Hotels with sea view in Miami Beach

Parking only a few minutes away in Allison Park. Spent only about $6-8/day for parking there. Highly recommend this hotel! We will definitely be back

Hotel location is good. Overnight parking was listed as $25 per night. It was turned out to be wrong. Only valet service at $52 per night was offered. The rooms are small and king size bed looks small.

We had reserved the horrible Casablanca next door and could not stay there. Devin was extremely helpful at the front desk. The room is clean and the area is safe

Second, you have so many cabanas taking up space at the pool there’s never any seats to lay on at the pool on the sun. No one wants to be covered by the cabanas

The check-in wait time was about 20 minutes because there was only one front desk staff and the group before us spent too much time. The room is decent and clean. Love the balcony and direct access to the beach

How lucky weee we to get Adriana as a server! It’s like we win the lottery! She was Welcoming, informative and funny! Another shout out to Julien who checked us in. He too built an instant connection

The room for 4 people was a room for 2 with 2 beds. No space. It did not have a refrigerator, you had to request it at reception as they did not have enough for all the rooms.

Very close to the beach, the sanitation is OK. The front desk is very friendly

The TV didn't work for the entirety of our stay, supposedly in the whole hotel, and staff communication on the issue was poor. No other businesses in the area seemed to be having similar issues

Pam was very helpful especially when we had to leave our luggage. Also offer sun loungers on beach with beach towels. Bar staff very friendly free cocktail on arrival. Would highly recommend a visit

Managers were so very kind and welcoming. Child friendly too! There were outdoor places to eat breakfast (included) and places to play outdoor such as outdoor games, pool, beach area and more

Very spacious with a balcony l )(junior suite ) The welcome and goodbye cocktail is a nice touch. This location is very close to the beach, ocean drive and major attractions for that area

Omg! If I could give more stars I would! I traveled alone with 2 small kids. They gave me a handicap room due to all the luggage I had. We had Starbucks coffee in the morning in the room

We ate at their highly rated restaurant and although the food was amazing, the service was lack luster at best. Worth it if you're really into seafood, just be prepared for a family style type of service.

Will be definitely our Winter destination. People who made this hotel has lots of imagination! The room was 30 square meter big but it is well designed and has many facilities. Most of time, I spent it by the pool

The pool was my favorite part, make sure to get there early or the beds become all taken up. I would consider it a family friendly pool environment - not the trendy nightclub scene like next door

We enjoyed this hotel; it had a cool patio and pool area. At first we got a room that was not cooling down but the hotel staff made it right and upgraded us to a bigger, cooler room

Our poolside bungalow was perfect. Clean with everything pure white. down to the Carrera marble in the bathroom. always asking if you needed anything and always happy to get it for you

While the hotel might not have the reputation of years past as the "it" place to be, it's still a great hotel in a wonderful location with fun pool and atmosphere

Enjoyed our two-night stay and would stay again. Staff are great-all are very friendly. Rooms are small-the room felt like an old European-sized one. We did not have a noisy AC unit in our room- it was fine

It may had informed my decision to find an alternative property. Areas under construction include the lobby main elevator and pool side cabanas. It ended up being very loud on Thursday & Friday poolside

The price was right, which keeps the review rating right, but the hotel is under various sorts of construction. It would have been nice if i was notified by the hotel when i booked the stay

The overall situation is in line with the positioning of the Holiday Inn, and you can enjoy the sea and beach in Miami with a lower budget

The hotel is good, the location is good, larger windows and a balcony would be nice, but otherwise, no issues. The hotel charges a very high service fee, but they warn you about it upfront on the website

The location is very good, the room is relatively large, parking is convenient, and valet parking is not expensive, 45 dollars, the service is very good.

The deposit was refunded exactly one month later

The only problem I will say is we constantly had issues with our key cards not working and had to go to front desk multiple times to get new cards

We would have to insert them numerous times before the light would turn green and allow us to enter and sometimes it just wouldn’t work AT ALL

Very good service and beautiful hotel. but the entrance to the ocean is inconvenient and there is a lot of seaweed

Everything about it, design, staff, service, bars, restaurants, are right up there. There are only a small percentage of hotels in the world have this quality. Do your self a favour and make reservation

True 5-Star Experience at Faena Our stay at Faena was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was impeccable—attentive, accommodating, and always a step ahead

One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne and a big bottle of san pelegrino when I told him I wasn’t drinking

My daughter and I spent a long weekend at Faena Miami. We loved our stay and were glad we choosed Faena over many other places. The hotel is beautiful and the service is phenomenal

The servers in the bar area are wonderful as well, again always friendly and smiling making you feel at home. The beach is also very clean, no garbage or seaweed, it is very well maintained

The toilet seat on our room was loose and the handheld shower nozzle did not work. These however were minor annoyances and did not effect or stay or enjoyment

Had a wonderful stay at Esme! The rooftop is amazing, the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone  staying in South Beach. Also it was in a fabulous location- easy access to beach and shopping streets

Amazing experience at this hotel! Rooms were small but elegant in an old money sort of way. Bed was made daily and an in-room espresso machine made for a relaxing morning

Nice hotel. They provide bikes, but the front desk was quite chaotic this time. I only got my deposit back after complaining, which is annoying, but I'll still come back.

I want to shout out Angel at the front desk. She is amazing providing top-tier service and accommodations for my girls and I during my birthday weekend. Even though she is new to the AC team she is a pro & exceptional

Clean and accommodating! The rooftop pool was very nice getaway from the crowded beach. Stayed here before my sisters wedding. So glad we did will definitly be back.

My very first visit to Miami, and I truly enjoyed my experience. After staying in this hotel, the only way I would stay somewhere else is if they are booked up

The rooms were very clean and the whole staff was kind and attentive. They made sure my wife and I had a memorable 9 year anniversary

Rooms are nice - we upgraded to a junior suite with terrace which has a great view. Not much seating though so get there early

We stayed in room 211, the layout was good. The bath was in the back of the room and we had space for our luggage and to use the desk. They had a great coffee maker with real creamer and Splenda

The pool is on the roof top and also the hotel has lounge chairs on the beach which was a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant down stairs was always full which was a good sign

The coffee was good quality coffee and the little bar down stairs was always open and someone helpful was available

The hotel was a walking distance from Ocean Blvd and also Española Way which is another tourist attraction

The hotel is relatively clean! The location is very good, 2-3 minutes to the beach, with a private beach, nice environment! The service attitude is also very good! I recommend staying here if you come to South Beach!

We had a very relaxing stay! Fritzner & Fritz made our stay extra special! They went above and beyond to welcome us! I highly recommend this hotel! I love that they have yoga in the AM and also have a live piano show at night! I loved that the room was dark and there was no noise so we were able to sleep in! Beautiful experience and we will be back!

This is a 15 min walk to Ocean Blvd & Lincoln Ave, and an even closer walk to the main beach with a buggy to drive you when you need. Wifi, TV, shower all worked great and the pool was very clean

We did have a few small issue with staff; we used the golf cart to go a few blocks over and the driver made unkind comments about we just could have walked, the general man who worked the front desk upon check in made comments about how we booked through a 3rd party site and could not seem to focus on helping us after that, when we asked about the beach transportation he could not seem to give us...

I do see what the other people in the reviews are talking about with the deposit and fees. I would have loved to stay longer but with the unknown fees I couldn’t plan for it

Has an onsite restaurant (seafood with a few other choices) that is open reasonably late so a weary, hungry traveler who arrives late can get some food on site itself

Pretty clean hotel room smelt really good! I would have enjoyed my stay if my key worked, I had to go to the front in the cold Multiple times which is about a 6 minute walk

Alsoo the restaurant that was advertised is closed for renovations… which was one of the reasons why I picked this place to get quick food after I checked in

I had such a phenomenal experience staying there! The staff was absolutely so kind, especially Shanika! She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and amazing time there! The room was clean and the king mattress was great and we slept better here than in any Hampton Inn, HGI, etc which have huge welts in their mattresses. Even the AC was smooth and calming

We booked a room at the Hotel Continental because of its proximity to the beach and its affordability compared to most of the Hilton properties south of 40th Street in Miami Beach

We used the hotel-provided, free beach chairs and towels each day and parked them close to the water’s edge, in front of the encampments from the neighboring Cadillac and Andaz hotels

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and was in love with the amenities and proximity to the beach! Leo, Cesar, Martina and all of the others that worked there were so helpful and polite

We knew what we were in for in terms of amenities and room size, but were not at all disappointed

The complimentary 2-hour bike rentals were very useful for exploring the area. The beach itself was exceptional, with two chairs provided complimentary, and the umbrella service was good but comes at an extra cost

The Sagamore was very luxe and relaxing oasis in Miami Beach. The room was modern, spacious with cozy beds. Loved the chill lobby, with art gallery, heated pool and beach staff was top notch

The location is perfect either way and Italian and Spanish bakery across the street. It is also close to drive and check out South Beach action. We would definitely return to this hotel

We arrived after a full day at a convention. Luis saw how tired we were and offered an upgrade. The room is spectacular, beautifully set up and a great view of the ocean

I had an amazing stay at Pestana South Beach. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the location is perfect for enjoying the beach and exploring Miami Beach. The rooms were comfortable and everything was kept very clean

As soon as I arrived, there were three people at the reception who informed me about the stay and the services, etc. / A welcome service is set up at the reception

A very clean room welcomed me and I was very pleased to see and can confirm that there was a Nespress machine and a large bottle of mineral water

Unfortunately, I didn't use the pool because I was short on time, but there were people who lingered in the pool even in the late afternoon

Of the disadvantages - it takes a long time to return the deposit, it has already been 10 days, the money has not been unblocked yet

The stay was nice and had great amenities (pool, towels, chairs, umbrella & bikes). One thing I'd change is cracks in the ceiling and the air freshener scent in the lobby and hallways

It was over powering and I'm not usually sensitive to smells. Better parking options would be nice - took us a long time to figure out the street parking vs the $45 lot
