The first time I came, there were only two bottles of water; the second and third days, there were none. The cleanliness was decent, but the breakfast was a bit basic

The room was clean and provided a relaxing space after a busy day. The best part of my stay was the staff. They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the price is reasonable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to shopping malls or restaurants within 5 miles

There was a very loud machine in the room, like a vacuum cleaner. The staff were all very nice, and the Wi-Fi was okay

I loved that the parking lot was spacious and complimentary for guests. The hotel also had a fitness center and outdoor pool

Clean, new, modern, and priced right. We did not try the food - breakfast is not complimentary, I believe it’s a buffet for around $20

The staff that stayed at the hotel for a staff meeting held in Doral was very pleased with the customer service they received.

CityPlace Doral is right across the street and has entertainment for both couples or families. We loved the hotel and will be sure to return next time we’re in Miami!

I love this particular brand. However, the rooms at this particular location was noisier than I could remember. The AC unit was loud and there was a ringing sound that happened daily. I did report to front desk

Good hotel to stay at with friendly staff and nice location. The shuttle service, however, can get some improvement in its flexibility with managing last-minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances

Facilities-wise, there’s a lot going on here: a clean, spacious outdoor pool, a café that’s almost 24/7, a restaurant on the top floor, and even car rental agencies inside, so it’s convenient if you want everything in one place

She was far and beyond to help me with my Uber reservation to make it correct so we didn’t need to walk on the street to catch the ride. She gave us some suggestions for where to see and go in Miami area

very easy to access from the airport, very good airport drop off service

This was especially relevant for transportation planning: they offer a shuttle to the Miami cruise terminal for $14 per person, but they do not offer a return shuttle from the cruise terminal back to the airport (we only learned that last minute)

Take the hotel’s free shuttle to the airport, then used Metrorail (Orange Line) to Government Center Station, then Metromover (free) to Freedom Tower Station, and from there the free City of Miami Coral Way Trolley goes over the PortMiami Bridge

The bathroom felt updated (good shower and the usual amenities), and the bed was comfortable. However, the room experience was let down by the linens: the top sheet on our bed had well over 25 holes

We really enjoyed spending time on the rooftop sitting by the pool and relaxing. Laz was amazing and so helpful throughout our stay. Everyone I encountered seemed genuinely happy

I liked location , pool and the room in the hotel. It is a good place if you are looking for the urban environment in the middle of dining and shopping

Housekeeping was very inconsistent and we had to complain twice in a 4 day stay as basic tasks were not completed such as replacing towels, washing glasses and on our final night we received no housekeeping at all until we complained at 6pm at night

It wasn’t bad it was just irritating and not a good level of service. Room is lovely and huge and great decor. Pool is fab and the pool staff great

Had a great stay here once again. We arrived early from Charlotte and were able to get checked in. The front desk was super kind and friendly. The hotel is very clean and centrally located in Brickell

The room was spotless and had a great view, while the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay there again and again. Good times :)

In the hotel there is Old Tom's Sports Bar and next corner there is a MC Donald's and IHOP. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool and some rooms have direct access to it. The rooms are quite spacious and clean

Old style 2 story hotel around pool, no elevator. Problem is that it has not been updated. Bed was comfortable and bedsheets clean but state of repair and cleanliness of fixtures, carpet etc was poor

Luckily I travel with an air purifier in my luggage so that saved me and I was able to tolerate the odor. They just need to shampoo the carpet with some vinegar, baking soda and kill the mold growing in the room

We walked to the IHOP restaurant which was about 2 blocks away for dinner. There's a McDonalds next door on the other side of the property. The Ramada also has its own restuarant but we chose to walk to IHOP

The hotel was clean and so was the room. They offer transportation to the Port of Miami for a very low price (aprox $14/per person). So the inconvenience paid off

Other hotels in the surrounding area were much too expensive for a one night stay. Also they have a free shuttle that runs on the hour. If you're arriving after 10 pm just take an UBer

I've stayed here many times. This trip, they started charging for parking, $10 a day. However, it's close to the airport, which makes getting around very convenient, so I'm still happy to stay here.

It's a very convenient property because it's close to the airport and the highway.

Budget hotel very close to the airport for just a stopover

A little run down. It could use more upkeep. Good place to stay for the budget conscious. All other places cost twice as much. Rooms were the standard fair. The breakfast could use more options.

The hotel/reception staff were very polite and helpful; they explained upon arrival that the heater had broken and offered a discount, which I didn't care about it

The room is old and had small cockroaches; the sheets were old and looked dirty. It was just one night waiting for the Airbnb to be ready, but I wouldn't return for these reasons

Awesome single night stay. Had full access to awesome pool and amenities near pool. Ate at the on site restaurant. Service and room were great. Only negative is they didnt offer any breakfast.

Even tough you’re not in Miami and far from the beach and Downtown Miami, this place gives you feel of Miami and luxury! Parking lot and buildings are not the best looking but once you enter your suite you feel like you’re in penthouse! Service was great! Front desk is helpful and cooperative

The room was spacious, the pool was fun to spend time at, and the activities held for the kids exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation!

This is my second time staying at this location and my family absolutely loves it!! The property is amazing and the unit was equipped with all necessities and clean. I have no complaints. I will be returning.

The homey atmosphere and being on Curtiss Pkwy which is a beautiful street to walk down. The staff if always professional and helpful. The housekeepers are top notch as well! Thank you, Parkway for being consistent.

Pros: The price! Free Parking Super friendly staff (they are funny, and helpful) 11am checkout You still get the 3 star amenities (towels, toiletries, toothpaste, deodorant, etc) They had extra towels for us Cons: The room that fits 4 people, the beds are too small for fitting 4 people

This is a budget motel, and I'm not very picky when it comes to the facilities. However, there is basically no internet. I was in a bad situation, someone had stolen my phone the day before

This is mainly place to sleep with the bare bones 3 Star amenities of a hotel. If somebody had to ask me what is the “floor” (base) of a 3 star hotel, this hotel would come to mind

so, using a laptop and skype to call my phone carrier, it took literally 5 hours just to have a 15 minute very important phone call. The call dropped at least 10 times

The hotel is quite new, and the overall service is good, with a rich breakfast spread. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, but supermarkets and various restaurants are within a 10-minute walk

Great location to walk to some things or public transportation. Less than a 10 minutes walk to Metromover and Metrorail station. There is a Publix and a Walgreens 10 minutes walk

We were also able to walk to get food easily. It is about a 15 -20 min walk to a very cool busy area called Mary Brickell Village. Lastly they do have good security

The hygiene and facilities were great. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of transportation to tourist attractions, but taxis weren't too expensive.

The room had a great view. The hotel's location was also good, and the cleanliness was acceptable. Plus, there's free 24-hour coffee in the lobby.

The hotel was fantastic! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was an open field in front where you could see the sunrise

The room was very nice and clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There were two heated pools, and two jacuzzis—one hot, one ice-cold. Cons: planes fly over the hotel, often very loudly

Also, when it's windy, it feels like you're inside a tin can—everything rattles. The soundproofing was very poor; you could hear your neighbors, the street, and so on

We asked reception to call us a taxi, and the driver charged us $200 for the 40-minute ride. We called an Uber back, and for the 1-hour-20-minute ride (due to traffic), they charged us $63

Great location to a short walk or ride to almost everything we wanted to do. Business or pleasure I'd stay again

Unfortunately there appears to be an issue with the Customer Service. I contacted the hotel three times via email to request folios for charges against the corporate card, and received no responses

I then called the hotel, waited for good ten minutes on hold, until someone just hung up! On that basis I will not be using this hotel again

The cleaness was normal. But, the cleaners left the towels on the bed and not accommodated on the shell in the bathroom. Also, didn't left toilet paper nor essentials for the shower ( soap, shampoo, lotion, etc).

Very clean hotel, very comfortable beds, awesomen staff and great connection to the airport. Breakfast could be improved, very few options and very few refills

We enjoyed staying at the Yotel Miami. It is located near the Miami bay and the hop on and off buses. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the big swimming pool, the whirlpool/hot tub and the gym

The pool view is beautiful, and I actually liked that music played all night long. The beach is just a short walk away, and there's a bus stop right outside

The room was clean and had everything one might need for a short stay. We only had an issue with the freezing cold air conditioning that could not be turned off, but we got prompt help from the hotel staff

After sleeping there, I developed red spots on my right arm, which caused me concern about the hygiene standards. While the staff were polite, the condition of the room did not meet my expectations

It was a nice experience. The pool was great and the check-in and check-out service was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay! Shuttle works, pool is open, theres food (breakfast 7-9, dinner 5-?) did laundry, (2.75/load/dry bring soap) clean bed so soft, room can darken. Everyone friendly, ill be back next time!

However, I recognize that this may be an isolated situation and it did not compromise my overall positive experience with the hotel. All other services and the hotel's facilities were superb

They also had an outdoor pool and an outdoor bar. I plan to stay here again in 2025

The hotel's facilities are quite satisfactory, the breakfast is a bit simple, the shower facilities are average, and the bath towels are very thin

Service was excellent and the check-in process was very easy and friendly. They also had a decent size continental breakfast. Very cool art work on the walls and mini market had sundries

Also the cafeteria in the lobby is also great. Has a pool, but it's winter, so we didn't get to enjoy it

Park Sleep Fly didn't send the information to this hotel and I had to spend the morning trying to get it resolved with Jeff at Park Sleep Fly with no resolution. This was the second time ParkSleepFly had done this to me

The two front people were great, happy to help. Hallways are beat up, but not the end of the world. Comfortable bed, microwave and refrigerator, all I needed for a good night's sleep

The rooms were good however there was not too much of a selection for breakfast. We got there early but they ran out of juice & yogurt. Otherwise staff were friendly & helpful

I had tried to set up a reservation with ParkSleepFly to stay in this hotel, park my car and then go on a cruise

The pool area is pretty good for relaxation after work. My problem was the reception was not that helpful with a special request I had. Seemed like they don't bother to do anything extra for you

Everything was perfect except the shuttle back to the airport. I had an early flight and the shuttle doesn’t start until past 6:00am. Also, the heater, it wasn’t blowing hot air unfortunately the day I arrived was cold

I went back out early in the morning, and spoke to a very sweet young lady, and she handed me my packages without any hassle The overall experience at the hotel was amazing. This is my third time staying here

The staff was amazing, except for one guy that was working on Wednesday night around midnight. He was very unpleasant and unhelpful. His actions were extremely distasteful

There's a pool on the premises, but we didn't use it because we didn't have time. The clock wasn't set, but we figured it out ourselves and set the alarm. The free shuttle to the airport is a huge plus

Because I booked within 24 hours, they were not required to cancel my reservation and could’ve charged me the full amount. Thankfully, they did cancel and did not charge me

I booked a room here on a flight to Miami because the airline told me I’d miss my connection. When we landed, my connecting flight was delayed and I was able to make it

I may not have stayed there tonight, but they have earned my business when I return!

The negative feedback is that when the air ran for a while, the room had a musty carpet smell. If I had been staying longer, I would have switched rooms. The carpet definitely needs cleaned or replaced

We chose this location for it's close proximity to the airport. We had an overnight layover and just needed somewhere to shower and sleep. Overall, this room and hotel were decent for the price

Shirley at the desk was great! We were exhausted from a long day of traveling and she checked us in early and helped answer all of our questions! Very nice and very professional!

Also appreciated the shuttle option to the Miami cruise terminal, however, it would be beneficial for them to disclose that they also pick up anotber hotel which added on a significant amount of time to get to the very busy port

It was an old room with a loud AC. The neighbor played his radio loudly until midnight and we had to call front desk. The staff was great and addressed all of our issues the best they could

The breakfast was very bad, hardly any choice, everything on plastic plates or plastic cutlery. Bad service or no service at all and the ambience was also very very basic
