We LOVE the Seacoast location, and price when staying in Miami! Some of the bathrooms could use an update but overall a great stay.
Seacoast Suites hosted our Annual Leadership Dinner, and it was the perfect warm welcome to South Florida for everyone who was visiting for the first time. The set up on the beach was lovely under the Tiki Bar
Amazing hotel, beautiful and clean room. But the real thing was the view. The ocean was right in front of us. Staff speak English but prefer Spanish, which is not a big deal. We had a perfect vacation at this hotel!
We stayed for 3 nights in a multi-bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms. Cleanliness is most important to us and for that they get an A+. The decor was nice, but the suites can use an update
Excellent Service .. Very But Very Nice & Clean Apt And The View Was Amazing , No Complaints At All. Next Time I Go To Miami I’ll Stay Here Again For Sure.. I Give 10 stars !!

We booked this hotel just to see the nightlife before we go to the resort and I regret not having my whole trip here. Amazing location, very clean and big rooms, super comfy, close to ALOT of stuff

There are pots and pans for simple cooking, and a coffee machine but no coffee is provided. It's close to the beach and you can watch the sunrise. You can go directly back to your room to shower after swimming
The shower water pressure is a bit low, so it's not very refreshing

After living there for two days, no one came to clean the house. The toilet paper in the bathroom was gone and no more was provided. The hotel does not provide parking spaces. It is a headache every time I park
Advantages: The hotel is in a good location and easy to find. There are microwave ovens and induction cookers, which are very convenient for heating water. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in

Did not deal with the staff cause everything was taking care of but i was told they were very friendly and helpful. What i thought was great was the fact that the beach was right there just outside
, stayed here 3-5-18 through 3-9-18, with my daughter. Took less than 2 minutes to check in. Collins Avenue and the beach surround it. Everything you need is within walking distance
Suite room with kitchenette suitable for family. ocean view for a perfect price. The boulevard at the beach and showers divine. Nice area walking distance to many good restaurants
Everything was great. The hotel is clean, at a great location, and has beach chair services, but the pros are it’s very old and no actual parking for the guests.

Definitely top reason for returning. - Hotel rooms and Hotel property (both locations) are extremely clean. - Great pricing Cons - -Only con is no parking at second location. However, finding parking was super easy
We were provided a coffee maker a stove a sink a refrigerator the bathrooms are beautiful the beds are super comfortable I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay

I have just checked in it’s only day one but everything looks exactly what I had hoped for I especially love the flooring and the fact that it has a kitchen so I’m able to make home-cooked meals
There is everything you need here. I love the blue lighting outside on the patio, the cute little palm leaf kitchen mat, the TV swivels, they even have a little vanity mirror that lights up to do your make up
Everything from making my reservation, to before I arrived, check in & arrival to my room has been extremely pleasant & exactly what I had hoped for! I was a bit nervous from seeing the reviews
Ooh and they also have a full body mirror lol that’s always important. Extra pillows & linens in the closet, even a scale & chairs to take to the beach. So far I am really impressed!
I visit Miami frequently and if you’re going to stay in South Beach on Ocean Drive no matter where it’s going to be noisy this is a very busy area
Great location. Friendly service. Incredible views from the pool on the rooftop. Our suite was spacious and nicely appointed. Will be back!

There is a very nice outside terrace under trees where you enjoy your morning coffee. Convenient location to Ocean Drive, only 5 min walk. Located in a very quiet residential area

Staff so friendly and welcoming. Location amazing, quiet road but close to all shops and restaurants and only 10 minute walk to Ocean Drive. We were very lucky and able to park onsite which was a bonus
Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Hilda and Lily who prepared our breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very yummy and is made to order
The property it’s nice, clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly. The only thing I disliked is there isn’t parking for people staying only one night.

My Room was pretty comfy, bed was excellent, but also a bit noisy when it comes to drunk people by the pool. No elevator can be a problem too if you are charged and breakfast is not located in the hotel itself
The location of this hotel is amazing. Short walking distance to everything (beach, shopping, food, etc). The staff is extremely friendly and have been very accommodating. The restaurant downstairs also has awesome food.
We wish that hotel staff is on site over night instead leaving the hotel unattended overnight from 12 am-8 am for guest safety. Overall experience is fantastic because of amazing hotel reception team
We had again a great time staying at Crest hotel in October/25. The room was extremely clean and the service was amazing. Hotel staff Florence, Paula and supervisor Francesco were exceptional
Regarding the pool, i don't even tried it, it was literally useless, and the floor all around the area was dirty like if it was rusty. Karsher needs maybe ? Anyways, It needs a real update
Hotel provide beach towels and 2 folding chairs per room. Complementary coffee in the lobby you can enjoy on the hotel terrace. Shower is available at the pool area

Awesome hotel and locatiob It was a pleasant surprise! All the team was kind and very receptive! The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

I checked in around 12 am and the staff at the front desk gave us the late check out for free. They were so friendly and it was great to stay !
