The experience was terrible. When I made the reservation, I made a mistake and booked a room that was for women only. I realized it immediately and contacted the hotel to request a room change, but they refused, claiming they had no availability.

I then asked to change the dates as an alternative, and that was also denied. I tried to resolve the issue through Trip.com, but I did not receive a satisfactory response. They told me they had contacted the hotel and that upon arrival, my room would be changed.

However, when I arrived at the hotel, this was not the case. They told me there was no availability and that I could not stay in the room I had already booked and paid for because it was for women only. I explained that I had tried to resolve this weeks in advance and had even requested a date change for that reason, but still, no solution was provided.

In the end, they did not provide the service, I lost $1,200 USD, and I had to find accommodation at another hotel at the last minute.

Terrible service and zero empathy from both the hotel and Trip.com. I do not recommend booking here. My experience was completely negative and felt like a serious abuse toward the customer.

It was very noisy until 1 AM. The only good thing about this place is its convenient location; everything else is hard to rate. I don't understand why the reviews are so high.

I stayed here a couple weeks ago, during my stay I was contacted via private message as the hostel add you in to a group chat. The private messages were from people not even staying there but had managed to get my number from the group chat.. how??? Anyways as time passes I’ve left the hostel and I’m still getting creepy messages at 1am 3am talking about my looks and body which is extremely disturbing!! I told the hostel they did nothing about it!! So I wrote on the group chat to warn other girls and then the hostel removed me from the chat so they don’t care to even warn the girls!!! And then I messaged them privately to say that doesn’t sit well with me. And they don’t even reply!!! So yes girls this place does not care for your safety please be aware of that. They will allow anyone and everyone to walk in and out.
