I stayed here with a friend in January 2024. It was a great location close to everything beach, restaurants but also quiet. The back patio was a little gem to sit out at night, rooms were clean. Andre’s the night manager was so hospitable, and knowledgeable. He was always there to greet us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. It’s been awhile since experiencing that degree of excellence in customer service. I will definitely be back!

This is not a hotel it is pseudo air b and b, and the name they mentioned in booking platform is not correct they changed the name , the checking process is nightmare , there is no one present in reception. I really felt like a nightmare while checking in … this property deserve to report local police . This hotel is worst for those who are traveling first time in Miami and not an American citizen. 真垃圾🗑️💩💩

Staff is invested in making sure you have the best experience. Andres checked me in and also was very attentive with what I needed for my room and while having a drink at the bar. Service was 100% for a short trip that I really needed to feel relaxed and pampered.

We recently stayed here on our vacation. The staff is amazing. Danny the manager was terrific as well as all the other staff. They really make you feel at home and take care of their guests.

The hotel is just a block from the beach and has great restaurants and night life all within walking distance.

We stayed in a suite which was perfect as we had our 2 kids with us. It had plenty of room for us and the kids. Definitely recommend Kayak if you staying in Miami Beach!

Great hotel with nice ambience. The vibe and smell throughout the hotel is very soothing and contemporary. It is walkable distance from south beach, Collins Park and many other attractions around. The hotel locality is also apt and safe for anyone wanting to explore the city. The Big Bus stops are also at a 5 min walking distance.
Overall highly recommended and advised.

Wow so let me just say this place is breathtakingly beautiful! The pictures don’t do it any justice and it smells amazing! The service I received from Andres was exceptional!! He made me feel very welcomed and at home as soon as I walked in. Booking and checking in was very easy and convenient and Andres was extremely helpful in helping me decide what kind of room to choose for my stay. He made my stay in Miami a very memorable one and Kayak Hotel has definitely earned my repeated service as long as employees like him are the standard every time I will be back again and again.

I had such an amazing time at Kayak!
The staff is incredibly gentle and ready to provide you everything you need. They put us on another bedroom upon my request super quickly, for example. Cheers to Larry who was such a great person helping us with so many things, such a nice guy and professional. Cheers to the amazing restaurant they have with an amazing food and the outdoor area is PHENOMENAL. I had THE BEST SERVICE OF MY LIFE by TANIA, she is the most adorable waitress I’ve ever seen, I wanted to hug and really did saying goodbye to her, because I really felt that. She deserves the world! Also another young lady with short curly hair was incredible with everything as well. It’s such an intimate boutique hotel, with impeccable decoration, amazing high-quality bathroom products, great house keeping, and points to the hotel’s scent abs candles all over it. These little details and amazing customer service made Kayak a GREAT experience. The manager is always on-site to help with everything too, and the location is great, 3min walk-distance from the beach and right beside a cute park, great for a run and workout in the morning.
I would just add the need of a microwave at the hotel and Landry service.
Go say Hi to the amazing Tania at the restaurant, I really wanna be her friend, she’s lovely and I would say that I would go back to the hotel because of her.

This was my first time in Miami & if and when I go back I would definitely stay here again! When we first arrived, the room we booked had a pretty humid and damp smell unfortunately. The gentleman at front desk was so quick to make things right and move us into another room without hesitation! He was super sweet and super helpful, I unfortunately did not get his name but he definitely made our stay 10 times better! The vibe here is great, it is a bit noisy so if you mind that, this is not the place for you. It’s walking distance to the beach and so much more. Our room we got settled into was super clean & king sized bed was super comfortable! Also you can borrow their nice bikes to ride to the beach! I would give this place 10 stars if I could 🥰

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
The service was incredible!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Rooms were nice and clean and we really liked the fact that you would have to request cleaning 🙏🏻💚
Rooftop was really nice and had a small but very nice pool - perfect for relaxing.
I highly recommend this place 🤩

As a frequent diner of fine restaurants around the world, I can tell you that this restaurant is not what you think fine dining is. These guys are clueless on real customer service. Unnecessary additude. Laughable. Sloppy. Impolite. “Fake Politeness”
Go to Setai, just a block away. Consistently delicious and you are treated as you deserve.

Not sure how the reviews are so bad.. have been to most of the best restaurants in Miami and the service here was the best by a mile. Food was good and the staff were all amazing. One of the only restaurants that don't automatically take 20%+ service charge off the bill as well but definitely deserve a good tip.

I wish I could give this restaurant a 5 because the food was so worth every penny. It was soooo good. We had a party of 8 and combined we had the braised short rib, lamb chops, the king crab (verrry small, more like a prince lol), Mac n cheese, and salad (they don't have ranch). All of the food was good, great, and phenomenal!

However, when it came to splitting the checks, it was terror trying to calculate how much each person's ticket was. The manager wasn't really helpful until we finally figured everything out an hour later.

The atmosphere was very elegant and laid back.

I am thoroughly disgusted with my NYE experience at this hotel's pool "wet". Only one small poolside bathroom was allowed to be used for over 2000 people. I imagine people staying in the hotel we're going up to there rooms. It didn't even feel like a concert as no one was dancing the entire night. You couldn't expect people to dance because they care more about making money then people enjoying there experience. No joke, there was no dedicated area or dance floor and my girlfriend and I were told to dance between the reserved bottle service tables. At one point I addressed a bouncer because somebody grabbed her multiple times only to be yelled at and escorted out by approximately 7 bouncers out of the club that I agreed to leave on my own after this terrible experience. As I was leaving, a bouncer informed me that he could beat me up and I was shoved by them from behind.

I don't know what this place is like a normal basis, but if you are planning to go for NYE, I STRONGLY suggest anywhere else on earth.
