We stayed at Hilton Miami until New Year. There was only valet option for parking and self parking was equally expensive so if you were to stay here, check for parking spots on SpotHero in nearby spaces. Receptionists were great and helpful. Room was spacious as well.

Service at hotel was excellent! Unfortunately, it is in area that is not so safe. Lots of homeless panhandler begging for money and food.

The hotel is a bit old. Otherwise I have a good experience with it. Staffs are polite and attentive. I don’t have hesitation rebooking with it

Stay was generally good overall, they allowed early check in as rooms were available when we arrived which is a plus, only thing is wifi isn’t great kept disconnecting. Overall it’s a good hotel and in a more quiet part of downtown not too far from port of Miami.

The service provided by the hotel was great. Location was decent and close by to the metro which takes you to downtown / Brickell.

The location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking.
I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time
After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer. I migh they coul be gently.

Whopper with cheese extra hot cut in half i love the flame broiled patty it taste way better than a patty that comes off a flat top grill there are so many new burgers to choose from. Flavorful priced reasonably and the service was friendly and fast

This place needs to be closed down. As a tourist you don't want to walk into a place with homeless people begging in front, inside, sleeping in the place as well. There were holes in the seats, big flys everywhere dead and alive. There was a deep pool of water in the parking lot so you had to tread through the water to get inside. They didn't half of the menu either. The staff was nice though. It didn't feel safe.

Few things can compare to the feeling you get by coming here at 6am. The service and the food were both great, I'll admit. However, it was an experience all in and of it's own. From the odd fellow with the brand new $60,000 SUV that walked in simply to get a spoon, to the shady guy behind me in line with a colorful shirt that was not ordering anything yet continually staring at my watch. The other guy that walked in with a packed suitcase and backpack later to find out he was not a tourist but a regular. We can't forget the likely 50+ year old heroin addict that I was torn between calling paramedics or not before her pimp walked her into the bathroom to wash her up. Then in walked a quiet construction worker for a coffee and sandwich, much like I did, and gave me a friendly look as if saying, "You're new here huh? You'll get used to it..." Last but not least, the 4 local watchdogs that were inside (suitcase guy included) silently followed/escorted me out and are sitting 30' from me as I write this in the relative safety of my car. I have determined that the workers here are champions. They truly are. I am certain their stories could fill numerous books and articles. In the end, I felt like this was a surprisingly frightening yet enjoyable version of Billy Joel's "Piano Man" adapted to the early morning streets of Midtown Miami inside of a Burger King

Was here for a conference. Food was pretty good and reasonably priced for being a hotel restaurant. Some of the staff were great, but food was almost always slow. One waiter in particular came across as exceedingly rude. First night when we paid he looked pointedly at the tip while we were seated there, which was awkward, after we'd been mostly ignored. Second time we had him, a friend asked what the drinks were and he reached past the friend, and tapped the drinks page. When the friend asked for water, the waiter was annoyed. Maybe train the wait-staff a little more? I know how hard their jobs are but it was legitimately uncomfortable.

Four stars for the service, empanadas and key lime pie yuminess! Again we took the risk of patroning a restaurant with mixed reviews and it paid off!

We were seated right away and our server (Albert) was on point. Really friendly and engaging. We ordered empanadas for an appetizer and they were so good. My husband ordered the Grouper Sandwich and I did a seared shrimp Caesar salad. The fries were clearly the bottom of the fry basket leftovers or had been sitting out too long but the Hubs said the sandwich was great. My salad was good...I have never been one to say too much dressing, but too much dressing. The shrimp were pretty salty with whatever they seared it in/with but my Hubs loves salt so he was happy to eat them for me. The key lime by was outrageously scrumptious!!!

Not perfect all around but service and key lime pie made everything else okay!

I'm giving this a star because the host was nice. My daughter ordered "cheesy mac" from the kids menu that had a powdery texture, she couldn't get past the 3rd spoon and they also forgot her side so she had to take them to go. My buffalo wings were a poor excuse for wings and the food was so bland, a cereal box and milk would've done me way better and way cheaper. What angered me the most was that I ordered a mojito (that I swear to you) had no alcohol at all, so I requested for the waiter to take it back to have it fixed and he said I'd get charged extra; so instead I ordered a margarita instead (the taste of tequila makes its way to the tongue no matter how light the cocktail is) and AGAIN - it tasted like juice with mixer. I'm guessing that's their way of adding a couple of bucks to an already $13 "cocktail".

We had dinner here on two separate occasions. Food was mediocre, but the service was very very bad both times. Even with the restaurant minimally filled, and many staff members working, the service was slow and unfriendly. Possibly because a gratuity of 18% is already included? We think so -- this takes away the incentive for waiters and servers to hustle.

I'm surprised I never rated this fanatic restaurant. I've been here many times since they opened. Never had a mad meal here. The service is perfect. Try the kimchee rice or the forbidden rice dishes. The calamari fries are a perfect appetizer along with the tuna chips.

Great food, great service. Ordered a whole Peking duck 5 minutes before closing and they took care of me with a smile on their face. Get the general tso chicken.

Tasteless food & service. The restaurant staff seems to be completely checked out. Tip is compulsory regardless of the quality of service offered. Highly unrecommended!!

Stayed at Hilton double tree for business and ate here both nights. I didn't really feel like getting a cab to go eat. I had sushi both nights and the food was great. The first night I didn't get in until after 9 pm and the staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. If your in the area I would highly recommend.
