Logistically excellent location. The whole staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, attending to us wonderfully. Special thanks to Anna, Syed, John, and Tynissa at reception, as well as the lovely lady in the breakfast room whose name we unfortunately don’t remember (we hope you all recognize yourselves)! A peaceful hotel with an adult-friendly atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast. Nothing essential was missing. The rooms were on the smaller side, but the purpose of our 4-night trip wasn’t to stay cooped up indoors. We would happily return to this hotel.

Nice clean rooms and Hotel in general was very clean.
Staff are really nice and polite and had an issue with the air con in the room and they tried to fix before moving room. Friendly and helpful in the bar and the restaurant too.
Location was picked due to work around the corner but nice quite little part of Piccadilly.
Breakfast was really good too.

The people who work here are great, but for the price I feel decently ripped off. I spent pretty close to $400 USD for a room that was the quality of a 2 star hotel in the US.

The room when we arrived was very beat up, with dinged up & dated furniture, dirty sheets, and most concerningly blood on the radiator. I told staff and they cleaned the room for us, which was nice, but, still the room was concerningly dated for $400 in a not very peak time. In addition the shower flooded the bathroom, which was decently concerning. It was fine for a night, but really I don't think was great value.

I had a wonderful stay at The Caesar Hotel in London. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. A special mention goes to Kamal, who was especially helpful, always ready with practical tips and showing great kindness. I truly felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay! Great location, super clean, and very comfortable. Water, coffee, and cookies were refilled daily, which was a lovely touch. The room had plenty of space, proper windows, and even a nice view - not something you always get in London! The staff were extremely kind and welcoming.
Highly recommend - I’d definitely stay here again!

The service was excellent. The breakfast buffet featured fresh ingredients; the menu was quite extensive, offering a typical English breakfast and morning tea.

Great place, but watch out for three things: 1 - under 18s aren't allowed in after 7pm. 2 - curling sessions only last 40 minutes. 3 - bowling alley has short lanes. Food in Meat Liquor is great.

The session times have been shortened and prices raised. Some of the staff do not treat their customers with respect or dignity.

Update: Haven't been there a while. Most of the staff are actually really nice, just one or two meanies. Judging by their website, it seems like they've gone with their old ways partly, with lower prices and longer sessions. Thank you!

Had a fabulous day! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! I had really great ice skating morning! Ice skates are sharper, better fit than some other places I have tried in the last years. Great quality ice surface too! Definitely recommend and we will be back for more!

It was an okay establishment. The staff were neither here nor there and it was a little overpriced. I enjoyed the time I spent there, but couldn't help but feel that it would've been more pleasant if the staff could crack a smile. The activities they had there are really quite fun and I enjoyed the ice skating a lot. Would be willing to go again? Probably

Food and drinks were brilliant and so much to do here from ice skating, go karting on ice, bowling and good selection of arcade games! Staff couldn't have been any more helpful! Was one of the most unique places I've gone to in a long time.
