Beautiful hotel! This was our first time staying here for a quick one-night trip, and we had a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a great view from a high floor

She gladly answered any questions myself or my cousin had and made suggestions based on our inquiries. The room we were assigned was very nice & clean. However,we noticed the refrigerator was making noise

Torri at the front desk was especially sweet! We had been texting with her on our way to the hotel with some parking questions, and when we arrived she remembered us and gave us such a warm welcome

We advised Alberte,who came up immediately and offered to change our room. We agreed, changed rooms & left

If we return to Miami, we will definitely stay here again!

So I stayed in both Hotel Indigo and Atwell suites. I would recommend Atwell suites if you have the choice. The reason is the breakfast buffet😂. But the facility was a little bit not as clean as I expected

The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. In addition, there are many food streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste the local specialities

The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good

There's a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, but no dishes. Breakfast is ok on the 24th floor. Cons: The bathroom faucets are a bit peeling, but everything works

Overall, the experience of staying at the hotel was very satisfactory and cost-effective. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back here in the future 👏

Home2 Suites by Hilton Miami Doral West Airport on 26th Street in Doral is a great place to stay that is in the middle of everything when you are in the area. They have a good value for everything that you get here

The breakfast menu was not fresh. Eggs/Sausage were previously frozen and warmed before they were displayed. Bananas were brown not fresh most days.

The room was clean, staff was kind, the breakfast was good. The only downside is that the beds are rock hard. Not very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean and fairly modernized.

I really enjoyed my stay at Home 2 suites Doral. The Complimentary shuttle was a wonderful touch as well. Oscar the shuttle driver was very kind and arrived promptly as when we landed

He also gave us simple directions on how to get to Miami Beach via public transportation. I definitely would recommend this place!

I stayed for a week with my wife and children. We were surprised on how good this hotel is. Fully recommended.

The lobby coffee (available 24/7) was actually good coffee which was a big bonus too. The staff was all friendly and attentive, the room was immaculate, and the free parking was *chef’s kiss*

Large clean room worked well for us. They changed up the breakfast nearly every day which was a nice bonus.

I stayed at this property for about two weeks and was very comfortable the entire time. Big pros for me were the lobby breakfast, which was very basic - but consistently good from day to day

The desk divider was not in our room like pictured and when we told the front desk, the person lied and said that all the rooms didn't have it and photos online were inaccurate

The fitness center had not one towel available for use. Since the property was full, breakfast was a madhouse each morning. The breakfast staff did a great job handling the guest and making sure the food stations stocked

There was also poor lighting, broken deadbolt on door, smell of room was interesting (mildewy). One of the good things was the free breakfast and the pool looked nice. Room was quiet, even with being on the first floor

Local to the port of Miami, spacious room, friendly staff. Breakfast consisted of eggs, bread/toast, waffles, with chicken or maybe pulled pork? instead of bacon or sausage. Overall recommend.

Morning breakfast and evening social was great!! We will stay here again!! Easy access to downtown and lots of shops just a stone's throw from the hotel

I was expecting a better breakfast experience by having a broader variety of fruits, juice, hot meals, etc. Most hotels offer the same thing. Think out side of the box.

The rooms were big. Staff was limited so had to go down to the front desk for additional towels, but that wasn't any big deal. Breakfast was good with variety. We could sit in the lobby until our rooms were ready.

Room was very clean, staff extremely courteous Hometown Hilton never fail me!! This is my go to place to stay!!

The restaurant is strictly breakfast only and the food quality is sub-par. The pool is broken as it has timed tub jets that don't operate

This was a great hotel that was about 5 min from the Wynwood neighborhood. There is no restaurant/coffee stand in hotel but there is a Starbucks next door and a great french bakery right around the corner

The entire space felt pleasant and trendy. The lighting and decor were fantastic; they added to the room's comfort. I had everything I needed, and the service was great.

The location is excellent, very close to a shopping street and an arts district, yet it's in a completely safe area. Convenient for getting around, highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyde Suites. The rooms are large and the bed was so comfortable. Jessa was such a pleasure (and very helpful!)!

There is a Kuerig type coffee machine in the room. Staff was awesome and hotel was very clean

Comfortable hotel with convenient shuttles to and from the airport although the shuttle was delayed. Basic breakfast with make your own waffle station, hot coffee, yogurts, and pastries. Service staff was very helpful.

Loved the living area separated from bedroom. We had a fridge and microwave in our room, the bathroom was very nice. The towels could be softer and fluffier though

The room was comfortable, and just a basic budget hotel room. Nothing fancy, nothing notable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It's a great choice if you're just looking for somewhere to shower and sleep

Quiet, clean and comfortable space to unwind before hopping back on the morning flight. They also had a snack bar/ water area by front check in and a shuttle that took me to the airport for free in the morning

The hotel is a bit further from the airport than I expected. Reception, lounge and breakfast area are located on 4th floor. My room was large, clean and the bathroom looked newly renovated and very nice

Beach Haus continues to be our go-to option when staying on Key Biscayne. Always clean, well maintained and pleasant staff. Short walk to the beach as well as markets and restaurants

The unit we stayed seemed to be brand new! the sticker was still on the stove. I loved how clean and modern it was and the location was very centrally located in Key Biscayne

Apparently the agent who was dealing with the booking was on leave (!?), and had not handed over the guest information to the relevant team. So for the price, very substandard service

Everything … the suite only had 2 chairs… was 4 of us in a room. We only got 3 sets of towels… had to go back to reception to get another…. Could not locate ac remote … was not worth what I paid … I’m sorry…

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Miami International Airport. The location was incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed

Steve could not have been nicer. The room was large and clean and comfortable and being able to park there during our trip to Seattle was an added bonus

The complimentary airport shuttle was perfectly arranged according to the time we requested, which made our travel experience smooth and stress free

The only downside was that the shuttle that transferred you to the airport did not begin until 6 AM and that was too late for us so we had to Uber

Free shuttle from MIA to Hotel. Sign up for bus that takes you from Hotel to cruise terminal for 15. Plenty of room in the lobby area to hang out prior to bus. Staff are pleasant and make you feel welcome

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and there was a free hot breakfast. $20.00 Uber to Miami Beach..There was no Hassle with any hidden resort fee either..

Check in was super easy, only stayed for 1 night breakfast was great. Very convenient to stay here because it’s only a couple minutes from the cruise port

I used to stay in this hotel before it's renovation. It looks very nice. The staff is friendly and resourceful. An excellent option if you come to Miami.

Two places across the street for food and drinks, plus delivery options for pizza etc. Will definitely stay here for next cruise

It was a great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. We stayed there pre and post cruise. Walking distance of good restaurants

Suite with a comfortable sofa in living room-kitchen- laundry-office area. Nice pool pictures but I did not made time to visit it

Breakfast buffet was superb with lots of offerings (more or less the same everyday, but that’s on you to decide how to enjoy it). Sometimes they look overworked but it is mostly the same all over Miami

Most of them are bilingual, many hispanics- or Americans (as Bad Bunny in a truthful way renamed them)- so they feel themselves useful, they are grateful, they are service-oriented, and do what most of us so called “Americans” won’t do for that wage

Needed some maintenance: A/C sounds quite a lot (for hours after turning it on as if it was drowning in its own water), refresh dents/ paint scratches, caulking… you know, attention to details

On arrival the floor was dusty as hell and I bought one of those Sweepers to clean all over as my wife was arriving 2 days after me. The good thing is that cleaning exercise made me sleepy

Housekeeping came by each day. Breakfast could have used some better options but still fine, free valet parking was good though they left our car door unlocked on a couple occasions

Ameneties were abundant. Clean spacious. Check in staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was large and lots of choices. Hot, cold. Room for breakfast was huge. Had a pool table, bar plenty of seating indoors and out.

3 - 4 starts for the cleaning room service. It is not daily. 2- starts for parking area, is really poor, not too many spaces available and have an incredible high price of $18 daily.

We reserved three mini-suite bedrooms from Sunday to Wednesday. Because the hotel is very close to the cruise port, arriving on a Sunday meant the lobby was extremely crowded with guests checking in and out

Basic room, good stay for an airport layover. Convenient location. No frills for the 3 stars. Bit pricey but it worked out well for a quick stay. Shuttle bus service and drivers were excellent.

When 3:00 PM arrived, we checked again for the remaining rooms and were told they were running late and might be ready by 4:00 PM. We were told we would be compensated with a late checkout

Glad I didn't listen to the reviews. Hotel is a work in progress but most definitely worth the price. Enjoyed my room, enjoyed the pool, and ultimately enjoyed the great hospitality

And we got there they told us about and extra $20 fee that wasn't included in our reservation and a $100 room deposit that you get back when you check out. Needs to be updated really out dated hotel

It's quite old. The things in the room are quite simple. Fortunately, it's OK for taking photos outside.
