Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing as I felt dismissed and unacknowledged during our conversation. However, I want to sincerely thank Manager Garcia, who handled the situation with grace and professionalism

I’m not sure it’s possible to describe how amazing this hotel and its staff really are. The service is beyond impeccable and everyone you come across seems genuinely happy that you’re staying in their hotel

The property is nicely located and staff are great. There is a Four Seasons construction site right in front of the property. Very noisy and certainly not improving the views for quite a while.

At the front desk, Christina provided one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had she went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home from the very start until the day I checked out

Upon arrival, Desmond took care of my car with great professionalism, and Steve, the bellman, assisted me with my luggage and ensured I was settled comfortably in my room

Very convenient location, within walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and the SkyTrain. Friendly checkout time. Nice top-floor view with a warm pool and gym.

Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!

It’s a good hotel but that is some hidden charges that they charge you after you leave like we had two rooms they charged it on each room sixty four dollars and one sixty eight dollars which we did not know anything about and when I checked out I asked the lady she said no you’re always $4 only for water

The facilities are excellent and very user-friendly. The hotel lobby boasts a fresh and modern design, and the sanitation is impeccably clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and bright

My status was truly valued here, and of note were Corina in her handling a situation I had excellently, and Janiselle, who was an angel. Conrad was also very accommodating. The property staff is truly top-notch

The pool was exactly what I wanted. Not cheap or tacky, accessible 24/7, heated, and the sun was not blocked by any nearby buildings. The weight room was excellent, much better than the weight rooms of most hotels

They do have a well stocked mini bar with snacks and room service is available and has a wide offering of selections. The on-site restaurant/bar is also excellent. Just note that you do have to pay for parking

I chose this hotel because I just wanted to get away, be low-key, unwind, get a tan, workout, and just reset. I ate multiple times in their restaurant, ranging from breakfast to dinner, and was always pleased

I just have one recommendation about the lounge, and that is to have a little more than lays chips and granola bars at the time of afternoon tea. Maybe I’m too used to the lounge experiences I had in Japan

The servers were eager to serve, the housekeepers did a great job and were grateful for their tips, and anytime I had an issue, when I reached out, it was immediately rectified

Overall, everything was fantastic. Great location, excellent service, beautiful rooms, and thoughtful hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami!

The bathroom was super clean, and the large windows gave the room a bright and pleasant atmosphere. You can really see that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and comfort

While everything was organized, the breakfast staff did not seem as warm or welcoming as the rest of the team. A little more friendliness in the morning would make the experience even more perfect

The warm greeting and the famous fresh, warm cookies were such a nice touch and immediately made us feel at home. Our room was amazing — spacious, spotless, and very comfortable

We also enjoyed a delicious burger at the front bar — absolutely excellent! The only small area that could use improvement is the breakfast service

That level of service really impressed us and shows how much they care about their guests

The lobby is always bustling with young people working on their laptops. It's located right in a business district with plenty of restaurants, and the light rail station (which is free!) is just a 100-meter walk away

Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities

This hotel is great for young singles on business trips or couples traveling together. The rooms are a bit small but well-equipped, and the breakfast is surprisingly good (they even have smoked salmon!)

There are many sushi places nearby, though they are quite expensive. Be warned about rush hour traffic in the mornings and evenings! Overall, it's a solid 5-star experience

Room was clean. One of the shampoo containers was full of water instead of product. We asked for a change and had to do twice before taken care of. Also asked for extra towels and they were taken away everyday

Pedro at the front desk was great! The room (studio suite) was not that great. It was very clean but there was a bit of a funny smell and we had no view at all

It was a bit ridiculous that you have to pay $5USD for a bottle of water in the room after already paying so much to stay there. The cleanliness could have been a lot better

The hallways and elevator space were not kept clean at all. Most of the staff were nice but we had an incident with one of the ladies at reception who was very unpleasant

Everyone is friendly and helpful, the service is unreal (in a good way), and the facilities and rooms are extraordinary - clean, smell great, and the bed was so soft and cloud-like that I fell asleep instantly

I had my proposal at the Four Seasons Brickell, and they helped me from A to Z with the setup, flowers, candles, and everything! They made this day absolutely PERFECT

They also surprised us with unexpected gifts like champagne, chocolates, balloons, and more! All the staff at the hotel and at the restaurant knew about the proposal, congratulated us all day long, and treated us to an amazing and delicious dessert! My fiancée felt so special thanks to everyone and everything they did

The pool is one of the most impressive features. Wonderful pool side service and the drinks were delicious. Yag at the poom took the best care of us for 2 days! We felt like family by the end of our trip

Great location, less than a 10-minute drive from the airport. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, warm, attentive, and very polite. There's a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, and it even has a swimming pool

Parking is also very convenient

The pool was not used by us or anyone on our stay but the hotel causes a lot of shade over the area, plus there was rain on and off

The staff was very welcoming and nice. The shuttle arrived at the airport within ten minutes of us calling. The food and drinks were awesome, love that the hotel is so fun we did not have to leave to eat and drink

We had a wonderful stay at Kompose boutique! Very clean and it looks so fun!

The room is pleasant but we were not told the room would not be serviced. I presumed that we have to order it but nobody said anything when we checked in. The coffee and tea supplies were not refilled after the fist day.

Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night

Great hotel, had everything we needed and close to the main Brickell ***** and mall - didn’t get to try the pool but looked nice

Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon

Otherwise, everything was great, including the excellent pool and the lobby

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time

Everything was excellent, and the location was superb. My only observation is that the shower water in the room would leak out of the bathroom and soak almost the entire floor

The Provident Doral hotel/resort was an absolute tranquil and relaxing stay. The staff was so accommodating and the food delicious

The location is great and near lots of shopping and restaurant options, only 15 minutes from the Miami airport

Kitchen was equipped for cooking. We did not have breakfast. Did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

It’s under staffed, there is no regular housekeeping, and the rooms are rather worn. It’s a shame because it’s a great property with huge potential. Pics of pool and places just 1-2 blocks away to visit

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude

There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet. Only 2 receptionists and long queues

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced

My only complaint is that I booked a twin room but was given a king-size room instead, without any explanation, and I'm still working with Ctrip to get this sorted out. The deposit refund was also a bit slow

Everything was exceptional, rooms were tidied daily, space was sufficient, bathroom could have been a bit nicer but for the price and location can’t complain otherwise

The Room was a great size, the Bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for everything I was looking to do

Close to the Miami airport and has free shuttle service. Room is large with microwave,glasss top stove, coffee machine and large fridge , king size comfy bed and sofa

It was over all very good and I would like to come back one day again.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the airport shuttle only starts at 7 AM, so we missed it for our early flight. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. The pool was closed.

 You can notice the pool is old but it was clean.  We did receive free breakfast but when we arrived for the meal we were told they did not have any juice which I absolutely cannot believe

Hotel prices for food and drink are redicilous so we ate out all the time. In the sticks a bit so be prepared for walks and Ubers! Hotel pool is very dirty. The Rooms are what make this place so lovely

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this hotel, and everything was beautiful. The venue was elegant, the staff was friendly, and the event was very well organized

Great hotel in a great location. Lobby and rooftop were beautiful. Rooms were stylish, a bit dimly lit. Very cool place. Wait for breakfast was absurd, and service was a bit iffy.

The room was large and well-equipped, though the lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was no rush to check out (which is rare in the US)

The receptionist was very enthusiastic and basically met all the requirements. The room was clean, the shower had enough water pressure, and the breakfast was rich with the fruits and bread I liked.

From the check in at the front desk, to the people who made our breakfasts in the morning, to the valet that made sure our car was safe, to the ongoing care of the staff our entire stay, it was such a great experience

The subsequent days while waiting for my husband to have his surgery were a blessing because everyone was so kind. We even loved the breakfast so much we've recreated the breakfast bowl from the bistro at home!

The only slight drawback is that it is a bit far from the scenic spot, almost 30 minutes or more by car, but the flaws are not outweighed, and I will choose to stay here again in the future

The initial encounter with the drunk man was laughable as he ended up falling asleep in the hallway, and security was there to help escort him to his room

The entire stay (even with the gentleman that tried to break into our room our first night due to being thoroughly inebriated) was amazing

My daughter and I came here to celebrate my 70th birthday on an impromptu basis after we cancelled our stay at the Diplomat Hotel because basically their entire pool area is under construction and they did not have any notice of that online

Check in process was seamless. Help with luggage when Uber pulled up. Food has been amazing and worked it off at the small but mighty gym. Staff had been welcoming and helpful. Room is clean and styled nicely.

There's also a lot of really great breakfast options and dinner options that are both heavy/light, lots of good cocktails, and it's pretty close to my office and the airport meaning most ubers/taxis are 20-30 bucks

The rooms are big, the staff are super helpful and chill, and I even accidentally got a free foot massage - although I meant to ask for a tub to soak my feet in

The THesis Hotel is a small boutique hotel but what it lacks in size it makes up for in high end vibes, unique character, & outstanding customer service

The best thing about this hotel is the airport shuttle, which runs every half hour, unlike other hotels near the airport.

This is a bustling airport hotel, with some actual charm compared with the genre. The bar was always in use and friendly. There is a pool, and there's also a nice covered poolside hangout area

Great location within 5-10 minutes of the airport terminals (via their complementary shuttle). This hotel stands out really nicely among the cluster of competing hotels in which it resides
