I had an amazing stay at Pestana South Beach. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the location is perfect for enjoying the beach and exploring Miami Beach. The rooms were comfortable and everything was kept very clean.
What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. I want to give a special shout-out to Daniela, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond during my stay. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. Thanks to Daniela and the team, I would happily stay here again and recommend Pestana South Beach to anyone visiting Miami.

The hotel is fairly small but clean and well located close to the beach and to the shopping area.
The only issues that we encountered, building 3 has no elevator so bags need taken upstairs by hand. The air con unit is extremely noisy with a loud droning sound all night. The tv channels did not work and we reported this but it wasn’t resolved. We didn’t have breakfast here as the choices looked quite limited.

As soon as I arrived, there were three people at the reception who informed me about the stay and the services, etc. / A welcome service is set up at the reception. Unfortunately, I didn't use the pool because I was short on time, but there were people who lingered in the pool even in the late afternoon. A very clean room welcomed me and I was very pleased to see and can confirm that there was a Nespress machine and a large bottle of mineral water. An additional factor in my choice! The bathroom kit, toothpaste, shower cap, and toothbrush were not included; you have to ask at the reception. // The products in the bathroom were excellent and in large quantities. I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location and treatment. I highly recommend.

Every one was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Breakfast bar was ok but to the bear minimum, could’ve had more varieties to go with the egg ie bacon, tomatoes just to mention a couple. Just a constructive feedback. Hope to be back! Loved the place, people were very friendly and Miami very vibrant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Had the best experience at this hotel - they really helped us out and took such good care of us after our flight was cancelled and we had to urgently find a place to stay. Rooms were clean and light, the pool was amazing. All the staff was so helpful and pleasant - will come back!

Loved the Nespresso coffee maker and pods in the room. Fantastic staff and comfortable accommodations. Going forward, Hotel Pestana is my center of operations anytime I am in Miami.

Pros: location, check in staff were nice
Con: no onsite parking - it is 2 blocks away and costs $55 per day or park in a 'self parking area which are very sketchy. Hotel needs an update. Pool was closed and you had to drive 5 minutes to get to their sister hotel with pool.

Beds and room were comfy. The bathroom was VERY small with absolutely no counter space to put any toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was being renovated so we were given a wristband to access the pool at another hotel. Overall, we had a nice stay and were able to walk to a restaurant and to shop.

Came here to have a romantic date, was seated so close to another couple that the vibe was destroyed. Checked the menu, prices were outrageous, decided to try an appetizer anyway. Had the beef tartare, completely disappointed for the price... I can make better beef tartare at home...
For the price, I would've expected an overall superior experience to what we had. We ended up going to Ferraro's Kitchen Restaurant and Wine Bar, which was a far more welcoming experience from start to finish.

Buffet was horrible. Old food, not fresh, warmed up for like hours. The drinks were horrible and the sweets were left in room temperature for hours. But the staff was pretty great.

When we arrived the hostess was short and rude, just really acted like someone who hated her job and everyone that csme in there. we only had 4 out of our 6 people in the party and she said she couldn't seat us. We told her we were going to order apps and drinks... finally she seated us but only at a four person table. She said we could "slide up two more chairs when they got there".
The servers were mostly nice after that, but the service was extremely slow and undependable. The food was decent at best but WAY over priced, especially for the quality.

The food is good but the service is awful! If I could provide no stars I would. Sit in the bar, the servers are much friendlier up there! Our waiter disappeared. We were the first reservation to show up and the room was empty so we weren't even that busy. Then the manager shows up long after we requested the bill, like 30 mins after and has an attitude with us. Again no waiter in sight... Now he can't split the bill for us and gives an attitude about it when someone in be party asked. I don't spend spend 100 bucks for dinner to wait and be yelled out... Not worth it!

I love this place! Beautiful people everywhere. The music is awesome the decor is smashing, food... 99th percentile for sure as far as Japanese cuisine on the beach.
