This is a very outdated property. We were there for two nights. The first night the room we had, the bed was literally sunken in the middle, and I woke up with my hips hurting. Also, the heater unit wasn’t pumping heat, only cool air. We maxed it all the way to 90° and it still did not warm the room up. The building is old and in need of some repairs. The room was large but the furniture was old and worn out and the soft (couch, chair, etc) surfaces were clearly stained and dirty. The floor turned my feet almost black with dirt from walking barefoot.

Microwave did not work and floors needed be mopped besides that room is very comfy. Air conditioner worked great and staff was very friendly.

Wifi does not work inside unit one must go down to common space. Poor water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff and clean.

The room was good but the cleaning staff was making too much noise at 8 am on a Sunday morning. Clanking the brooms against the railing and screaming at each other. I chose this place for my early morning flight and its almost 24-hour free airport shuttle service. The room had no facilities and was empty. The layout was not reasonable, for example, there was no power socket at the head of the bed. The indoor air was not good either. I opened the window for ventilation, and as the comments said, I soon saw a huge cockroach running in.

The room was nice and close to the airport. The service was good.

The only thing going for this hotel is the free shuttle bus to and from the airport Shuttle bus drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. Other staff not so. The entire hotel is in need of an upgrade and a good clean

I chose check-in for 1pm. When getting there told was told give them 30 mins to clean rooms. Waited a good 45 mins and still told need more time. I drove 4.5 hours to get there and still waited. Watching others coming in and going to a room aggravated me. About 1.5 hours later, was told can go to room.

It was beautiful as I was going in (while drunk) when I woke up in the morning went to the bathroom I thought it was the red roof inn, not to mention the roaches out freely like we was invaded there space SMH it was a nice spice just need a Lil upgrading

I would have given it a higher score but when I use my towel to dry off there was an fake eye lash folded up in between the towels. And the sheets had stains on them. They look clean but there were yellowish spots on them. Need to do better with the linen

Love this hotel its very well kept and the sraff does a great job in maintaining there standard at a high level. From the moment you walk into the front desk and thought out the property the staff is always present and greeting you. The room decor is awesome, the room size are pretty big compare to the competition. Love the glass shower with the ceiling shower head, the separte private toilet room...

Whenever I can get away.. I rent Jacuzzi room for a few hours and have mega bubble bath.. the tub is jetted and has multi colored lights...

It’s a great lil spicy date night hotel it’s very clean and quite.. prices are very cheap the weekends are supper busy though and there is no longer a 24 hour and on top of that bring your over covers if you hate being cold and your own rag other then that everything else was awesome

Very romantic place to go if you're married and want some spice. Bed is comfortable. Price is by the hour. Very nice getaway from everyday life. Mirrors everywhere. I'd say it's a different type of place, but very private, and nice.

Loved the quietness from inside and outside. The area felt very safe and so easy to walk around. Staff was very welcoming and helpful when needed. Clean everywhere. Charming place to stay, it felt homy. Would come back.

Basic room. No hot water. Terrible tv. No outlets. Just good for what I needed. Sleep only. Couldn’t take shower. Could have provided water.

I didn’t have great expectations. I was expecting for the price ($60-$70 than redidence inns in the area) something clean but plain. I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I opened the door I saw (real) wood stairs and flooring, corridors with nice framed prints on the walls that reminded me of a New England home. The room was very clean, staff was friednly, area around the property was walkable and beautiful, as well as quiet and many options for dining.

Probably the best price in the area. The place was clean and no bugs. Housekeeping was available daily. Towels were not in the best of shape a little used up. Cannot complain for the price though.

This was a very nice and surprising place to stay. Looks are deceiving based on the area but is was very nice. Rooms were clean,cool, and decorated very nicely. The courtyard is very beautiful, although the parking could be a booger if your not an experienced driver. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this location

The airport is too close. The only downside is that it's too noisy at night, with planes taking off and landing almost constantly.

Generally a good experience, however not much in the way of amenties. There was no allergen information at breakfast and it was a struggle to get any accurate information from the staff there. The reception staff were also a bit unhelpful as they couldn't supply any allergen info either. No option for late checkout either.

So I stayed in both Hotel Indigo and Atwell suites. I would recommend Atwell suites if you have the choice. The reason is the breakfast buffet😂. But the facility was a little bit not as clean as I expected. The hotel front desk does a great job in every way.

The rooms were big. Staff was limited so had to go down to the front desk for additional towels, but that wasn't any big deal. Breakfast was good with variety. We could sit in the lobby until our rooms were ready.

It’s clean. A space like this in Miami is very large. It’s the same as what you can see in the pictures. It matches the actual situation! There is breakfast and a gym downstairs. It is very convenient. It is very close to the city center. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. It is just downstairs.

The room is large, the price is very high, and the service is also very good. It is very close to the Downtown, but the surrounding environment is slightly lacking.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before our cruise. At check-in, we were given sodas and snacks for our room, along with a coupon for a free drink in their lounge. Everyone was very friendly and our time at the hotel was terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was just here for an evening corporate event for a few hours. Didn't get to see anything other than the ground floor and the pool deck, but everything was great. Nice place to stay for a short time. Situated at the prominent part of Coconut Groove . Can be seen easily from the road. Front facing rooms are exposed to Coconut Grove Club and a park and offers a. Great hotel the room was surprisingly huge and the hotel overall was not crowded at all. Pool is a decent size restaurant is a little overpriced but not too crazy. The decor cleanliness appearance and smell of the hotel are amazing. It smells like love when you walk in the door. The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking with no other options.

Nice pleasant hotel, close to everything

The hotel is very well located, and the facilities are good. The problem is that the service leaves much to be desired. We booked a room for six, and they only provided three towels. Furthermore, they didn't even come to make our beds on the second night, and the breakfast is quite poor for a Hampton. There's a lot of room for improvement.

Parking costs $25. It's a little far from the city center, but it's okay to drive there. If you don't have a car, I don't recommend staying here. The front desk reception service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is average with a little variety.

Room was nice and big bed was comfy bathroom also good size with good shower. Made use of small gym and pool too . Only disappointing thing was the breakfast not much selection and no sausages and no yoghurt.

Perfectly fine airport hotel with 2 outstanding qualities. 1) location - 3 minute walk to Publix (with a deli counter), CVS, Walgreens etc, very nice Italian restaurant 2) Really lovely staff. Breakfast buffet starts from 6am - hot biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit, waffles etc Courtesy shuttle bus to airport leaves on the hour. Will be staying again.

Hotel is being renovated, got a nice room but not everything fully works yet.

There is a smell in the hotel room, which is not very pleasant. Because we drove by ourselves, the hotel provided parking spaces which were very good. The breakfast was just so-so, neither good nor bad. You need to exchange coins for washing clothes, please improve the equipment and allow you to wash clothes by credit card.

I also reported that you had to let the shower water run for more than five minutes for it to start getting hot. They didn't fix it during my stay. It is a hotel to which I would definitely return as long as I can stay without being forced to pay for breakfast. The food is simply terrible.

Steve could not have been nicer. The room was large and clean and comfortable and being able to park there during our trip to Seattle was an added bonus. The only downside was that the shuttle that transferred you to the airport did not begin until 6 AM and that was too late for us so we had to Uber.
