This is my 4th or 5th stay at the Lennox and I love this hotel. I always get a cabana room by the pool and I love being able to step right outside and read a book or take a nap poolside. The grounds are super nice and the staff is friendly. I always use the gym, and while it's small, it has plenty of the right equipment to get the job done. I did not eat at the restaurant this trip but in the past it's always been great food. I love the location right on Collins, and the courtesy golf cart and private beach area are both great amenities. I look forward to my next stay at the Lennox.

Clean, friendly and attentive staff, European-like feel, high-end toiletries, boutique. Very nice! Was perfect for me (solo female).

One of the bathrooms had water running nonstop all night and they had no help to come fix it.

Clean room, accommodated me with a room 8 hours early!, credited me $30 because I hadn’t used $10 drink vouchers, close to beach, warm pool and nice a/c in room.

Our stay at Lennox was fantastic. The staff were warm and professional, the room was spotless and cozy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the pool was a real highlight. Perfect location close to everything but still quiet. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. It is worth recommending.

Stayed here for 4 nights & have no complaints. Staff were delightful and eager to help — Diego at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in the South Beach area. This is a 15 min walk to Ocean Blvd & Lincoln Ave, and an even closer walk to the main beach with a buggy to drive you when you need. Wifi, TV, shower all worked great and the pool was very clean.
Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Miami :)

As part of a business trip ending on September 30, 2024:
- Superb swimming pool
- Excellent location, not on the seafront, 5 minutes from the ocean, and close to Ocean Drive
- Pleasant decoration and atmosphere
- Excellent service but there is a but ...
This is the first time I have seen a receptionist as bad in the service as in this hotel, everything was complicated with him:
- Having his address changed in the invoice, impossible according to him, but his colleagues in a second time were kind enough to do the operation (1 minute).
- The late check-out, we asked to benefit from a late check-out (enjoy the ocean and the swimming pool before taking the plane), knowing that a couple of friends were freeing their room a day earlier and offered it to us, this receptionist did not want.
- Finally, ne of his colleagues understood the situation and accepted the late check-out at 5pm with the guides, so we could stay in our room, and that our friends' room was free.
At 3:30pm, we came back from the beach to dive into the pool before taking our suitcases and leaving, the badge no longer worked, so I asked the famous receptionist to extend the badge, but he did not agree to this 5pm check-out and without telling me only extended it until 4pm.
And that's how at 4:05pm, I found myself in my swimsuit in the front desk (quite an embarrassing moment), because he did not want to extend the duration until 5pm, the negotiation was long, he wanted me to call the guides (my phone was in the room).
Obviously, he made a point of going back on what had been agreed, he clearly didn't understand the stupidity of the situation, it was very embarrassing, he must have been the mini boss because his colleagues seemed embarrassed but did nothing.
I should point out that we had settled everything, that everything was in order, and that our friends' (equivalent) room was paid for and clearly re-let.
I explained to him that this was not a correct attitude, but I
don't think that the quality of service was his concern.
In short, a beautiful place spoiled by the quality of service of a minority.

I stayed here with a resort day pass and I loveeeed the place so much I came back the next day. Everything is so beautiful! Their cafe is gorgeous, the pool area is so serene ☀️ you get a ride to the ocean on a fancy golf cart. The chair on the beach and umbrellas are very nice. Always found a place to sit. I would definitely come back.

Buffet was horrible. Old food, not fresh, warmed up for like hours. The drinks were horrible and the sweets were left in room temperature for hours. But the staff was pretty great.

As a frequent diner of fine restaurants around the world, I can tell you that this restaurant is not what you think fine dining is. These guys are clueless on real customer service. Unnecessary additude. Laughable. Sloppy. Impolite. “Fake Politeness”

One of my favorite restaurants. Let them choose your menu and definitely ask for an outside Cabana.

Not sure how the reviews are so bad.. have been to most of the best restaurants in Miami and the service here was the best by a mile. Food was good and the staff were all amazing. One of the only restaurants that don't automatically take 20%+ service charge off the bill as well but definitely deserve a good tip.

I am thoroughly disgusted with my NYE experience at this hotel's pool "wet". Only one small poolside bathroom was allowed to be used for over 2000 people. I imagine people staying in the hotel we're going up to there rooms. It didn't even feel like a concert as no one was dancing the entire night. You couldn't expect people to dance because they care more about making money then people enjoying there experience. No joke, there was no dedicated area or dance floor and my girlfriend and I were told to dance between the reserved bottle service tables. At one point I addressed a bouncer because somebody grabbed her multiple times only to be yelled at and escorted out by approximately 7 bouncers out of the club that I agreed to leave on my own after this terrible experience. As I was leaving, a bouncer informed me that he could beat me up and I was shoved by them from behind.
I don't know what this place is like a normal basis, but if you are planning to go for NYE, I STRONGLY suggest anywhere else on earth.
