The lobby is always bustling with young people working on their laptops. It's located right in a business district with plenty of restaurants, and the light rail station (which is free!) is just a 100-meter walk away

Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities

This hotel is great for young singles on business trips or couples traveling together. The rooms are a bit small but well-equipped, and the breakfast is surprisingly good (they even have smoked salmon!)

Very nice hotes, the location is amazing in the very center of the city. Modern and clean room and hotel. Liked my staying much The view from the rooftop is amazing I will come back.

There are many sushi places nearby, though they are quite expensive. Be warned about rush hour traffic in the mornings and evenings! Overall, it's a solid 5-star experience

Its location is good and fancy. Perfect for single travelling. Rooms a little small.

Room was clean. One of the shampoo containers was full of water instead of product. We asked for a change and had to do twice before taken care of. Also asked for extra towels and they were taken away everyday

Pedro at the front desk was great! The room (studio suite) was not that great. It was very clean but there was a bit of a funny smell and we had no view at all

No hot water on the day we checked out, so cold showers for us. It also seems excesive to charge $25/hour for late check-out whe the hotel is pretry empty. The staff was helpful, though

It was a bit ridiculous that you have to pay $5USD for a bottle of water in the room after already paying so much to stay there. The cleanliness could have been a lot better

The hallways and elevator space were not kept clean at all. Most of the staff were nice but we had an incident with one of the ladies at reception who was very unpleasant

My daughter and I came here to celebrate my 70th birthday on an impromptu basis after we cancelled our stay at the Diplomat Hotel because basically their entire pool area is under construction and they did not have any notice of that online

Check in process was seamless. Help with luggage when Uber pulled up. Food has been amazing and worked it off at the small but mighty gym. Staff had been welcoming and helpful. Room is clean and styled nicely.

There's also a lot of really great breakfast options and dinner options that are both heavy/light, lots of good cocktails, and it's pretty close to my office and the airport meaning most ubers/taxis are 20-30 bucks

The rooms are big, the staff are super helpful and chill, and I even accidentally got a free foot massage - although I meant to ask for a tub to soak my feet in

The THesis Hotel is a small boutique hotel but what it lacks in size it makes up for in high end vibes, unique character, & outstanding customer service

Despite the fact that they were fully booked and, technically, didn't have room for me, they managed to help me so that I didn't have to change hotels while waiting on further deployment instructions

The hotel was totally renovated. The room is very spacious, nicely decorated with a sofa, small table and a desk. It is located near the airport with shuttle. short stay upon arrival or departure

Our disaster response company was using several conference rooms as a field office, and the conference facility appeared to be well taken care of. Public area restrooms were very clean and well stocked

We stayed there just for two days and I haven’t drink my coffee in the morning as their coffee maker is not hesting even if they ask a technician to fix it.

It was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was a beautiful Hotel. Perfect location. Two minute walk to the Miami Dolphin Mall. Can watch the planes fly by the window to land. Very clean and comfortable.

I can only say that the bedding is too ordinary, and the quilt is very old. Because I saw hair on the sheet, I asked the waiter to change it

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, but the lobby is not grand enough. Overall it is good.

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude

There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet. Only 2 receptionists and long queues

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced

My only complaint is that I booked a twin room but was given a king-size room instead, without any explanation, and I'm still working with Ctrip to get this sorted out. The deposit refund was also a bit slow

I am a legit guest and made it a priority to leave a genuine, honest review. **** My daughter and I stayed here 2 nights for the Taylor Swift concert. All of my encounters with the staff were superb

It's very nice hotel only one small comment its difficult to reach your room You need two different elevators in different area . But all are great

Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins

However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good

After communication between Ctrip, the front desk and the restaurant, this problem was solved. The restaurant environment is very clean and of a certain grade

And again the mattress is trash Pool is small Pool food is not good and overpriced No lunch place except the pool and the menu isn’t very good for lunch Rooms need some snacks or a snack shop the premise would be nice

Close to the Miami airport and has free shuttle service. Room is large with microwave,glasss top stove, coffee machine and large fridge , king size comfy bed and sofa

It was over all very good and I would like to come back one day again.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the airport shuttle only starts at 7 AM, so we missed it for our early flight. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. The pool was closed.

 You can notice the pool is old but it was clean.  We did receive free breakfast but when we arrived for the meal we were told they did not have any juice which I absolutely cannot believe

Great hotel in a great location. Lobby and rooftop were beautiful. Rooms were stylish, a bit dimly lit. Very cool place. Wait for breakfast was absurd, and service was a bit iffy.

The room was large and well-equipped, though the lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was no rush to check out (which is rare in the US)

Each night you stay, you get two drink coupons (we were given four for our two-night stay) that you can redeem for cocktails at the rooftop bar

The receptionist was very enthusiastic and basically met all the requirements. The room was clean, the shower had enough water pressure, and the breakfast was rich with the fruits and bread I liked.

From the check in at the front desk, to the people who made our breakfasts in the morning, to the valet that made sure our car was safe, to the ongoing care of the staff our entire stay, it was such a great experience

The subsequent days while waiting for my husband to have his surgery were a blessing because everyone was so kind. We even loved the breakfast so much we've recreated the breakfast bowl from the bistro at home!

The only slight drawback is that it is a bit far from the scenic spot, almost 30 minutes or more by car, but the flaws are not outweighed, and I will choose to stay here again in the future

The initial encounter with the drunk man was laughable as he ended up falling asleep in the hallway, and security was there to help escort him to his room

The entire stay (even with the gentleman that tried to break into our room our first night due to being thoroughly inebriated) was amazing

There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink

The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water

The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.

I enjoy the location, staff and cleanliness of the property. The valet staff are always quick and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and night life. The room was very clean and had a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but OK

Outstanding place to stay for Opti regattas as walkable to regatta park, area is safe and can walk to a multitude of restaurants. The only issue I have is breakfast

The location is great and near lots of shopping and restaurant options, only 15 minutes from the Miami airport

Kitchen was equipped for cooking. We did not have breakfast. Did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

It’s under staffed, there is no regular housekeeping, and the rooms are rather worn. It’s a shame because it’s a great property with huge potential. Pics of pool and places just 1-2 blocks away to visit

Great hotel... suitable for a layover. However, if you plan on going to outlets again, it might not be the best choice as you'll need to take an Uber.

The best thing about this hotel is the airport shuttle, which runs every half hour, unlike other hotels near the airport.

This is a bustling airport hotel, with some actual charm compared with the genre. The bar was always in use and friendly. There is a pool, and there's also a nice covered poolside hangout area

The pool and fitness center look great and everything is located pretty conveniently so you don't need to trek from onebendbof the hotel to the other to get somewhere

So I went down to the front desk again to request cleaning, but when I returned at 4 PM, the room was still untouched. Exhausted, I called for clean towels, which also took half an hour to arrive

The front desk staff was super friendly and helped us carry the luggage to the cart. The room and the lobby were clean. The bartender at the bar was friendly as well

We had a great stay at this hotel! They picked up promptly from the airport. They recommended a delicious Cuban restaurant for lunch, and had a convenient on-site restaurant we chose for dinner and breakfast

TV was hard to navigate after a long day on the road. Cab ride from airport was $50. But the route was direct so I dont think I got scammed. Using shuttle this morning to head to cruise terminal

The hotel is old and shows its age in various places. The Elevators have seen better days. The rooms which have recently been remodeled by the looks are missing many amenities I haven’t seen in years rooms not having

Didn’t even look to see if they had an upgrade available for me. I had to ask about parking when I saw a sign by the desk saying you need to pay here for parking. Didn’t even ask if I had a car

I’m not sure it’s possible to describe how amazing this hotel and its staff really are. The service is beyond impeccable and everyone you come across seems genuinely happy that you’re staying in their hotel

The property is nicely located and staff are great. There is a Four Seasons construction site right in front of the property. Very noisy and certainly not improving the views for quite a while.

The restaurant in the hotel is a bit expensive but the food was really good, so that’s fine if you stay there just for a night or two. They have a really nice gym with lots of things for workouts, really nice

I came to this hotel when I was attending a conference in this location. I had nice time staying here. The staff were awesome and all the services were great. Keep it up guys! I highly recommend.

A bit dated hotel with a perfect location if you are looking for a hotel close to MIA airport. They have a free shuttle service to the airport that goes every 15min

The rooms are clean and have everything you need even if everything is a bit older, it’s still good
