Room was clean and the breakfast was great. No sheets for the pullout couch, only a blanket and pillow.

It was very convenient based on my travel plans. Price was not bad based on what was available in the room. Staff was very accommodating.

The rooms where clean and spacious, the staff were polite and ready to answer any question we may had have , breakfast was good love the idea of being able to make your own waffles that was nice and the airport shuttle took a minute for us to come. We were delayed on arrival but all in all it was a smooth process

The place was a good deal but looked a bit shabby. Nice deal given the location but the bathroom shower was a 2 out of 10-no hot water and a weak stream to wash your feet. I could feel the bath tub floor cracking as I took a shower.

The room size is normal for the United States. It has a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and range hood. It is suitable for long-term stays. The bathroom is average, and the main point is that the shower water is basically cold. Bad review

Good option for short stays near the airport

The hotel was great BUT getting the hotel shuttle was horendous. Waited 2 1/2 hrs Called 3 times

The room was pretty standard- no frills. But the walls are VERY thin. You can hear your neighbors talking

Check in was rocky at first because the internet went down but everything went great and was handled with ease!

Good place to stay. They could work on their shuttle and communication related to it. It is more difficult to catch their shuttle than it should be.

My trip was a hustle. First i order 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. I received 2 rooms with a kid bed a a sofa…. Uncomfortable. I paid for something got something else. One of the rooms took me 30 minutes to make the card key to work back and foward going to front desk and room as key wont open. Third. Shower was only hot no cold.. then vanity only cold not hot 😩. Second room was ok no microwave tho….....

Clean, with excellent soundproofing. Even though it's next to the airport, you can't hear any airplane noise. Very cost-effective!

Anyway, the price/performance ratio is OK

Lovely hotel and pool but location wasn't ideal however it was surrounded by random restaurants which was good. Underneath the bed hadn't been cleaned since the hotel has opened it seemed, we knew as we had to push the bed towards the wall for our toddler incase she rolled out

Good hotel, my room had a full kitchen and washing and a dryer machines, parking has a valet service who are getting the cars

First of all.., check-in was complicated. The front Desk was confused and without information control. The access to the elevators is terrible. I absolutely love this hotel. The location is great. Just across the road from Miami International mall and a dollar tree. Best Buy is also close by and Dolphin Mall is just about 3 mins away by car. Fantastic place to stay. We loved having the beach nearby. Make sure to get the Sun Pass/toll option if you're renting a car You'll be paying toll to get to the property. Beautiful place. Would rent again.

Great location. It met my needs for my diving trip. Property manager was warm, friendly and readily available to help with anything I needed.

We loved our stay in Key Biscayne. The community was super quiet and beautiful. Beach Haus was excellent. We went as a family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

If you staying here for a night or two this would be great but not for a vacation to far out from everything

Someone stole my laundry, from the dyer. However the manager looked at the Vedio! And found I never removed my clothes, from the dryer and someone put wet clothes on my dry clothes , and took them. The manager did credit some money back to my account.

The rooms were okay. It was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. There are a couple nice restaurants in walking distance. I was only there for one night and left early in the morning for a flight.

Hello, my stay was very good, except the breakfast is not suitable for a hotel of this category; it is just an offering of snacks. I think it should not be called breakfast, as one has a different expectation. For example: coffee, milk, rolls, eggs, yogurt, butter, some cheese, and/or fruits The hotel should improve this treatment of the customers and not use sweet things and coffee.

The location was good, next to the metro and a shop. Quiet area, even though it's on a main road. Breakfast was the same every morning. When we arrived, we were told that there was an extra selection on some mornings, but there wasn't. When we checked in (on a Sunday), we were told that a 7-day stay includes one cleaning. We asked about cleaning on the fifth day and it turned out that the cleaner only...

Staff was great. Super nice and friendly. I got an ADA room on the first floor, not by Request, but I prefer not to have that next time.

Staff if excellent, calm area . Love that the rooms have a mini kitchen, fridge, refrigerator, sink. Easy access to down town miami ,clubs, and restaurants.

The room was nice and clean. Pretty quiet for the most part. I went down at 9:00 AM sharp to grab something to eat but all was left was coffee which was a bummer but yeah the rest was fine!

It's a good hotel for when you're going to Miami on business, but it's a bit outdated. It feels heavy. But the rooms are comfortable.

It's quite old. The things in the room are quite simple. Fortunately, it's OK for taking photos outside.

Bed was nice and soft . room was clean. Jacuzzi didn't work. Employee at front desk was really nice and very informative. Shady people hanging around outside. And we got there they told us about and extra $20 fee that wasn't included in our reservation and a $100 room deposit that you get back when you check out. Elevator was really old. Needs to be updated really out dated hotel. Other than that ...

Glad I didn't listen to the reviews. Hotel is a work in progress but most definitely worth the price. Enjoyed my room, enjoyed the pool, and ultimately enjoyed the great hospitality. Thank you front desk staff for everything.
