Hotels with sea view in Miami Beach

The pool was shut for a few days during my stay for refurbishment and the terrace in my suite was a lil tired and the TV in the living area of my suite did not work but other than that it was a brilliant stay

I felt safe as a solo traveller celebrating my 51st bday. I even took in a Miami Heat game for under £15 all in (tip wait until a couple of hours before the game go to ticketmaster absolute bargain)

Got extended checkout for free for an hour and spent the rest of the time in the pool area until time to leave for the airport. They even give you towels and there is a shower also

Walking distance to a lot of places. I walked to Oxean drive and the beach and took me under 20 minutes and I am far from fit. Publix supermarket is 12 minutes walk away

Thank you Abae for allowing me to claim back Miami as my place of peace and I will be back for another solo adventure

Really impressed with ABAE Hotel. The staff were great — friendly, professional, and on point. The room had everything you could want: dishwasher, fridge, washer, and microwave — way more than expected

But the atmosphere of this place was so vibrant and festive with good music and beautiful colors and lots of vegetation in flowers and plants and it felt really good to sit down in here and eat some really great food overlooking South Beach itself

When we arrived at the boutique hotel just before midnight on a Saturday night Nelson greeted us checked us in.   We were also greeted by a server from the restaurant and he took out drink order before the bar closed

We received excellent customer service from the entire staff while we were there.   If you just need somewhere to shower and change this hotel is perfect. The location was perfect and beautiful

Nelson informed us where CVS was located just in case we needed any supplies.  Nelson was amazing, he was so friendly, helpful and courteous

The day we checked out the staff allowed us to keep our luggage behind the counter so we could walk around and have lunch before our flight

My husband and I ate at the Majestic Restaurant but didn't stay at the hotel

This is such a quaint, beautiful little hotel. The patio area needs to be updated but the free happy hour makes up for it!

Good value, great area. Rooms are nicely decorated. Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel was also really nice.

The air conditioner worked on its own. It couldn't be controlled manually, except for turning it on and off. When the bathroom light was turned on, the exhaust fan would automatically turn on very loudly

Nice location , close to all buses incl.Airport express . Clean . Friendly staff . 2 block walk to the beach .

It's a nice, clean place near the beach.

For the money it is a very nice place. Happy hour was great! You can't beat free drinks! Would stay here again or would try another one in The South Beach Group

Great hotel, very well located and with good transport links to get there from the airport by bus. The facilities look like they were renovated a couple of years ago, but they could use a little maintenance

Walk the opposite direction and you’re surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you want access to in South Beach. Beach chairs included were such a bonus! I can’t recommend the Henrosa Hotel highly enough

Also, the room amenities are limited; there's only one TV cabinet, which isn't very practical for storing a lot of things. The bathroom doesn't have a rinse cup, which is inconvenient

The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully upgraded, and has that modern-boutique charm that feels both elevated and cozy. It’s chic, stylish, and thoughtfully designed

Beautiful setting, new and clean room. Everyone was friendly, the place was safe and in a very convenient location. I stayed for a week and will definitely be back.

It has its own area on the beach, but you have to pay for chairs and an umbrella, and you are given a voucher, according to which they provide all this on the beach. We will definitely come back again

It's a bit aged but perfectly clean and elegant. We booked a king bed room and ended up with a free upgrade to a penthouse. Not to oversell it, the penthouse is essentially a one bedroom suite with a balcony

Perfectly nice, but manage your expectations. I felt like we got a good value and good service for a room that, while not luxurious, was clean, comfortable, and well above the bare essentials

Very nice hotel in a great location. Plenty of good restaurants close. There are several busses that run past the hotel so getting into Miami centre is convenient and cheap

This price is very satisfactory. The transportation is convenient and it is close to the beach, which is a five-minute walk away. There is also a street next to it where you can find many restaurants

Easy walking distance to the beach, the convention center, the performing arts center, the Botanical Gardens, and Lincoln Road Mall. The free trolley can get you most anywhere else on the island

It was helpful that they treated me kindly even though I can't speak English. It was close to the downtown area, so I enjoyed my trip.

Facing the Ocean, Spring and Blossom

Staying in Penguin Hotel is very convenient since it is really closed by at the Beach and nearby outlets. However, when we were checking in the lady who assisted us didn’t explained well the informations

And every night there’s no front desk. But overall stay it’s really good the free breakfast was really good I will definitely recommend

- For breakfast, I had to get a voucher and password to go to another hotel behind this hotel, enter the password inside, then submit the voucher and choose the dishes for the staff to give me, it felt like begging - I mistakenly booked 3 nights but only stayed 2 nights, I requested to get another room for my child to deduct 1 night and I would pay for another night, instead of getting 1 room, it became...

I contacted the hotel nearly 2 weeks before the check-in date, there was a staff member who answered but then didn't resolve it for me or respond to me. Many days later, I called but no staff answered the phone

The room is modern and simple, with complete facilities. However, there are many hidden costs, expensive parking fees, and insufficient surrounding facilities. The breakfast has various varieties and good quality!

The Altair is a beautiful kosher hotel that caters to guests of all ages and religions. The hotel charges a daily resort fee of $50 and $38 for overnight valet parking, so watch out

Excellent place for a Shabbos Holiday or any time Great Location great staff and everything you need to remain Kosher while away from home The Pool on top is Amazing S diego

The restaurant can get very crowded on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. And the sukkah is mostly not kosher by most standards

After much online research, and at the last minute, I finally decided to book the Lexington Hotel in Miami Beach, attracted by the possibility of having both a pool and direct access to the sea

It was a good experience except for the on going renovations that makes the place look less clean and untidy.

The bathroom was a bit small for the four of us, and was showing some signs of age, but it was stocked with excellent hair products: shampoo, conditioner, and mousse that smelled amazing! We were lucky enough to have a room with an ocean view: waking up every morning to the sunrise over Miami Beach and that wonderful turquoise water was truly special

I like this hotel, we were there in December. The rooms are not the best they are kind of old fashion but we got a view of the beach so that was great. The parking is super expensive so look for that

truly wonderful! The hotel is tastefully decorated and located in a very convenient area, with a mini market just 50 meters away where you can find everything

I am so grateful for the amazing and professional hotel staff and housekeeping that helped my fiancé put all of this together. It was a memorable and unforgettable weekend! I am so glad we spent it at the Greenview

She was VERY helpful, hospitable and funny. We loved her! It was such a cute little boutique hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. It is located very close to Lincoln road and the beach

The room was overlooking Washington Avenue and it was such a beautiful sight! Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Little did I know that my future fiancé was planning a proposal that same weekend

We decided to stay at the Greenview for three days & two nights and what an amazing experience we had! We LOVED IT! We arrived on Friday afternoon and were greeted by Maria at the front desk

A wonderful hotel just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It's beautifully decorated, and the family room is quite spacious. There's a convenient shared kitchen on the ground floor

The only problem is breakfast, since it does not have a specific area to enjoy it and many people gather at the same times. For the rest, a great choice in Miami Beach. Well connected by bus to downtown and the airport

The hotel was bit smaller than expected but all staff were very friendly and helpful. So our stay was pleasant and location was perfect as easy access to beach as well as great restaurants and shops.

At the reception, they provide towels, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. There's a lovely veranda at the entrance where you can relax in the evening

The manager gave us an insight into the history of the hotel and was really kind to give us what we needed

Save yourself and enjoy your trip by booking elsewhere Hotel is very very old musty annd outdated. Lobby is very shabby looking, Elevator is not working, had to take stairs to Second and third floor

Hotel elevator was not in service! Our room was on the 3rd floor so we had to walk up flights of stairs with our luggage's. The room I was in didn't provide cups in the washroom for basic use, brushing teeth etc

Location was great though, right at south beach on a one-way road, walkable distance to Collins Ave & Washington Ave to local stores and restaurants

The sink was a small pedestal type so it was very tight spaced to even put stuff on

Valerie made our dinner great! She's awesome! Extensive menu. Everything is expensive on Ocean drive. Ask for all discounts and specials if money is an issue. Lobster bisque could be a little thicker

I really liked Hotel Ocean because it was convinient to walk to restaurants and also to the beach. The hotel has great service, they had a bottle of champagne for us for our visit

Everything was wonderful! They have beach chairs you can carry to your desired spot on the beach. The live music every night was great

If you don’t want to walk, there are bikes you can borrow. The staff was friendly and helpful and it seems like there’s a lot that goes on at the hotel itself (unfortunately we missed Sunday funday)

Every time me and my husband come to Miami, we stay at the Gaythering. The customer service is incredibly welcoming and super professional. The rooms, bar and sauna are very clean and the clientele is always friendly

My husband and I stayed here for one night last week. Our room was clean and the AC worked great. It was a short walk to the shops/restaurants on Lincoln Rd and not too far to the beach

So it remains to be clarified whether the cleaning service offered includes only the daily towel change and bed-making, as well as the linen change every three days, or if a more thorough cleaning should be expected

It’s also worth mentioning that we stayed for over twelve days, and if the apartment is not meant to be cleaned regularly by staff, then it would be helpful to provide guests with adequate cleaning supplies to maintain it themselves

It is directly across from the beach, which they do provide complimentary umbrellas and chairs. There is also a seating area outside the hotel with chairs and umbrellas. Walgreens/Cvs is close walking distance as well

However, upon check-in, Isabelle, the most gracious and affable front desk staff, assuaged all fears with a complementary room upgrade and an early check in that would please the most seasoned traveller

The lighting and ambience deemed esthetically pleasing and the personal touches gave the average Miami Beach 5 star a run for its money. The spa tub and marble floors were appropriate touches

Being that we canceled our dank, twin-bed excuse for a room, from an airbnb Karen, just moments before we found the Secret Garden in our price range, our anxiety was at rooftop level reaches

Walgreens is 24hrs which was a blessing. Directly across collins there is a hidden gem restaurant/bar under the hotel. Awesome food,drinks and a nice bar vibe with pool

Secret Garden looks like it was plucked straight out of Napholi, Greece circa 1955 and sowed gently in the sand amidst modern day South Beach swanky skyscrapers

We showed up early and Mike was awesome and super accommodating and friendly! I would ALMOST say the property could use some updating, but I wouldn’t want it to lose its charm either… Either way, the location is great, the staff is AWESOME, and we would definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back!

Very nice location. We had 1bdr apartment with kitchen and it was huge! Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a downside: very limited options, no eggs.

This hotel was great for my four day trip. My room was clean, front desk reps were friendly and informative. I will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our stay. No room and breakfast! The only positives were the location and the welcome from the lady at reception and the lady who took care of breakfast

But other than that, I wouldn't recommend it

The room was priced right and great location. The Best part though was Fernando. The evening shift gentleman that checked me in. He is very , very nice and even offered to help me with my bags

He offered me a one bedroom suite on the 5th floor with a kitchen, dining room, and partial ocean view for less money than the standard room on Expedia. The room was clean and spacious

I saw the Fritz on Expedia and was about to book it but decided to call the hotel directly to see if they had a better price and Manuel took care of the rest

The Starlite is a very neat, and cozy little hotel. It is a little old, but the rooms have been updated and modern. For the prices, I don't know how you could have a better experience for the $$ right next to the beach

In all honesty, first impression…. I walked right past it twice because it didn’t seem right to me. Restaurant seating on the sidewalk, bar as soon as you walk in the door, and then a reception desk

Great location in front of beach and on main strip. Hotel room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. Room had a closet, table, chair, TV, and mini frige. AC worked good, but I noticed some mold inside

That was the only negative and I'm guessing it's from the humidity because other places I stayed at in Miami had it too, but would be ideal to clean more frequently

Great service providing clean towels even though I didn't ask for them. Friendly reception too with optional tours that can be directly booked through hotel

If you are hungry the food downstairs is awesome!

We've stayed here 3 times - 2019, 2021, 2023 - always in August. The location can't be beat with the hotel being walking distance to great restaurants and bars, grocery and convenience stores, and liquor stores

This comes in handy because you have a fridge and microwave in your room. The reasonable resort fee includes two beach lounge chairs with an umbrella, just steps away from the hotel

I booked at another hotel, but once I saw that Sonesta took over, I changed my booking back to Z Ocean. We love the location and that all rooms have generous balconies with patio furniture

They took care of every little thing we needed and asked for with the sort of graciousness you would hope to receive. A really stellar team! We can't wait to get back to making this a yearly visit!

The lounge chairs and umbrella alone are worth more than the daily resort fee. The restaurant downstairs (not owned by the hotel), Front Porch, has great food and wonderful staff

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful during our entire stay, the hotel had a lot of cool features (such as the private hot tub on our balcony) & the location was spot on! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again
