its "mother" property across the street is all about classic British tradition, 45 Park Lane is sleek, art-focused, and just feels vibrant. The staff are the real stars here...
First time staying and OMG, it’s stunning. From the moment you pull up, the service is faultless. Checking in was easy and our suite was perfection. The spa area is next level and the champagne just added to the top end feeling. This hotel is 10/10.

Spacious rooms, and a superb spa and gym. The staff were fantastic and suoer professional and friendly.
The very ultimate in luxury hotels. Maybe the best in the world. Serena Acquaviva and staff are the finest, most care and deserve much credit for the excellence of this Dorchester Collection classic.

Extraordinary hotel. The room was incredible. Service to the room (twice daily) was amazing. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel (and we travel quite a bit); Location of the hotel was perfect. Best part of this trip was TONY, who took special care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. He is a huge asset and we look forward to seeing him again when we return.
We stayed at L'Oscar several times over the past few years and were always impressed by its beauty, comforts, and level of service. During our last stay, we noted that the service got even better: the room was spotless, the food we ordered was delivered promptly, and the hotel proactively honored all our VIP discounts, including room upgrade and food credits. We will be staying at L'Oscar again the...
Hotel was suffering from a large fire that had occurred beneath the street under the hotel. The hotel forgot to notify us that taxi and car access was not available. At first the taxi even refused to take us because of the traffic nightmare, roads closed, etc. We had to walk two blocks with heavy luggage through construction zone to arrive to the hotel with no bellmen. The room was beautiful, the toast...
The price is justified. Everything was done to standard.
The staff didn't speak Chinese, but there was a mobile translator, so it was manageable. Even with my limited English, they were all friendly and welcoming, so I wasn't annoyed.
The breakfast was quite good, much better than a four-star hotel.

The staff, atmosphere and delicious cocktails were exceptional. The best of any other 5 star hotels in London
I booked two deluxe rooms, but the front desk manager said that extra beds were not allowed and insisted that I pay 200 pounds a night to upgrade. Very dissatisfied! I can book a room at a higher level directly online, and I don’t need this price! And the room was obviously big enough, but she insisted that she couldn't add an extra bed. Ctrip's website says extra beds are available. In the end, it...

Love the breakfast and the nice small hotel . Will definitely come back for another stay
Great spot between two metro lines, and easily walkable to V&A and Natural History museums (and Harrod's!)
Really professional staff and they do an excellent breakfast (worth getting these included!) Standard rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but very cosy and comfortable.
The Knightsbridge hotel is my new favorite boutique hotel in London. The hotel interior is so unique and every detail is unmatched and thought of. The service was exceptional from beginning to end- it truly felt like staying there was home away from home. Room service/Food and bev was also superb. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I had a lovely welcome from the team from arrival and being shown my room. After a long day it was an absolute treat to rest in a comfortable and luxurious space. My room was very cosy and homely, and I had everything I needed. I had supper via room service and the soup was very delicious! It was a wonderful experience - thank you Knightsbridge team!
Lovely property but don’t stay in room 2 as it’s very noisy in the morning from people eating breakfast on the floor above.
Clean, comfortable, exceptional service. Lovely area to enjoy London.

The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel's environment was lovely. It's a charming, lesser-known gem.
The room was clean and well-equipped. I met Pammy at the front desk; she was very attentive and spoke fluent Chinese, which made me feel very welcome in a foreign country. Breakfast was à la carte and delicious; I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Suite accommodations are more suitable for family trips, offering comfort and relaxation.
This trip went to France, Spain and the UK. I don't know who understands my feelings after coming from Spain. I immediately felt clean and comfortable. I went to the hotel bar for a quick drink before going out for dinner. I asked 2 glasses of white wine to the barman. Our stay at the Wellesley Knightsbridge exceeded our expectations in every way - the staff were superb and very friendly- the accommodations were very comfortable - the concierge staff were experienced and very knowledgeable- Juan went out of his way to ensure all of our requests were met with personal attention - the breakfast staff were simply amazing
Our cigar and cognac experience at The Wellesley was, without question, the highlight of our entire trip. While I’m the cigar enthusiast, my wife found herself enjoying the evening just as much as I did—something we didn’t necessarily expect, and a true testament to how thoughtfully the experience was curated. Didn't have breakfast here. Room too warm and a bit on the small side.
Air con Didn't work efficiently enough.
Room felt a little outdated and the marbled stickers on the tables made it feel cheap. Loud music from the hotel next door Didn't help either.
Fantastic staff, fantastic food. Only thing i would recommend would be a fridge in the room, especially for the summer but other than that a fantastic hotel.
Fabulous boutique hotel steps away from the Natural History Museum and the V&A. Clean, comfortable, well appropriated. Hot water!
Kind and friendly staff. Great quiet location with good access to all areas of London from nearby South Kensington Station. Comfortable room.

Incredibly attentive staff. Beautiful building. Wonderful amenities. I recommend this to anyone looking to stay in London.
Hotel is tucked away to the side of Reubens Hotel. My guess is that this is (in essence) an annexe of the Reubens, probably sharing the kitchen and some staff. One of the problems with this hotel is that there's only one lift and we had to...
Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Everything that was under the staff’s control was great. Only downside was that we were assaulted by cigarette smoke from another guest the first 3 days. Staff finally tracked down the source and our room was smoke free for the remaining days.
Room was beautiful and staff were great except for staff in bar. Wasn’t very welcoming and my drink wasn’t quite right. Otherwise everything else great.
The room itself was excellent, quiet, clean and well cared for. The main restaurant lacked energy or music to entice us to have a meal or even a beverage.

This hotel had real potential. Beautiful arty vibe. Lovely surroundings and helpful polite staff who really were a credit to the hotel. However was ridiculously small and not particularly clean. Perfect hotel for a family stay. Very clean, great location, and amazing staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!
Overall, it wasn't bad.
Because it's a residence-style hotel, it has a slightly different feel from traditional hotels. Amenities and food may seem lacking.
My family prefers a modern hotel suite. Still, the location is great, and I had no issues during my stay.
The hotel facilities are old and the location is a bit remote
The room is very spacious, comfortable and bright, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, quiet and elegant, a perfect experience.
Good location, convenient for travel, by car, boat, subway, just outside
This hotel is really great, great, great, great, the two-bedroom apartment is super large, estimated to be 200 square meters, luxuriously decorated, and in a quiet location, quiet in a busy city. The calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel created the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy some...
