Good hotel, price-quality ratio, they could improve the breakfast

The rooms were good however there was not too much of a selection for breakfast. We got there early but they ran out of juice & yogurt. Otherwise staff were friendly & helpful

Well located, clean and fast check in

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers free parking. My room was clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice for a layover. However, for a vacation, it might not be ideal as a car is necessary to get around.

Clean , simple, and comfortable

Good location. Friendly service. Good shuttle from airport and to cruise ship terminal. Mind you are in air flight pattern. Good bed , linens, and tv. The carpet needs a clean though. Average breakfast.

Ac worked really good. Staff nice and accommodating. Our first room had a broken window frame...would not shut all the way and could hear outside noise. Gave us a new room which was really nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice hallways a little dated but definitely not a deal breaker. Perfect place to stay if you just need a bed to sleep in and head to the airport or a cruise port.

The elevator buttons were broken and it wouldn't go to the first floor. It's been two or three days and it hasn't been fixed; I don't know why. There's no gym, but everything else is fine.

I've stayed here many times. This trip, they started charging for parking, $10 a day. However, it's close to the airport, which makes getting around very convenient, so I'm still happy to stay here.

The room was spacious, in a good location, and clean. There were staff who cleaned it daily. Breakfast wasn't provided, but it was very close to a supermarket. The room was well-equipped and suitable for business travelers. I would choose this place again next time.

The property was clean and spacious. Self contained with everything needed for self catering. Walking distance to Publix supermarket and pharmacy, as well as Brickell station and the Metromover. A little out of the way but still close enough and budget friendly.

The service was excellent, and it's close to Miami Airport. However, the hotel is quite old, and the facilities are dated. For a one-night layover, it's perfectly adequate and saves time. There's also a Dolphin Mall nearby for shopping.

Quiet and relaxing retreat The tub was perfect I didn't bother with the jets but relaxing and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Definitely my new relaxation spot I will be back. The farm store is near for all your needs food and etc within walking distance no need to drive. The bed was very comfortable almost did a late check out 😀.

It was a bad night. The room was well not very clean and it was scary

The room was dirty, meaning the linen (towels, hot tub, water in the hot tub at hottest point was lukewarm and there was mold around the air conditioner. Furthermore, they didnt disinfect the hot tub because after attempting to get into it i have developed an allergic reaction.....

Lady is rude! Told me all rooms full but paid for room weeks before hand! When the lady came that spoke English she got me right in my room no problems rooms are ok not horrible clean and some people said about roaches but there are palmetto bugs in Florida don’t matter how clean you are they will come in! So not sure if that’s what they seen

This place is in the back off the main street. It's quiet and comfortable and the children will loved the outdoor swimming pool.

It's a nice, clean hotel, we are here for 3 days before our cruise. Good breakfast with waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt, pastries, fruits, juice, milk, coffee, bread. It's a nice budget hotel, conveniently located near restaurants and a nice park.

I'm not telling anyone that I know about this place‼️ I'm keeping it as my secret. I LOVED IT. I had a quiet clean experience. I read the comments after booking my stay, I saw the bar area but I stayed on a Sunday night, there was hardly any activity. People were enjoying themselves without being rowdy. There was not house keeping provided. We had to use the same bath towel for 4 days. The apartment I got was not the one I picked when I booked it thru *******. The apartment was not renovated and not, the kitchen was not equipped for cooking at all, it barely have a couple of coffee mugs and a couple of wine glasses. I didn't know I was renting an AirB&B condo, I thought I was renting a 2 bedroom suite...

Great location view and general building amenities! Room was decent but dated and poorly equipped. While check was convenient and at front desk, rest of service comes from another company which is not on site. The onsite management said they’d do things, such as replacing a broken appliance to not responding to emails or answering phone . Frustrating

Parking is a problem here, I paid $18 per night and when in the evening i wanted to park my car, the garage was full. Hotel staff asked me to park at nearby Hilton hotel and walk back, which was inconvenient. Room service is every other day. Room size is very small, with zero closets. Beautiful historic building with comfortable fairly basic rooms. 100 year old elevator requiring attendant is a bit inconvenient. I just used stairs but if that was a problem, elevator is a potential issue. Water pressure in shower quite weak. Staff was helpful. Location is great!

This place for the price is the perfect spot for a layover in Miami. Staff is helpful and easy going. The bed was comfortable, the room/bathroom was clean and the air conditioning was ice cold. It is located next to a laundromat, restaurants, gas station, as well as public transportation routes.

Good deal for the price, no there isn't any TV channels really, but you surprisingly can't hear the airplanes.

This is a budget motel, and I'm not very picky when it comes to the facilities. However, there is basically no internet. I was in a bad situation, someone had stolen my phone the day before. so, using a laptop and skype to call my phone carrier, it took literally 5 hours just to have a 15 minute very important phone call. The call dropped at least 10 times. The internet simply doesn't work for more...

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and the staff is great. Stayed 7 days on a work trip and will stay here any time I am in town.

Everything was great overall. Parking lot is a bit tight, and room was clean. One hope is for some rooms to have 2 beds available instead of just 1 bed. It would make it ideal for family trips or friends trips.

Don't expect much if you're staying here. That being said, you get a bathroom and shower. There's air conditioning. Everything worked, but the hot water did run out. Not the cleanest looking room, but not bad. Parking across the street was cheap. It's in the middle of downtown, so you can walk to several places. Great barebones downtown stay on a budget.

Very big room with a mini living room area. Room is cosy and bathroom spacious too. Not sure if it's because I got the corner room, but it's pretty quiet too. Nothing much nearby so wouldn't say it's the best location unless you drive or rent a car.

A quick trip in April. The room, bathroom, and exteriors were very clean. Some rooms don't have a TV, which was not a problem for me. The location was convenient, with free parking, and overnight security. This wasn't my first stay and won't be my last.

The common kitchen is a great concept too, but that the water machine was empty twice when I went to get some water, other than that the staff is friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the morning yoga at the swimming pool is a great idea.

My first visit and was highly impressed by the location as well as staff services. Clean hotel, amazing food especially the breakfast buffet. Loved the nearby location for shopping and beaches to spend quality time. Talking about the rooms, bed was comfortable, pillows just right for us and the air conditioning was effective.
