The hotel/reception staff were very polite and helpful; they explained upon arrival that the heater had broken and offered a discount, which I didn't care about it. The room is old and had small cockroaches; the sheets were old and looked dirty. It was just one night waiting for the Airbnb to be ready, but I wouldn't return for these reasons.

I've stayed here many times. This trip, they started charging for parking, $10 a day. However, it's close to the airport, which makes getting around very convenient, so I'm still happy to stay here.

My wife and I visited for an offsite wedding. The property was fantastic. Service was great. Room was also exceptional. I didn’t like the parking due to it being only Valet parking and everyday it’s a destination fee.

The rooftop pool was nice, and a lot of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Our room was spacious too.

Quiet and relaxing retreat The tub was perfect I didn't bother with the jets but relaxing and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Definitely my new relaxation spot I will be back. I absolutely loved staying here. Although its a bit older and there are some things that need fixing, it´s nevertheless a lovely space, nice staff and the location was just perfect for day trips, Ocean Drive, grabbing some food etc. The only thing that wasn´t 5* was the cleaning. Rooms were clean. It is an older area of homes turned hotel rooms. It was clean and comfortable. They only give you 2 towels so ask for more at checkin and you have to get a hair dryer at the front desk. There is a nice wine bar right next to it with wine, beer, mixed drinks, and food. They do stop the music around 11 on weeknights and midnight on the weekends. It was good for the price we paid.

I read the comments after booking my stay, I saw the bar area but I stayed on a Sunday night, there was hardly any activity. People were enjoying themselves without being rowdy. Parking is a problem here, I paid $18 per night and when in the evening i wanted to park my car, the garage was full. There’s no one at the reception at night and the phone number they provide was not functional. The room next to mine was having a party with loud music and talking till 1AM and there was anyone I could ask for help. I was alone with my mother and felt really insecure. Not mentioning the loud noise from the street.

Located on a busy street with lots of traffic, especially in the morning during rush hour. Rooms are not soundproof so can hear the other guests in the other rooms.

Basic no frills room but clean. Location is off a busy street, so traffic is bad in the am/pm and loud, especially during rush hour with all the buses, trucks and motorcycles going by. Walls are thin in the rooms with no soundproofing. So you can hear everything going on with the other guests in the adjacent rooms next door and above, even a sneeze or a cough.

This place was remodeled so nicely. Cute, vintage. Front desk person was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I would fix is the bed was not as comfortable as I would like. Still, I recommend this place.

I will stay here again the next time we go on a cruise. Walls/cielling is a bit thin and you can hear people moving above you. Otherwise it’s fantastic.

This place for the price is the perfect spot for a layover in Miami. Staff is helpful and easy going. The bed was comfortable, the room/bathroom was clean and the air conditioning was ice cold. It is located next to a laundromat, restaurants, gas station, as well as public transportation routes.

Room was very clean, great value, and I enjoyed the large smart tv with all the apps. Only issue I had was the lighting in the bathroom was very poor, I had to move in a table lamp.

This is a very outdated property. We were there for two nights. The first night the room we had, the bed was literally sunken in the middle, and I woke up with my hips hurting. A quick trip in April. The room, bathroom, and exteriors were very clean. Some rooms don't have a TV, which was not a problem for me. The location was convenient, with free parking, and overnight security. This wasn't my first stay and won't be my last.

The building is old and in need of some repairs. The room was large but the furniture was old and worn out and the soft (couch, chair, etc) surfaces were clearly stained and dirty. The floor turned my feet almost black with dirt from walking barefoot.
