Hotels with sea view in Miami Beach

The front desk staff, Johanna and Steven, were so very helpful during our weekend stay at the Catalina. They were able to accommodate us with an early check in so that we were able to enjoy more of our stay

The room was very nice, just what we were needing for our weekend stay. We were even upgraded on our room. The only slightly odd thing is that the toilet is set off, apart of the wash up and shower area

Johanna and Steven at the front desk were very kind and helpful. They were able to hold our bags and provide towels for us to use the pool and beach prior to check in

But that is certainly something we, and most others can live with, I’m sure! Definitely would recommend a stay for anyone visiting the South Beach Miami area!

I was also able to check in much earlier than anticipated. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it’s a great locations to multiple restaurants and bars

The hotel manager was also very kind and pleasant, offering us and other guests complimentary mimosas and water while waiting for our rooms to be ready

the place is definitely in need of TLC. I used 3 toilets and all had broken toilet seats or no seat

Building is on the older side but they do a good job keeping it modern looking for the most part. Check in and valet process was smooth. Prime location and nice ocean view even though it is partial still adds to the vibe

Boulan is just the best! I’ve come back multiple times and I absolutely love it every time. The hospitality, room / balcony, amenities, close to the beach + shopping / restaurants, what’s not to love?!

The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment

Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience

The room was a bit empty and lacking in character; a chair or sofa would have been great. A strong smell of cleaning products every morning after the maid's visit. Great coffee in the room.

The rooms were a bit dated but we only used the room to sleep and wash. We were only given 1 coffee pod and 1 bottle of water but again it wasn’t a big issue

You can ride longer: there are plenty of opportunities for cycling, and the promenade stretches for dozens of kilometers. The room is gorgeous! Large, with a cup of excellent coffee in the morning

The bed is comfortable and soft, and towels can be changed daily. Beach towels are provided free of charge. There's no balcony, but it's not necessary

Very good location, cannot open window. Room located above iCecream parlour. Asked for supplies but never came. The divider door in the bathroom doesn’t work.

Excellent location, bicycles can be borrowed free of charge for an hour or longer.

Every detail was impeccable, creating a sense of elegance and comfort. The only minor drawback was the lack of hot water on our last day, but it did little to diminish an otherwise exceptional stay

Wellness resort. Visited during quieter season. The room was fabulous. Spa was also great!

This is one of the cleanest hotels, with the nicest staff in the spa. Everybody was there to help there to show you every little thing can’t wait to come back.

The beach is very nice, the service is good, the rooms are clean, we didn't use the spa , but otherwise everything was okay!

We literally had to ask for EVERYTHING! If you enjoy a nice party vibe this is definitely the place to stay! If you're looking to enjoy quiet evenings this is truly NOT the place for you! The parties don't end until after midnight and you can still hear the music in your room no matter what side of the hotel you book

However, restaurant bar and food was easily accessible and good! Wait staff was pleasant and attentive except for one server who was slow and lacking compared to others

Rooms were small but very nice, amazing view of the pool and party like atmosphere. Amazing if you want to soak in the South Beach vibe and great dinning.

Overall, we had a nice time and the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating

Could be worse but for the trend factor of this place, it's fairly expected. Servers and bartenders were friendly If you want to hit the sand, it's about a 5 minute walk and fairly easy to get to

We had a great experience with the hotel and management! The suite was spacious, modern looking and clean for a great price. It exceeded our expectations! Check in was very easy, and the room was ready for us

Staffs are very nice, friendly and very helpful There are complimentary drinks available during the morning.

It is located near Miami South Beach and is very convenient to public transportation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so it was convenient

There was also a microwave, so it was nice to have a quick breakfast

The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets

Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much

The pool was shut for a few days during my stay for refurbishment and the terrace in my suite was a lil tired and the TV in the living area of my suite did not work but other than that it was a brilliant stay

I felt safe as a solo traveller celebrating my 51st bday. I even took in a Miami Heat game for under £15 all in (tip wait until a couple of hours before the game go to ticketmaster absolute bargain)

Got extended checkout for free for an hour and spent the rest of the time in the pool area until time to leave for the airport. They even give you towels and there is a shower also

Walking distance to a lot of places. I walked to Oxean drive and the beach and took me under 20 minutes and I am far from fit. Publix supermarket is 12 minutes walk away

Perfect location too, close to top restaurants and easy to get anywhere with a quick Uber. Clean, modern, and super comfortable

The restaurant at the property is amazing. Everything about the hotel is great. The staff is super friendly, the service amazing. It’s one of the oldest properties at the beach. And they have maintained it super well

We made a reservation. To this place for a few friends as a couples night out. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi late night and everything is very close. Looking forward to another date night at this place.

I've never stayed here because I live close enough to Miami that I usually just make a day trip of it. But I love to stop here for a classic mojito and sit at the bar outside by the pool

The pool is the USP it’s the most photographed pool in the US. The rooms as spacious and the service is on point. Their pool parties are also too good

This hotel is very cute. I love the old art deco style. And the staff are all super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend it

The hotel is in a very good location, on a busy street, convenient for eating, and a few minutes' walk to the seaside. The room number is clean, but the sound insulation is slightly poor

You can go to the sea and bask in the sun repeatedly until the sun sets. After dinner, the cool breeze blows. You can walk along the coastal road and look at the sea under the stars

I can say something about it, first of all; 1) The location is excellent. The beach is right outside the hotel. You can look at the sea and the beach under the sun

nice location and nice hotel in the middle of a trendy area. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, not because of the great location, but because the entire staff is so nice and the room is really nicely decorated

If there are any minor problems, they can be solved quickly at any time. Friends, please remember to prepare toothpaste, slippers, and other toiletries. It seems that there are only shampoo, shower and conditioner here

The hotel opened in 2014 is right next to the beach. It is said that the open-air restaurant downstairs is still very famous. I would like to praise Ctrip's service

Very excellent hôtel. Reasonable prices, incredibly clean and well kept, fantastic room and a lot of attention to customers. The restaurant downstairs is one of the best ones we've d experienced in our whole stay.

We were there during Christmas and it was a great experience from start to finish. The check in was smooth and they were accommodating of an early check-in. The hotel location is perfect for South Beach

The room and building were very clean. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing and did get a discount as a hotel guest. I do recommend the stay here and will choose to stay again at the hotel

A lovely art deco hotel in a great location for those in Miami Beach for the winter art fairs. Friendly staff that welcomes you back by name each evening.

Very good quality, clean, nicely decorated. Need to come again and again and again to explore all the different rooms decorations.

Breakfast was not included in the price of stay

Issues are that: 1) bed wasn’t very comfortable: 2) no gym; and 3) incredibly noisy in the morning as there was walking, moving furniture…etc in that apartment right above us. Maybe the staff was cleaning that room

Sheets are scratchy and towels were as well. Elevator dings and you can hear it at the end of the hallway and in your room. Hallways are loud and nothing to absorb sound so you hear everything in your room

Also tried their restaurant for late afternoon snack. Again, very polite and efficient staff but the charcuterie board was disappointing, and not up to standard for such a place and price

At $300+ per night, I would strongly recommend upsizing if you’re traveling with more than one person. Housekeeping signage was a bit confusing at first — they use a hanging system rather than traditional door signs

Honestly, I can’t say enough about the staff overall — they were consistently amazing and really elevated the experience. A few minor things to note: The rooms are very, very small. For one person, it felt tight

For two people, you’d likely be tripping over each other. With a child, it would be impractical. There is ample closet space, but the actual living/sleeping area is extremely limited

I felt completely safe the entire time — never once uncomfortable in the hotel or on the property. The beach was clean, well maintained, and the beach staff was excellent

I had a great stay at The Savoy and would absolutely return. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was outstanding — genuinely warm, attentive, and professional

More power outlets in the room would have been nice tho. Parking garage next door is horrible. But Miami Beach public parking for $20 / 24h is just one block away

The rooms were clean and nice but the staff, particularly Godfrey, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!!

Staff was amazing! They ley us check in several hours early so we weren't stranded with our bags until check-in time! They also gave us complimentary drink cards & let us keep our bags there after checkout until we left to the airport!

5) Coffee and pastry which was served as complimentary for guests in the morning had to be taken in a corner and cannot take in the main patio seating area even when it's completely empty

At check in, your representative, Godfrey was wonderful. He was so friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure our check in experience and stay was great

Essex House has a fantastic location but employees like Godfrey make the stay that much better

Easy to walk to Art Deco area/South beach & to Mid beach or Miami beach,along the seafront boardwalk

Great little hotel with lovely pool area,quieter than many nearby. Bathroom terrible however,needs updating. Beds comfortable and super views from the balcony, overlooking the beach which is a 2 minute walk

Rooms and pool were perfectly clean with the exception of the bathroom: the paint was coming out of the roof, there was mold all over it, and the tub looked like it had not been properly cleaned for a while

Perfect location, but they have a lot of room for improvements. The lobby smelled dusty and muggy, though they know about it and apparently they’ve been trying to fix it

Be prepared to do some exercise since all doors in this hotel weight 100kg. I don’t know why, but it’s super heavy to get any door opened, you really need to pull hard

There’s a microwave in the lobby. Not enough umbrellas in the pool area

What is better than having amazing seafood at south beach? After Covid, so many restaurants food and service quality deteriorated so quickly, it’s almost a gamble to do even expensive restaurants

The fresh scallops and shrimp inside was the perfect addition. We are determined to order more food from them. The branzino (Brazilian sea bass) was more than amazing. Then they also had specials - crab stuffed lobster

I cannot adequately describe how great our experience was at A Fish Called Avalon. From the moment you walk up, to being seated, to ordering, you are wrapped in excellent and professional care

They change their menu from time to time, what new surprises could we have next time? 🌹🌹🌹 P. The weather, couldn’t be better. The outdoor seating, is as nice as indoor upscale seating

The apartment style rooms were very large and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and Miami Beach. Very neat and clean. Could use a few small upgrades but overall it was a fabulous stay.

Really liked the fact that valet was included in our stay because parking anywhere is Miami can be pricey. Only wish they had some vending machines on site or a restaurant to conveniently eat

Stayed here for a last minute babymoon with my husband. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little out dated but still very nice. We had a beautiful ocean view over the pool

Beautiful spacious Clean very nice rooms however there are no amenities in the suite. the only thing nice are the rooms but there’s no game room fitness center eating area or anything else besides a beach and a pool

The pick of the litter, I wouldn’t stay at another property ever, the Hilton Bentley is the most hospitable hotel on south beach, Ms Debbie, Orlando and the whole entire staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious

Gorgeous location, spacious room, ocean views, sun loungers, water, and towels provided. Plus, if you check out at 11 a. , you can stay on the beach until evening

Located in the great South of 5th area of the beach, this place is great. I have reviewed this hotel before, and it might even be better. I will be going back, Clean rooms, great staff and it's right on the beach

I wish it had a shuttle from the airport - parking is expensive and Uber charges a crazy amount,. We rented a car, but didn't need to. Everything was very convenient. The suite was amazing! Loved it

You can also walk to South Point in minutes. The club has a lifeguard, so you can feel safe in the water. The Bentley Beach Clubs offer great service and a great place to spend your leisure time

Our stay at the Grand Beach Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff truly makes all the difference. A special mention to the beach staff. They are adorable, attentive, and always make sure everything is perfect

They gave me a handicap room when I showered all the water went out, but they fix it for me and they give me different room immediately but I wasn’t happy because I didn’t tell me it’s a handicap room they’re supposed to let me know it’s a handicap and I will confirm I could have it or not

The hotel exceeded my expectations. They were very accommodating, the place was very clean, updated and luxurious. The community was perfect for walking, eating and biking/walking. Best experience, will go back.

I stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel in Surfside for a full week and it was the best experience ever. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the ocean views were amazing

Excellent location on Collins Avenue.  You are right by Ocean Drive with restaurants and bars on your doorstep.  A charming Art Deco gem located in the heart of Miami Beach's vibrant South Beach neighbourhood

 I didn't eat at the hotel but they have a restaurant and bar on site.   Good WIFI access throughout the property.   Housekeeping was done well each day.  I would stay here again if I came back to Miami

Our stay at The Kent Hotel was honestly perfect. From the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff, they were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of

 I booked a Deluxe Double Queen room.  Staff were very friendly and pleasant.  Really helpful, they would always greet you.  As a solo female traveller, I felt safe here

Room was great. Rooftop pool a bonus. Clean and comfortable. A little strange entering thru restaurant but it was never in use and not an issue.

The 24 hour heated pool was a great place to relax and unwind late at night with drinks from the bar downstairs

I loved the hidden speakeasy vibe of the hotel and walking by the bar and wine cellar each night to the elevators made me smile. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious

The room was large, immaculately clean and so well equipped. The staff could nt have been nmore helpful. Maybe being only 14 rooms allows them to focus more but this is a big plus for any prospective bookers

This property was so beautiful and quaint. It said a great location for walking for food and entertainment. The staff was amazing and we just loved; definitely come back.
