The hotel has an excellent location, perfect if you’re planning to explore the vibrant Brickell area. The pool is lovely, with warm and welcoming water, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly kind and attentive

The rooftop pool was nice, and a lot of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Our room was spacious too.

The Hotel was nice,staff were friendly sometimes. We asked for towel and didn’t get them in a timely matter. The best part of the Hotel was the valet people made us feel welcomed

Everything was exceptional, rooms were tidied daily, space was sufficient, bathroom could have been a bit nicer but for the price and location can’t complain otherwise

The Room was a great size, the Bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for everything I was looking to do

Shirley at the desk was great! We were exhausted from a long day of traveling and she checked us in early and helped answer all of our questions! Very nice and very professional!

Also appreciated the shuttle option to the Miami cruise terminal, however, it would be beneficial for them to disclose that they also pick up anotber hotel which added on a significant amount of time to get to the very busy port

Stsff was very friendly and i formative. The room was clean and had amenities needed. Breakfast choice was limited

They tried to make me pay for parking, claiming it was already included in my rate. (Pay with you.)

It was an old room with a loud AC. The neighbor played his radio loudly until midnight and we had to call front desk. The staff was great and addressed all of our issues the best they could

The breakfast was very bad, hardly any choice, everything on plastic plates or plastic cutlery. Bad service or no service at all and the ambience was also very very basic 

Best hotel in Miami. Great neighborhood, safe, many bars and restaurants and shops. Pool is amazing. Rooms are spacious, cleans. The whole vibe is just perfect.

Billie and staff were kind and efficient! Grounds are so clean and hospitality was wonderful. Cool little nostalgic place from the jetsons era and wonderful to see the copper tone girl still on the wall across the street

It is an older area of homes turned hotel rooms. They only give you 2 towels so ask for more at checkin and you have to get a hair dryer at the front desk

The reception staff was so kind and helpful! The room itself was far from luxurious, and I had a shared bathroom, but everything was clean and tidy. For the price and location I couldn't have expected much better

The restaurant directly attached has a short menu but the pizza tasted good and I liked the decor. Staying for almost a week, parking was fine every day except Saturday when the restaurant was packed

We don’t speak Spanish and we did have a hard time ordering at the bar if we wanted a drink that wasn’t listed

Although its a bit older and there are some things that need fixing, it´s nevertheless a lovely space, nice staff and the location was just perfect for day trips, Ocean Drive, grabbing some food etc

The only thing that wasn´t 5* was the cleaning. Not as good as it should be in the less obvious spots such as corners and kitchen cabinets, but bearable. Pool looking nice, although it was too cold to use

I went to the bar called Travelers inside that hotel. The place is small but the workers are very nice and funny. I would say if you are at this location go there at night and meet the owners they are cool people

Free shuttle fro airport and to cruise terminal are good incentives to book this motel. Motel has standard no frills features, good enough for the price

Also being on a main road makes it very convenient for uber, as they can simply pull up infront of the reception! There is a pool, but when I was there it was closed out (see photos)

My room was located in the beautiful garden, which I loved! However the pool looked clean but when you go to get in there are plastic pieces and other objects floating in the water

The location for me is pretty great, because if you come out the motel (feels like a motel to me, more than a hotel) you are opposite the airport! you can turn left and walk a few blocks to lovely cash only latino coffee/breaky/brunch/cocktails bar or turn right for classic americana McDonalds etc

Loved the wide breakfast selection. Beautiful view of Airport and Blue Lagoon each on opposite sides. Open sace concept, only top counter mini desk and TV counter top. Some closet door or drawers would be helpful

The environment is nice, the lake view is beautiful, and it's close to the airport. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Beautiful Service: Good Breakfast is plentiful and varied

However, Casey (sp?) at the front desk greeted us, figured out the issue, called the correct hotel to arrange transport and even offered to have their driver take us over

Recommended! It's a great place to stay if you're catching a flight. It's definitely a chain hotel, much better than those guesthouses by the sea

She offered us a place to sit with our bags and a water while we waited. We apologized for mixup over and over and she handled the situation with a smile the entire time

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean. I did not eat breakfast, but I rated it high based on pictures I viewed.

The check in process was very smooth. I was treated with such kindness by Tessa. The hotel is particularly clean. I enjoyed the balcony view of the city. This hotel is ideal for the practical.

Everything was great overall. Parking lot is a bit tight, and room was clean. One hope is for some rooms to have 2 beds available instead of just 1 bed. It would make it ideal for family trips or friends trips.

This place was remodeled so nicely. Front desk person was amazing. The only thing I would fix is the bed was not as comfortable as I would like. Still, I recommend this place

The property is a 100 yr old french hotel, very beautiful, antique style with ole school elevator. The room is clean, very quaint and will kept with antique furniture. Hiddrn gem. Loved it.

This hotel is so fun, it felt like we walked back into the 1920s and the manual elevator was a really special touch. The room was small but exceptionally clean and I loved the decor!

Very nice small hotel in the heart of coral gables. The Italian restaurant is amazing. The only thing is the key is old school key for a real room which is hard to use. But aside from that very comfortable room

Pros: The price! Free Parking Super friendly staff (they are funny, and helpful) 11am checkout You still get the 3 star amenities (towels, toiletries, toothpaste, deodorant, etc) They had extra towels for us Cons: The room that fits 4 people, the beds are too small for fitting 4 people

This is a budget motel, and I'm not very picky when it comes to the facilities. However, there is basically no internet. I was in a bad situation, someone had stolen my phone the day before

This is mainly place to sleep with the bare bones 3 Star amenities of a hotel. If somebody had to ask me what is the “floor” (base) of a 3 star hotel, this hotel would come to mind

so, using a laptop and skype to call my phone carrier, it took literally 5 hours just to have a 15 minute very important phone call. The call dropped at least 10 times

Clean room, great view, loved the pool and hot tub. Perfect location!

There was not house keeping provided. We had to use the same bath towel for 4 days. The apartment I got was not the one I picked when I booked it thru *******

Room was very clean, great value, and I enjoyed the large smart tv with all the apps. Only issue I had was the lighting in the bathroom was very poor, I had to move in a table lamp.

We asked for a different room for the second night and the bed was better, but we were on the other side of the hall and ended up next to a road, which is busy all night long with people zooming by and beeping

This is a very outdated property. The first night the room we had, the bed was literally sunken in the middle, and I woke up with my hips hurting. Also, the heater unit wasn’t pumping heat, only cool air

It is an old hotel with old furniture, for example, no chairs for the terrace, some appliances do not work, in this trip it was the coffee maker, last trip it was the mini fridge, other times has been hot water, but the front desk goes out of their way to take care of any of these inconveniences immediately and their service and location - free trolly to the metrorail station right across the hotel...

So, be careful, don't book too much! However, this hotel is cheap and spacious, much cheaper than in Los Angeles. Miami's climate is better than Los Angeles's—humid, and my hair was always bouncy

Crucially, it's next to the Guatemalan embassy, ​​perfect for visa applications. I still fondly remember those relaxing days in Miami while waiting for my passport and visa

Additionally, the water pressure in the showers was lacking, and towels were not provided on the beds, requiring guests to request them separately

The AC worked well, and the pool area provided a great spot for relaxation. However, there were a few minor drawbacks

The room, bathroom, and exteriors were very clean. Some rooms don't have a TV, which was not a problem for me. The location was convenient, with free parking, and overnight security

Don't expect much if you're staying here. That being said, you get a bathroom and shower. Everything worked, but the hot water did run out. Not the cleanest looking room, but not bad. Parking across the street was cheap

It's in the middle of downtown, so you can walk to several places. Great barebones downtown stay on a budget

I liked it. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, area was quiet, got a great night's sleep. Morning restaurants we're right next door, 10 steps away from front entrance. I'd stay again.

The location is very good, there is a swimming pool, very close to the beach, there are supermarkets, CVs, restaurants and cafes nearby, the indoor space is large, the equipment is a bit old, you need to prepare your own toiletries

Location was great, close to the beach with private beach entrance. We had a nice Loft unit that had a balcony with pool and street views

Unit was spacious with full size fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher which helped save money. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Area felt safe and we felt comfortable walking around, both day and night

The entire hotel is safe, with plenty of surveillance. There is a pool on the 9th floor, where there is also Nice fitness room. Lovely hotel, as long as one's hotel room is not next door to their elevator

Very nice apartment complex! We stayed one day/night prior to our cruise and I'd definitely stay here again! The staff made sure EVERYTHING was to our liking, and if not they'd do whatever it took to make our stay the best

It was clean, spacious, modern and had a fabulous view. Location was great! All the facilities that you can imagine and more. Staff was courteous and professional. We would stay here again and again

It's very secure, has great views and it's within walking distance of everything, including the ocean!

We also had a large kitchen, but it lacked a lot of kitchen utensils, so we couldn't really use the kitchen for anything. But would still recommend this hotel as the location is really nice

There is about 25 minutes drive to a really nice beach from the hotel and free local high train in the area. Free parking is also available in the hotel's parking garage

I would have given it a higher score but when I use my towel to dry off there was an fake eye lash folded up in between the towels. And the sheets had stains on them

Love the glass shower with the ceiling shower head, the separte private toilet room and spacious vanity. Bed is super comfy and 4 people can fit just fine. TV, CD radio player and snake bar make it the perfect stay

From the moment you walk into the front desk and thought out the property the staff is always present and greeting you. The room decor is awesome, the room size are pretty big compare to the competition

It is a few minutes from Miami International Airport. It is also surrounded (a few minutes drive) from many different resturaunts and diners. Overall a pleasant experience

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before our cruise. At check-in, we were given sodas and snacks for our room, along with a coupon for a free drink in their lounge

Concierge gave us good recommendations on restaurants and Donel at the front desk always has a smile on his face and checks in with you

The hotel is quite old, but the location in the city center is very convenient, both the subway and the bus are nearby

The manager was never available nor did she call me back). Directions refunded the extra fees in entirety. Just took a fair amount of work, though, so simply be aware of the additional cleaning charge when you check in

The space was visibly worn and poorly maintained—not the quality one expects given the hotel's rates and reputation. Within three minutes of entering, we made the decision that the room wasn't suitable for our stay
