😊 Valet parking is available for $30 a day, but getting a Lyft or Uber is super easy too. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again! 🌊✨

Everything is within walking distance, and if you need a late-night snack, there’s even a gas station conveniently located right across the street

Beautiful view of the water. Nice hotel in a good location. Near several 24 hour restaurants. Bar/restaurant inside was very affordable with great breakfast food.

Came here for my kids birthdays, the hotel & rooms definitely need a cleaning and upgrade but it is the perfect location, it’s within walking blocks of everything, if you just need a room to sleep and shower in.

The room needed alot of repair from paint off the ceiling to wood rot on the doors. Other than that it had a nice view. Stay at the other property further south. We transfered there mid week at no extra cost

I was very happy with the cleanliness of yhe hotel /the room and the service provided. They also had some unexpexted daily happy hrd and activities. The beach cart in the room with beach towels

chairs and unbrella was also a very nice surprise. Oh and having the ability to a free washer and dryer was a big plus. Since it was walking distance to bars and restaurants

This location is different from the rest of the normal Marriott collection. The entire area is preserved in the art district. The hotel does not have a pool, fitness center or parking

We stayed here after a day of plane/car travel. They have valet parking ($50) which was super convenient. The hotel provided a beach cart with chairs, towels, etc

They make this place stand out with all of the amazing things they do. They get to know you and your interests. Edward M simply wowed us with his ability to please guests

The beach cart with the chairs and the umbrella in the cooler. I think that was so wonderful so convenient to use so much easier the staff was very nice.

The bedroom was not clean, the bathroom vas very (in my point of view) dirty with feces marks in the toilet seat and finger prints on the trash lid, for example

We showed up early and Mike was awesome and super accommodating and friendly! I would ALMOST say the property could use some updating, but I wouldn’t want it to lose its charm either… Either way, the location is great, the staff is AWESOME, and we would definitely consider staying here again if/when we come back!

Very nice location. We had 1bdr apartment with kitchen and it was huge! Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a downside: very limited options, no eggs.

The valet people are super nice, the security guards and concierge are super friendly. The front deck seemed overworked and under staffed at times. There were two weddings within two days so maybe that's the reason

My kids love the pool and the outside area is so nice. They don't allow food or snacks by the pool which is annoying. I have little kids who get hungry for chips. The bar there only sells real food and expensive

Sergio was kind enough to call me when our room was ready (which was before the 4pm check-in time) and Mari assisted quickly and promptly when I told her that our AC wasn't working

The pool area is amazing as the pools are heated, beach access is great with the water sports area being right next to our hotel on the beach. Definitely a great place to stay

This is not the first time we've stayed at the Alexander. There is a reason we keep coming back. This year our apartment was excellent. It was clean and in good condition

We stayed at The Alexander after our original vacation plans fell through. The condo/apartment was cute and cozy, with a balcony that provided a great view all around

It was clean, fresh, smelled good and front desk had great customer service! I was returning from a cruise and they let me check in early as soon as a room became available. Great location as well

Room was very spacious. The entire staff was VERY good and extremely professional. Hotel is right on Ocean Drive and convenient to everything. Highly recommend.

I did not have beachfront view however they did upgrade my room the room was very nice clean i plan on coming back to that hotel. We have a good time there

The Fritz is right in the middle of the proverbial action. Toward the end of Ocean Drive but a 5 minute walk and you’re in the Art Deco District

Excellent location right at the end of the art deco strip, but surprisingly quiet. Rooms are spacious and very clean and daytime staff is friendly. Rooftop deck and pool were a nice touch. Wifi signal could be stronger

The property and the room were very clean. The beds were also comfortable. Staff were friendly. My room was ready in a timely manner. The hotel offers two free lounge chairs at the beach

It would be great if the hours could be extended for guests who want to relax in the pool later in the evening

The rooms are extremely well prepared between guests, and the staff are very professional. The side road it faces can be noisy, but for the location, good quality, and price it's a fine trade-off

The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job with daily cleaning and towel replacement, which I greatly appreciated. The pool is nice and well-maintained, but it operates only from 8 AM to 8 PM

The beach and waking paths are a block away, the area is very walkable you won't need a car. Overall I do recommend Park Royal

At first I wasn’t happy because I hate to pay for parking but it was totally worth it and I’d definitely do it again. Super spacious and clean! Everything also smelled super good. I loved the decor of the room

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The location was a 2 min walk to the beach and right in the middle of everything. Parking is 20$ a night in a parking deck that’s right up the street from the hotel

The room was modern and comfortable however be prepared to walk up a flight of stairs. We appreciated the hotel’s responsiveness and accommodating our request for early check in and late check out

Ithaca has super location close to the beach. Moreoever it has clean, big rooms that are well maintained. It provides also umbrellas, chairs and beach towels.

This is like an air bnb, there is no reception you check in online get a code for the front door and your room and off you go. The rooms are really spacious and very clean

We've stayed here 3 times - 2019, 2021, 2023 - always in August. The location can't be beat with the hotel being walking distance to great restaurants and bars, grocery and convenience stores, and liquor stores

This comes in handy because you have a fridge and microwave in your room. The reasonable resort fee includes two beach lounge chairs with an umbrella, just steps away from the hotel

I booked at another hotel, but once I saw that Sonesta took over, I changed my booking back to Z Ocean. We love the location and that all rooms have generous balconies with patio furniture

The lounge chairs and umbrella alone are worth more than the daily resort fee. The restaurant downstairs (not owned by the hotel), Front Porch, has great food and wonderful staff

This is our 7th coming back place we just love it here, we come to South beach once or twice every year ,we stayed at other properties which is cost more which spouse to be better but unfortunately wasn't so we always come back here and won't change it ever, it's like our Florida home,just love it

The beach is about a block away (5 min) walk. I would definitely recommend to all. It's not the Ritz or Four Seasons but they strive to give that type of service

The staff was incredibly kind, if you had a bad experience most likely it's on you. Rooms have private bathroom, tiled shower, the room and bathroom gets clean every single day. I can go on with a positive review

This place is super cheap in the peak season. The hostel is very clean and is a very short walk to the Beach and countless stores.

Highly recommend the 8 bed rooms. 6 bed was too small... but I had no issues switching. Very close to the shopping and beach. Location is great! I'd stay there again.

Great plane and critter watching from the front porch too! Just watch out for roommates who cover the room ACs with their wet towels (it felt warm and damp all weekend I think because of that), and be aware that they don't have any fridges for you to store your (probably very expensive) leftover food!

Loved my weekend here! The staff were all so kind and helpful. The little extras available on site (like drinks for purchase, and beach chairs and towels for free) were a delight too

The hotel's location is amazing, right in front of the beach and they provide towels for you to take to the beach. It's very simple but it was great for us, especially since we weren't going to stay there all day

This is at the Southern end of the beach and at a very good price so don't expect too many home comforts. The room we had was accessed through the restaurant which a was a little strange, but it was comfortable and clean

The room was not made up during our three night stay which meant that we had to ask at reception for extra coffee. It was also a bit unusual to have the wash hand basin outside of the bathroom

However, it is on Ocean Drive and an easy walk to "muscle beach" and the Art Deco museum so for the price I would definitely stay again if in the area

It is directly across from the beach, which they do provide complimentary umbrellas and chairs. There is also a seating area outside the hotel with chairs and umbrellas. Walgreens/Cvs is close walking distance as well

Our room was the top floor penthouse. It was gorgeous and Terri who was at the front desk was the absolute best. He made sure all of our accommodations were perfect and always greeted us with a smile

Came from Simon’s YouTube video - although never been to this hotel - but I think it deserves a 5 star review with that level of cleanliness that Simon has shown in the room.

The walls were paper thin, and the lady of the night in the room next to mine had a VERY busy day. The bed in the room next to mine was constantly banging against the wall, and let's just say that woman wad very loud

Even the arguing next door could be heard clearly. Staff was friendly and attentive though. But the rooms and the hotel overall felt like it would fall apart at any minute

Valentine's date night! Lets just say great time! Great drinks food service music and CHAMPAGNE!!! We had Cristal, nicely price even for ocean drive, Alaskans king crab legs and lobster salmon special was awesome

Monica is the best so friendly and informative made me feel like family! I’ve been staying at all the South beach group properties the last couple weeks. They’re all great, but Oceanside is by far my favorite.

You aren’t coming on vacation to live in your room anyway! Also, bring earplugs. It’s loud as heck in there because people don’t know how to act

The elevators are broken so do not book this if you can’t do stairs… other than that, just know what you’re paying for and enjoy south beach

I was able to walk one block to all of my events during South beach wine and food festival week and I loved it

Staff was not too courteous at the cafe. Hotel was a great experience but the food side was worst. No one answers the front desk after 10pm. Shuttles are available but very limited times

It was very confusing! I finally said it was a mistake and gave me a refund, but I still haven’t seen the money in my bank card! After checking in, the service staff accidentally entered our room while we were resting, disturbing our rest, and the experience was very bad!

You can go there with just your slippers. The white sand beach is also very beautiful and comfortable. If you go directly to Mexico to enjoy the exotic scenery, you can spend less money and enjoy it more comfortably

Stayed at this location for Father's Day weekend. Location is perfect, one block of Collins Ave. But not to far from the action. The room was perfect, cozy and clean
