It was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast is okay. You can walk directly from the hotel to Dolphin Mall. We'll be back.

We stayed here for a week. Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins. The room was clean and nice. However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good. We didn't have our evening meals or lunches there as there are plenty options around. The pool was nice.

We stayed in the hotel for one night and arrived very late. The room was quite large and the front desk staff was very responsible. We booked a room with breakfast included, but the restaurant did not receive our room number registration and treated it as not including breakfast. Well located hotel, well maintained structure, shame that around us they were doing some work and therefore even though we were on the 17th floor in the morning it was impossible to rest.

Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. It has a Michillen star chef on the premise, and it is close to all kinds of top restaruant. The interior design is professionally done. It is an exemplary place for AKA.

Big suite with two balconies and really high ceilings for about $800 a night. I thought it was a great deal. Easy walk to the charming village and its restaurants. Convenient to the baseball park and to Miami proper.

Staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are fine. So overall I guess it was fine. But I’m really off put being charged $28 per night to park and $17 for a breakfast croissant. The latter was good but overpriced even by Miami standards. Then $4 for coffee and $4 for orange juice. Next time at least buy me dinner before you have your way with me!

Great room and staff. Unfortunately the internet was down when we arrived so that delayed our check in. Limited dining options especially after 10pm.

Spent a week here although it is on the expensive side, the room was generally clean, though it could have used a bit of dusting nothing major. The staff was friendly, and this remains my top choice whenever I’m in Miami. The shuttle service could benefit from better timing and coordination. I stayed for just one night during a short layover on my way to the Cayman Islands. The location is very convenient—close to the airport with a free shuttle, which was great. The shuttle was easy to find, located in the departure area between gates 7 and 23. The room was clean, but there was no kettle in the room. I could’ve probably asked the front desk, but I didn’t want to bother them.

Nice place, quiet and relaxing. Beautiful day to enjoy the pool and, during the evening, snuggle into the comfortable bed and watch the large TV screen.

The hotel room we got was clean and staff were able to answer any questions we had about our room. Gym was available on our floor which is convenient and lobby looked newly renovated and clean. Conveniently located near bus stops.

They charge for parking per night. They should deliver the Receipt or Invoice at the moment where they charge but the personnel were not friendly and didn’t provide it at the moment. At checkout the individual mentioned they can not issue the invoice.

The airport shuttle was not working, not enough soap in the room and some of the power outlets did not work.

The hotel is a bit dated and very simply furnished, but it was adequate for one night. The room was clean, which was the most important thing for us. However, the pool was quite dirty, so we didn't use it. The free shuttle bus service worked very well. Ideally located near the airport for departures and arrivals. Comfortable. The only downside is that breakfast was very crowded and the room was far too small to accommodate everyone.

This hotel is not cost-effective, the price is too expensive, the supporting facilities are like a motel, the breakfast is so simple that it is hard to describe. Anyway, the experience is not good and it is not worth recommending!

It is a cheap hotel, the truth is that it is not bad at all, I recommend it to those looking for something more reasonable in price, the only bad thing is the breakfast, very poor, but the rest is very good, from the people at reception to the cleaning.

Great place to stay for a short visit. If you get Henry from the front desk he is efficient and really great. Seek him out. Good location and easy to get around.

Fantastic for overnight stay between connecting flights. Right there in the terminal close to BA arrival gate & AA departure gate. Easy access to fast food outlets in terminal. Good shower. Comfortable & clean bed. Not noisy, room size adequate, we had a great nights sleep. Would definitely use again.

The hotel is clean, and the service is good. It's conveniently located in the middle of the terminal. The only downside is that they don't offer luggage storage; you can't store your bags unless you're checking in, which is a bit inconvenient.

Check in was simple and fast. Our room was ready to go upon arrival, and the desk staff could answer all questions we had when we arrived. It was impossible to find from a car from the outside, but easy to navigate to from inside the terminal. Options to purchase food in the terminal was a plus. Really, it was the best part of flying out of Miami.

Convenience of being located in the airport is definitely worth it. Room was fine for one night. As others have noted, you hear the noise from other rooms and the plumbing, but it was not really a bother. I'd stay there again.

Amazing Hotel We had a great stay at the Hotel Colonnade! The room was great, exactly as pictured with the loft and spiral staircase so my kids were thrilled. The service was outstanding, check in was a breeze and we received a complimentary bottle of champagne. The food for breakfast was excellent as was the service. We can't wait to come back!

The property is very nice and the rooms are big, bright, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic and a public parking facility is a block away. Highly enjoyed our stay.

Friendliness has changed a bit. Not like it used to be. Maybe it'll just me. I've stayed there several times and travel all the time. Although the say I checked in, everything was great.

The hotel was inviting and the staff were friendly from the front desk Michelle to Concierge Huberto to the valet and cleaning service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. U M family weekend was great! My suggestion to the hotel is the breakfast area can be updated with more aesthetic furnishing that is conducive for dining in a rush society. This is a very old property and its age shows. It’s a solid 3 star hotel not 4. However even at 3 star hotels I haven’t had the same general comfort issues this hotel has. The hotel is beautiful. Very luxurious and clean. The only issue that I has is that the bed is a bit on the hard side. Overall, a great experience at an unbeatable location.

Best feature is proximity to Miami Airport Metro. From there you can take MIA Mover right into the airport terminal. Takes 17 minutes to walk to the MIA Metro from the hotel.

I couldn’t take a photo since I didn’t stay long, but the tv isn’t smart TV it’s a big deal for me but whatever but everything else is just ****, the water for the shower was broken so you can only show with one tell in mind you can blend it like a normal shower can which lowkey pissed me off because I was forced to take a cold cold ass shower but the ac is great ngl

I absolutely LOVE this hotel! The manager, Jameisha, literally made our stay! She was amazing and very kind! She went out of her way to help us and truly made our stay phenomenal. SLS Brickell Miami is excellent. Only hot people work here which makes me right at home. The fact that they fired Juan for being ugly made me buy the penthouse on the 52nd floor. I also get my own elevator so I don't need to look sub 52 floor peasants in the eyes.

Our stay at the SLS Brickell was due to our flight(s) being canceled by our airline after our cruise (I believe that I read that more than 10,000 flights were canceled nationwide that weekend). The counter service staff was not very friendly. The location is close to the airport, there are restaurants and McDonald's nearby, so it is very convenient to eat.

Great location near the Airport. They offer a free courtesy bus to and from the Airport. Downside we had to wait nearly 1 hour for the bus from airport to hotel seeing many other buses from hotels pass by 2 or 3 times before ours turned up.

The location was excellent. Only 5 min walk there was access to a big supermarket and many restaurants and bar. The hotel was also very close to a Miami Trolley stop. The bathroom was not very clean though. The corners and under the faucet counters were rather dirty and dusty. The lighting of the room was very poor and insufficient. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Brickell City Center, and offers convenient transportation. The only drawback is the poor soundproofing in the rooms, which can disturb rest. Breakfast is not a buffet; it's à la carte. The selection is limited, and the value for money is average.

Everything was excellent, and the location was superb. My only observation is that the shower water in the room would leak out of the bathroom and soak almost the entire floor. Otherwise, everything was great, including the excellent pool and the lobby.

Beautiful Room with great amenities. Loved having a balcony to sit outside in private. Dinner service at Bellini was not very good. The servers gave diners the wrong meals, and one diner's meal was forgotten. When it came out, it was undercooked. Instead of comping her meal, everyone else was finished with dinner, she was offered 2 desserts. Totally unacceptable.

When I reserved my room, it said it would fit four people as so I imagine both beds we’re going to be queen, but they were like a big twin size bed. I don’t think even a full-size bed we had to order an extra bed for one of my daughters to sleep on because the four of us would not fit in the bed and we’re thin people. I think it’s badly advertised.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The property is very nice. A small boutique hotel in a nice area with lots of shopping/eating within walking distance. The service was amazing. Seriously, in the last 6ish years of traveling I've never had such good service. Def will be staying here again in the future.

Great location! It's a 5-minute walk to the free Mover station, which makes it super convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and getting to the airport. They also offer free luggage storage. Just a heads-up, they require a $50 credit card deposit at check-in.

Stayed here as I was going to the kaseya centre and it was a great location. The hotel itself has seen better days but the room being old was clean.

The location was excellent. Great view from my room. However, parking was confusing—there was a discrepancy between the prices listed on the website and what was charged on-site. Additionally, the method for opening the room door wasn’t intuitive and could benefit from clearer instructions.

Good location, close to Port Miami, opposite bayside Market and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop outside the hotel. The drawback was no kettle provided, not sure how the guest enjoyed the coffee and tea bags provided as per photo provided. We asked for the kettle but given two bottle water instead. 🤔

The Miami city tours in the red bus is just opposite the hotel just 2 minutes walk. 2 Indian restaurants are wishing 10 minutes of walking from hotel. Good coty view from The hotel. The boat tours are also available opposite the hotel.

The room was in great condition, staff was also very helpful and always available. The only upsetting thing was the fact that we actually didn’t have water for a couple of hours due to the construction going on around the hotel, but there were enough things around that we could walk to and grab drinks and food.

Hotel was immaculate the rooms where clean the been was comfy.. The only concern I had was that there wasn't a ramp for ADA accessibility and that the restaurant was only open for breakfast and wasn't open at night. There then that it was a very cute neighborhood. But food is on the $$ side.

Great section of Miami to stay, close to boutique restaurants/shops a large park the marina and over looked the ocean. Room bed and bedding was the most comfortable that we had on the trip. The 8th floor pool deck had a great view, accommodated good swimming, sun bathing and relaxation. Staff was friendly and quick in attendance to service. Good location and renovated bathroom are the pluses of this hotel. However, amenities- and service-wise it should be a 3-star hotel at best, not 4-star. Fellow travelers should be aware that the hotel charges a mandatory $16.95 “hotel fee” at check-in that was not disclosed at booking. The location is good and bad. It is near the government center transfer station and the shops near the old town close very early. It is very close to the cruise terminal.
