Heavy snow in New York caused numerous flight cancellations, so I randomly booked this hotel for a little over 2000 RMB. The room was separated from another room by only one door; the soundproofing was terrible, and it was extremely unsafe. The hotel was filthy and chaotic, the chandeliers were broken, and the bed had cockroaches, hair, and bloodstains. There were drug dealers everywhere. Complaining to the platform was useless, so I had no choice but to make do for one night and leave at dawn. The elevator was also broken; I had to carry my suitcase down from the fourth floor. Sleeping on an airport chair would be better than this. Don't come here! I hope the platform will improve its quality control of partner hotels. This is the kind of hotel you get for over 2000 RMB.

Very bad experience, where the lower class of American society live, in Miami, even Uber drivers don't dare to go to the hotel. I met two people in the corridor, basically determined to be ***, the hotel smelled of **. It was impossible to clean the sanitation, but there was no quilt on the bed, can you believe it? My phone was out of battery, so I charged it for 15 minutes to make sure it would not shut down, and then went to check out immediately. It was already past 10 o'clock, but I couldn't stay for another minute, so I immediately changed to a hotel near the airport. Money doesn't matter when you are abroad, life is more important.

I have never written a review before, but other travelers need to be warned about this hotel. It smells terrible in all areas. Animals crawl around the room. There is no hot water. Everything is literally falling apart. I was asked several times in the elevator about *****.

Good morning cordially and for your information I want to tell you, that it has been my worst experience in a hotel in my life, the girls when we arrived yesterday around 7:30 pm were friendly, but the first room they gave us the AC was very noisy , the bathroom was unpleasant, the second room was not much better, it smelled smoke , the bathroom light was broken, we couldn't sleep all night, people banging, slapping doors, the lady with white hair this morning was Very rough and did not pay attention to my complaints, she only gave me a card with your email and told me that she had nothing to do with it, if I had to write a review of your hotel it would be 0.

Bed was nice and soft . room was clean. Jacuzzi didn't work. Employee at front desk was really nice and very informative. Shady people hanging around outside. And we got there they told us about and extra $20 fee that wasn't included in our reservation and a $100 room deposit that you get back when you check out. Elevator was really old. Needs to be updated really out dated hotel. Other than that ,it's cool
