Clean room, friendly staff, nice amenities. Great first impression.

Very friendly and inviting staff. Nothing fancy about this place, but it is reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. It’s in a quiet location and has very friendly staff.

The breakfast option was terrible. It’s not Iike the other extended stays where actual breakfast was served.

Beds and bath towels were too small for adults. However, the room was clean and courteous staff.

We love staying here for the convenience of the location and the quality of the stay overall. If you are visiting Miami for business it's a good option.

If you staying here for a night or two this would be great but not for a vacation to far out from everything

I liked it, and it was convenient to the cruise terminals. The place was clean the desk. People were helpful. All good.

I really enjoyed my stay there, I needed just a quick night's sleep. The bed was comfortable the room was clean it had nice counter space. Had a refrigerator and a microwave. No dishes or anything like that but it was just a really nice day and the staff is amazing.

Booked and paid for a King, all that was available was a Queen, waiting for a credit from Travelocity. Room was ok, clean except the fridge was dirty There is not an ice machine on site so keep this in mind. Staff was very nice. Great location to Downtown Brickell and Brickell City Centre especially on NYE.

The clearness could be better, smell in a room and corridors is terrible, should clean the AC properly and maybe add some air aroma. Breakfast isn’t breakfast, you better to call it morning snacks. Was nice anyway to get at least something. Only once in 9 days got some orange (fresh fruit). Stuff was mostly nice, except one woman, who refused to give us more than one dishwashing gel! For the price i expected a bit more. The rooms are basic, furniture needs updating, so the appliances. Nowhere i read i advance that cleanning service is only once a week. Location is great, parking is great. Breakfast is granola bars and cupcakes, but the coffee is good.

Great location, all clean and modern and as expected. Excellent value. Breakfast is a bit of a scrum, limited seating and could be organised better.

Check in was super easy, only stayed for 1 night breakfast was great. Very convenient to stay here because it’s only a couple minutes from the cruise port

Perfect pre cruise hotel. Free shuttle from MIA to Hotel. Sign up for bus that takes you from Hotel to cruise terminal for 15.00 per person. Plenty of room in the lobby area to hang out prior to bus. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff are pleasant and make you feel welcome. Two places across the street for food and drinks, plus delivery options for pizza etc. Will definitely stay here for next cruise

The desk staff were very kind and accommodating for our requested late check out and storing our luggage while we went to lunch before our cruise pick up.

This was a one night stay before going on our cruise. The service was good, rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. It was perfect for what we needed. The air conditioning was cold and the shower water was hot. The water pressure was strong. Truly everything that I needed for its purpose.

Location is great ... Super close to airport. Hotel is decent enough... But weekends and holidays they have an extreme parking issue! Gym looked nice... But 2 or the 3 treamills didn't work, dumbbell selection is a little lacking (they go from 25 to 50lbs?!?), and they have a water dispenser... But no cups!?!

Booked on a business trip. The accommodation experience was very good. It was the first time in the United States that I didn't pay extra for checking in 2 hours early. Very good! The self-service laundry room is very convenient and the service staff is also very good. Worth recommending

This hotel is very tired, albeit clean. The rooms are old, with sheer curtains and heavy draperies blocking out both the views (parking lot) and any light. Bathrooms haven't been updated in decades. It is clean, however, and the staff were helpful. We were not able to try the breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Room was spacious. Only complaint was we had to wait for a second bus so we waited almost an hour for a shuttle from the airport.

Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Proximity to malls and shops great. I would return and also recommend to friends. The room was quite homey and well appointed however under the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. No worries, I did it myself. Didn't want to disturb anyone.

Front desk was helpful friendly when we arrived early. Kept our bags while we explored. Nice meal at the Hilton Garden that was more then expected. Room was spacious quiet and clean.

Modern-looking, though a little bit outdated yet functional kitchens inside rooms. Needed some maintenance: A/C sounds quite a lot (for hours after turning it on as if it was drowning in its own water), refresh dents/ paint scratches, caulking… you know, attention to details. On arrival the floor was dusty as hell and I bought one of those Sweepers to clean all over as my wife was arriving 2 days...

Nice hotel. Housekeeping came by each day. Breakfast could have used some better options but still fine, free valet parking was good though they left our car door unlocked on a couple occasions. Our very brief stay at Nuvo was pleasant and comfortable . Like its name, it has a very contemporary vibe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neat. My suite was cute and cozy—I truly felt at home. The bed was very comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Basic room, good stay for an airport layover. Convenient location. No frills for the 3 stars. Bit pricey but it worked out well for a quick stay. Shuttle bus service and drivers were excellent.

3 - 4 starts for the cleaning room service. It is not daily. 2- starts for parking area, is really poor, not too many spaces available and have an incredible high price of $18 daily.

The hotel has a convenient location near the expressway & airport. Clean room, comfortable bed, good water pressure, staff is friendly & courteous. Breakfast is on the 10th floor with a pretty view.

It's quite old. The things in the room are quite simple. Fortunately, it's OK for taking photos outside.

Bed was nice and soft . room was clean. Jacuzzi didn't work. Employee at front desk was really nice and very informative. Shady people hanging around outside. And we got there they told us about and extra $20 fee that wasn't included in our reservation and a $100 room deposit that you get back when you check out. Elevator was really old. Needs to be updated really out dated hotel. Other than that ...

Glad I didn't listen to the reviews. Hotel is a work in progress but most definitely worth the price. Enjoyed my room, enjoyed the pool, and ultimately enjoyed the great hospitality. Thank you front desk staff for everything.

The biggest complaint is there is not an ice machine on site which is VERY inconvenient... And needed to ask for kitchen utensils. Staff was very friendly.

Great location , free property parking , right on coral way, the hotel needs some update to their laundry machines and over. Overall it felt clean but the rooms can feel a little stuffy and dusty . Pet friendly. Great and amazing front desk staff.

I always stay at a variety of ES hotels. This particular hotel was exceptionally clean. I woukd stay here again!

They promised breakfast included, but when we arrived it was the complete opposite. They only had coffee, boiled eggs, oatmeal and some snacks. There was a table there with no chairs. They turned what seemed a room into an auto service breakfast with very few options. Not what we expected from "breakfast included". Should've stated it differently when booking, it's basically false advertising.

I did not enjoy my stay here. It has a convenient location, though the room smelled like someone smoked there. Receptionist was very kind to change it immediately. In new room the bath tub did not drain the water. Bedding sheets didn’t feel fresh.for breakfast is only granola bar and coffee. I’d say it too overpriced and the definitely under deliver.
