Forgot to leave a tip, gave free parking for one night, normally would have been $25.

Staff was nice and honest. A strong request for improving customers satisfaction is to get back shuttle service from the airport.

We stayed there just for two days and I haven’t drink my coffee in the morning as their coffee maker is not hesting even if they ask a technician to fix it.

Old, dated but clean rooms with basic bathrooms and comfortable beds. Mini fridge was a bit dirty. Free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes. They also have a basic market downstairs with food and drinks to go.

Beautiful hotel. I loved the pool area and the whole feel of the place. The airport shuttle both ways was quick and reliable. My room was clean and really comfortable, and I don't always find hotel beds comfortable.

Fantastic for overnight stay between connecting flights. Right there in the terminal close to BA arrival gate & AA departure gate. Easy access to fast food outlets in terminal. Good shower. The hotel is clean, and the service is good. It's conveniently located in the middle of the terminal. The only downside is that they don't offer luggage storage; you can't store your bags unless you're checking in, which is a bit inconvenient.

Check in was simple and fast. Our room was ready to go upon arrival, and the desk staff could answer all questions we had when we arrived. It was impossible to find from a car from the outside, but easy to navigate to from inside the terminal. Options to purchase food in the terminal was a plus. Really, it was the best part of flying out of Miami.

Convenience of being located in the airport is definitely worth it. Room was fine for one night. As others have noted, you hear the noise from other rooms and the plumbing, but it was not really a bother. I'd stay there again.

We got a family day pass so we just used the pool and fitness facilities. The pools were really nice - and very clean. The gym is fantastic and the spa amenities were an added bonus. This hotel is walking distance to a lot of cute restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The angular, mirrored guest room aims for cool and quirky but lands on uncomfortable and awkward. It's mainly a bed, with a hugely uncomfortable mattress and old pillows so uncomfortable that our necks hurt. No desk, no night tables, no convenient outlets, one little, hard chair. I spent only one night. There isn't much to say. We had the use of the Shuttle service and breakfast during our previous stays, but it wasn't the case this time around.

Best feature is proximity to Miami Airport Metro. From there you can take MIA Mover right into the airport terminal. Takes 17 minutes to walk to the MIA Metro from the hotel.

We stayed here for a week. Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins. The room was clean and nice. However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good. Well-located hotel, 10 minutes from the airport. A 24/7 IHOP is located just downstairs. Very convenient since the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it may take a while for it to be fully operational. Very friendly and attentive staff. The room lacks a refrigerator, in my opinion.
