Lovely quiet small boutique hotel not for from the beach and close to the center. Clean, pleasant, quiet and comfortable - a welcome respite from the busyness around
I loved this hotel! If I return to Miami Beach, I will definitely stay there again. It was small and quaint and quiet which I appreciated
It was also one block from Collins Avenue where all of the shops and restaurants are. Plenty of places to walk to for meals or drinks. Very nice staff, hotel is exceptionally clean
The hotel is very well taken care of and a wonderful place to stay with an on-site Cafe , etc
Very reasonable price for the quality of room - a real sense of taste and style - staff friendly and helpful
I had a fantastic time staying at the cadet hotel

Nice clean large room and bathroom. Nice restaurant with great food out front on street front. Elevator didn’t work when we were leaving but other than that great experience
Beautiful ocean views and very friendly and professional staff! Room was clean and lovely flamenco dancer performance downstairs. A perfect location and highly recommend!
Everything was wonderful! They have beach chairs you can carry to your desired spot on the beach. The live music every night was great
The ONLY issue was the women's bathroom in the lobby, to me it feels it is lacking the same attention as the rest of the hotel
10/10
Awesome chill spot across the street from the beach. Live flamenco guitar & dancing at night!
But other than that, the rooms look as pictured and we would definitely stay again in the future!

I did not eat at the restaurant this trip but in the past it's always been great food. I love the location right on Collins, and the courtesy golf cart and private beach area are both great amenities
Our stay at Lennox was fantastic. The staff were warm and professional, the room was spotless and cozy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the pool was a real highlight
Clean room, accommodated me with a room 8 hours early!, credited me $30 because I hadn’t used $10 drink vouchers, close to beach, warm pool and nice a/c in room.
Clean, friendly and attentive staff, European-like feel, high-end toiletries, boutique. Very nice! Was perfect for me (solo female).
Perfect location close to everything but still quiet. Highly recommend and would definitely return
I look forward to my next stay at the Lennox

But if you want to make your coffee and walk a couple minutes to the beach and sit and contemplate life, you're in luck. Shower floor is bathroom floor. Bed was firm and comfortable enough that
******* reviews have let me down multiple times lately. Not luxury, if you want carpet in your room or a workout room, look elsewhere
There is convenient parking in front. Pool looked nice enough but did not get a chance to use it. Probably with the family next time
Clean and quiet. Good location
It’s outdated and had a big smell of cleaning products coming in the room. But overall was a nice place for the price. Walking distance to the beaches.
Very nice hotel, located 5 minutes by car and bus and 20 minutes on foot from the avenue of restaurants and 5 minutes from a wonderful beach. Clean and welcoming hotel.

What a wonderful and special surprise. Thank you, thank you to everyone at Four Seasons for making our stay memorable
The Four Seasons Surf Club is the only reason I visit Miami
We stayed for six nights in the Hotel Four Seasons Suf Side and the entire stay was an unforgettable experience. Gastronomy at the highest level. You can feel top management in every detail
The hotel's size is ideal if you prefer an elevated exclusive feel. With under 80 rooms, the property never feels crowded. There's always plenty of space at the pool or on the beach, creating an uncrowded atmosphere
Otherwise, out of the many four seasons hotels, this one stands out as among the best of the best
In a city known for its energy and crowds, this property offers a private, tranquil pocket that feels like a world away—yet remains close enough to explore everything the area has to offer

The location was incredibly convenient — just steps from the beach and close to South Beach, the convention center, as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. Our room was clean and comfortable
I had such a phenomenal experience staying there! The staff was absolutely so kind, especially Shanika! She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and amazing time there! I would definitely give her a promotion if I was part of the leadership there because she is definitely someone who is at the heart of ensuring the hotel runs well
We especially appreciated the complimentary beach chairs, towels, and bottled water — such a thoughtful and convenient perk!
Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay for the boat show, and we would definitely return
Clean and nicely decorated hotel! Friendly staff and great amenities. The bed was comfortable and hotel was walking distance to many food options and the beach. Great stay!
Clean place, room and entire hotel.
Perfect location.
Service was great
ENTIRE STAFF was above excellent!
Will be my go to place to stay for Miami from now on.
Comfortable stay
Close to the beach
Very convenient
Many places to eat around and shopping
Good high end dining places around like Baoli, Hakkasan, Bagatelle

I will start with it was clean I appreciate that a lot! What I would complain about is the drains are all either clogged or very very slow to drain, if you turn the shower on you have to mess with it to get the right temp and pressure to be more then a trickle then your standing in 3 feet of water by the end of your shower I believe it took all night to drain but then I couldn’t get shower head to...
I do see what the other people in the reviews are talking about with the deposit and fees. I would have loved to stay longer but with the unknown fees I couldn’t plan for it
Pretty clean hotel room smelt really good! I would have enjoyed my stay if my key worked, I had to go to the front in the cold Multiple times which is about a 6 minute walk
Good luck to those that venture into Miami 🙏I prey for you this is the worst city for driving people are rude impatient and extremely dangerous when it comes to driving
Alsoo the restaurant that was advertised is closed for renovations… which was one of the reasons why I picked this place to get quick food after I checked in
I can’t wait to go home and will never come to Miami again 🥺 just wanted to give my kids some great memories

Upon check in , Alicia at the desk was super sweet and very informative on all the amenities the hotel offered. Very cute pool and beach amenities, that I didn’t realize I had got included
When getting my keys the GM Shanna, actually came out and gave me a welcome rose drink and walked me all the way to my room!! Great conversations , that you don’t typically get when reserving rooms at big corporate hotels
Initially booked at Plymouth Hotel for the location and how close it was to the Miami Beach Convention Center as I was in town for business
From the moment I arrived, up until the end of my stay, it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had for a boutique hotel
They provide 6 coffee pods but only 4 are complimentary no matter how long you stay. There are many snacks and drinks in the room but they are not free including the water. This is an expensive hotel so I expected more
Once picked up, i could only hear the loud music from the lobby even though it was still the daytime. There is only one trash can in the room and no facial tissue

The complimentary 2-hour bike rentals were very useful for exploring the area. The beach itself was exceptional, with two chairs provided complimentary, and the umbrella service was good but comes at an extra cost
Staff was awesome. The people make this place worthwhile.
The rooms were outdated, TVs had nothing working. Everything else was fine.
The staff was unbelievable the cleanliness phenomenal highly recommended one of the best times I’ve ever had in Miami. Thank you very much for having us. We will be back. We love you guys. Thank you.
The location is perfect either way and Italian and Spanish bakery across the street. It is also close to drive and check out South Beach action. We would definitely return to this hotel
We arrived after a full day at a convention. Luis saw how tired we were and offered an upgrade. The room is spectacular, beautifully set up and a great view of the ocean
The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of South Beach and directly on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean and nearby attractions like Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road

Wonderful experience the relaxation, massages the facials and manicures. Everything was extremely wonderful.
As for the staff impeccable willing to please.Definitely a must do moment when you’re in Miami.
Stayed 3 nights over the holidays. Room was quiet and comfortable. Pool was relaxing-very few kids. Location is excellent and you can walk to South Point if you want
Great room with view of beach. Hotel right on Ocean Drive. Rooms very large with great bathrooms including a deep bathtub. Giovanni's and Cafe Americana next store are great restaurants.
Street is closed in front of the hotel so had to uber a couple of blocks over and also walk with luggage to hotel. No big deal but good for future guests
Its modern, stylish rooms often feature ocean views, plush bedding, and sleek décor, creating a relaxing atmosphere. pool overlooking the beach, and the easy beach access
The onsite amenities, including a spa and trendy dining options, add to the luxurious vibe. While it’s close to the nightlife scene, which some may find lively and others noisy, Hotel Victor remains a my top choice!

SPECIAL MENTION AND SHOUT OUT TO CARL: no matter how busy it gets this guy is always smiling, super helpful, he really provides premium service when others are just drained you will never have an average experience if he is your waiter and he is such a huge asset to the Setaï team
The atmosphere, service, and food was impeccable. The price was a bit higher than what I’m used to, but also not local to Miami. The food was 5* quality, and the drinks were flowing nonstop during their Saturday brunch
I live around the corner so I’ve had friends staying at the Setaï and I know from visiting them that the service and amenities are great 👍🏽 Also beach chairs are very spaceful
And they provide nice extra add ons
That being said, as a neighbor I come here often and I always enjoy when I see ALEX FURRER The GM: he is always on top of things and I’ve noticed when he is there, everything is impeccable
The room was clean and spacious. Close to many shops and fine restaurants the location is so walkable. They have a few lovely restaurants on site. Staff was friendly and attentive
The service was exceptional, the cleanliness was impeccable, the overall experience was one we will not soon forget.

Each meal felt like a special occasion, with attentive service that made it even better. The pool area was a highlight—pure bliss. The setting was picturesque, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots for relaxation
Alright, so the SLS South Beach! Look, if you're looking for a place where you can feel a bit like a Kardashian for a weekend, this is your hotel
But they get the job done and help you with whatever you need. Things to keep in mind? Well, it's noisy. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't your spot. You come here to have fun, for the atmosphere
It's the perfect spot to see and be seen, especially at Hyde Beach, which is where things really kick off. If you're into that lively scene and want to feel like you're in a movie, bingo!
The rooms
well, they are super stylish! They're not huge, I won't lie to you, but they're meticulously designed with a really cool, modern aesthetic. The bed is comfy as hell, and the bathrooms are amazing
Loved this hotel! My room was just big enough to be comfortable with fun, design-aware decor and a jaw dropping water view better than any I’ve experienced at other waterfront Miami Beach hotels

Very suitable for lying down, but please don't refer to all platforms when booking room types. I saw the room pictures on Ctrip before and thought that the highest-level room type that can be booked is a sea view room
After booking it, I was told that it was not a sea view room when I checked in. The room is clean and hygienic, and the extra breakfast is OK
The location is particularly good, with a beach right outside the door. It is less crowded than South Beach and very clean, with white sand and blue sea.
The main thing is that it is close to the beach and the location is very convenient; it is also very fast to take a taxi to South Beach. It is quite quiet at night, and the bar and restaurant on the first floor are good
Management is very accommodating and friendly. A quiet and peaceful place to stay amongst the mega resorts. Rooms are comfortable and clean
The hotel is really good. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is also very nice.

Love the design of this property and the location couldn't be more perfect. Awesome amenities and beach access and would definitely stay here again.
I didn't even take a picture of the hotel. Now let me tell you, this is similar to a three-star small hotel. The lobby and hotel appearance look a bit exquisite, but the room is very damp and has a strong musty smell
We tried to eat leftovers in the lobby but weren’t allowed to bc the entire lobby and front and back patio apparently belong to the restaurant. So we were told we can eat in our room or on the rooftop
This hotel is in South Beach, Miami, where there is a beautiful beach, but it is not the best location. The hotel is very close to the beach. Cross the road and pass an apartment to reach the beach🏝️
It is pretty expensive for what you get and a 45$ resort fee. We were given a late checkout til 12 which was nice
Overnight stay
Check in was fine. Even though ac was set at 65 it was maybe 75+ in the room

I loved sea view hotel and I do not regret staying there. They have secured for themselves a repeat customer
In the room, as in all the rooms, there was a safe. One morning, I forgot to put my city bag back inside it - the one with my passport, all my cash (a lot of cash), my watches, and everything else
I want to sincerely thank and congratulate the housekeeping staff for not being tempted to take anything, even though it would have been easy. These people are truly honest
For us, foremost spacious beachfront, spacious pool & pool deck , pool bar restaurant, well outfitted gym, though the equipment is a previous generation it all works , spacious rooms with a spacious balcony , inside bar lounge, classic art deco building, interior classic midtown Manhattan style, friendly service orientated staff, all away from the craziness of Sourh beach in upscale Bar Harbor,
I love to stay the Sew view hotel members so nice specially manager, Mrs: Maria and Mrs. Luna Mr. Dante, very generous, very polite
A bit tired but a budget option in that area. Low level sea views leave a lot to be desired

Hotel in a very key location, close to the sea, and main places. Got all my expectations, or went beyond. Wonderful attention from Rosario, btw. But also from the staff in general
He gave me some great local recommendations, and accommodated a late check out the next morning without an egregious up-charge. The room itself was clean, modern, spacious; and the bed was insanely comfortable
Everything was so easy and a seamless experience
The hotel is located in a calm and convenient area of Miami, just a short walk from the beach. There’s a CVS pharmacy nearby where you can easily pick up drinks, snacks, or any extra amenities you might need
Basic amenities are provided, but the bottles are quite small, so you may want to bring your own. There are no pajamas available, so it’s best to prepare those in advance
If you walk straight ahead, you’ll reach Ocean Drive Ave. , where there are plenty of great places to eat and drink. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean with a nice scent

A wonderful hotel, which is located next to Lincoln Road, very close to the beach, where sun loungers and an umbrella are provided free of charge, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff
The room was nice and the facilities were clean. The only downside was the noise, even with the windows closed it was still quite noisy. Also, the swimming pool was too small...
There is an exclusive area on the beach, which is of course not comparable to hotels directly on the beach, but the price/performance ratio is still very high
Clean and inexpensive hotel, no deposit required, 200 m from the ocean, all infrastructure is developed nearby.
Next to Lincoln Road, the intersection in front is Miami Beach, which is very convenient.
The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes away from the beach

The service was executional, from front desk housekeeper valet parking staffs very professional. Place was very clean well organized. I will highly recommend this place to even my old former boss
kitchen equipment with microwave, mini electric oven, dishwasher, mini fridge, dishwasher, paper towel, utensils, etc. NO electric hot plate! Room clean. Polite, profesional reception desk staff
Special thanks to Maurice for her help and attitude to guests requests and questions! She's a great asset to a hospitality team!
Icing on the cake the Starbucks onsite is a massive experience
So why have a shuttle if you're not going to use it?
Another thing which was disappointing, which may seem petty to some. But for the quality of the paper products were like what you would find in a cheap dive hotel
The room was perfect for someone whom likes an studio apartment feel, with all the amenities of home with a kitchenette. I like the fact that it's close to the free trolley offered by the city

It has its own area on the beach, but you have to pay for chairs and an umbrella, and you are given a voucher, according to which they provide all this on the beach. We will definitely come back again
It's a bit aged but perfectly clean and elegant. We booked a king bed room and ended up with a free upgrade to a penthouse. Not to oversell it, the penthouse is essentially a one bedroom suite with a balcony
Perfectly nice, but manage your expectations. I felt like we got a good value and good service for a room that, while not luxurious, was clean, comfortable, and well above the bare essentials
Very nice hotel in a great location. Plenty of good restaurants close. There are several busses that run past the hotel so getting into Miami centre is convenient and cheap
This price is very satisfactory. The transportation is convenient and it is close to the beach, which is a five-minute walk away. There is also a street next to it where you can find many restaurants
Easy walking distance to the beach, the convention center, the performing arts center, the Botanical Gardens, and Lincoln Road Mall. The free trolley can get you most anywhere else on the island

This is a very nice well kept historic building hotel. The bell boy was very sweet and nice and was willing to take a photo of me and my brother in front of this iconic hotel from GTA Vice city
The rooms were very nice and the AC was nice and cool
Great location right across the south beach. We enjoyed our stay going in and out to beach n close by shopping. Old rooms, may benefit from some maintenance. Breakfast average. Nice drinks. Decent amenities. No pool.
I must say, my wife surprised me with a trip to Miami with a stat at the beacon and it's been a blast. The staff are friendly and the room was pretty cool. I recommend it if you ever visit south beach miami.
I traveled with 3 friends and we got a deluxe room knowing the rooms on ocean drive would be a little smaller than what we were use to, but the beach access and culture in the area was worth it!
Oceanfront rooms are great with a very good view. Rooms are very small, but in line with the art deco architecture of the building I believe. The breakfast is free but menu choices are limited
