Great pool area, good and big room with plenty of space and good bath room. Nice air conditioning and nice & comfortable beds. Big and nice bathroom.

Great small hotel, fabulous rooftop with warm water pool and happy hour drinks and food. Bathrooms a bit outdated but overall great experience and incredible service.

We had a great room looking out on Ocean Drive. Got a bit noisy at night but they had earplugs for you! Make sure you take advantage of the discount at the restaurants

Enjoyed the pool area , concierge was great. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and outdoor area one night...very pretty and comfortable to enjoy a cocktail

The room had everything we needed, was perfectly located, and the staff was friendly. On our checkout day, we were allowed to stay until 12:00 PM at no extra charge.

It's not easy to find a hotel on Ocean Drive with a balcony where you can watch the sunrise while lying in bed. And this room type is not even available on the hotel's official website!

Although the hotel facilities are not the newest, I think the location is really great.

The front desk staff was very warm and friendly, making our birthday trip full of surprises and joy.

We did not stay the hotel. But we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. I took beef steak medium rare grilled, green salad and fruity red wine. By the way, we visited Miami Beach in the beginning of March. It was very warm and sunny in day time. But it became chilly in night time. You should wear any jacket or cardigan.

It was an amazing trip. Went to see depeche mode for a show. Booked this hotel kinda last minute. My husband and I feel in love with the place we can't wait to visit again. The roof top pool and poolside bar were my fave. Walking distance to south beach stuff. Clean and extremely friendly staff. Over all it was amazing. Not to mention it was only s few days after effected by a major hurricane.

A very nice restaurant right on Ocean Drive which is a center of activity in South Beach. Reasonably priced given the location. Our food and service was excellent. The photo is a view from the restaurant.

Terrible service. Sneaky discount baiting.. Saying they have but one get one free drinks and you get the bill for a 45 dollar drink! Plus they double charged me for the drink anyway!

Be careful to ask about drink pricing, be careful about uncharging ad-ons, and NEVER let your credit card out of your sight when paying! I only go to Bayside and Ocean drive with out of town company. I live here, and KNOW better...but when having a nice time, I have slipped and let the server take my CC at Bayside last year, , and now here, last week...and have had my credit card info stolen and USED from both places :( Miami is unique and can be fascinating - but be vigilent in high tourist areas!

Wish I could leave 0 stars as horrible service 20 percent gratuity added on and waitress cooked the bill adding $ for premium alcohol and my 25 dollar corona. Burger was ok fries cold ....dont do it!!!!

Service was HORRIBLE! We asked about 5 times for our bill and the waiters kept claiming it wasn't their table. We had to literally get up to get their attention and all came rushing at us claiming we were trying to leave without paying. When we stated the problem they were extremely rude, even when asked to speak the manager, she was equally as rude- as she was a part of them. The waiter blatantly lied about checking up on us "5 minutes ago" and stated she would call the police. When I told her to go ahead because we did nothing wrong - she obviously didn't. In the end two waiters ended up telling us "eff you" and the manager told us she didn't have time to deal with us after we paid. Horrible horrible customer service! Would never go back . Really ruined the south beach experience for us. Besides the service the chicken sandwich was extremely bland , would never go back there- if they had a rating less than one star, I would choose that.

Had a $17 sandwich (South Beach prices, I guess). The bread was dry, hard, & flaking everywhere (prob not the freshest), the meat was chewy maybe with fat, and the only flavor the sandwich had was from the ~raw~ onions. I tried to enjoy myself by sitting out front, but with all the traffic noise you're better off sitting inside or using earbuds with music. Not sure if I would eat here again.

The food may be good but if you can't get waited on how do you know. Waited 15 minutes and was not waited on. When I asked if they were open, they said yes and would get someone to wait on me. I gave up and left.
