It was beautiful as I was going in (while drunk) when I woke up in the morning went to the bathroom I thought it was the red roof inn, not to mention the roaches out freely like we was invaded there space SMH it was a nice spice just need a Lil upgrading

I would have given it a higher score but when I use my towel to dry off there was an fake eye lash folded up in between the towels. And the sheets had stains on them. They look clean but there were yellowish spots on them. Need to do better with the linen

Love this hotel its very well kept and the sraff does a great job in maintaining there standard at a high level. From the moment you walk into the front desk and thought out the property the staff is always present and greeting you. Whenever I can get away.. I rent Jacuzzi room for a few hours and have mega bubble bath.. the tub is jetted and has multi colored lights...

It’s a great lil spicy date night hotel it’s very clean and quite.. prices are very cheap the weekends are supper busy though and there is no longer a 24 hour and on top of that bring your over covers if you hate being cold and your own rag other then that everything else was awesome

Very romantic place to go if you're married and want some spice. Bed is comfortable. Price is by the hour. Very nice getaway from everyday life. Mirrors everywhere. I'd say it's a different type of place, but very private, and nice.

Very big room with a mini living room area. Room is cosy and bathroom spacious too. Not sure if it's because I got the corner room, but it's pretty quiet too. Nothing much nearby so wouldn't say it's the best location unless you drive or rent a car.

The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. However the facilities are outdated, such as the slipping in door key, inserting coins for laundry and the slow- flowing from the shower. The worst part was the breakfast, not only no change for the two days we stayed but also tasted worst than the holiday inn express that I stayed a few days ago in Tampa

I liked it. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, area was quiet, got a great night's sleep. Morning restaurants we're right next door, 10 steps away from front entrance. I'd stay again.

Don't expect much if you're staying here. That being said, you get a bathroom and shower. There's air conditioning. Everything worked, but the hot water did run out. Not the cleanest looking room, but not bad. Parking across the street was cheap. It's in the middle of downtown, so you can walk to several places. Great barebones downtown stay on a budget.

The only vending machine was broken. No where to get a bottle of water. Water from faucet smelled really bad.

Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet location convenient to MIA Airport via city bus and convenient to Coral Way Trolley which provides free transportation to cruise ships. The hotel alerts you to the absence of an elevator and the need to carry your luggage upstairs.

Everything was fine, the personnel was very attentive and helpful, and the hotel is well located, pretty and comfortable. My only problem was with the phone and WIFI coverage, which was very deficient.

This is our favorite place to stay in Coral Gables. A nice quiet hotel with helpful staff. Jorge was extremely accommodating with our early arrival. The location is walkable to many stores and restaurants and is close to a free trolley stop.

Everyone on staff is very polite. They have someone on staff 24 hours like it says online which never happens. And even while we had a late checkout do to over sleeping they where very polite and didn’t rush us out!! I will always stay here now every time we visit Miami!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were all super friendly ( especially the owner ) and accommodating! Plus the rooms were pretty big and the showers have really good pressure and never ending hot water! Plus you can park really close and it’s within walking distance of lots of restaurants and stores! :)

We booked here but unfortunately due to a family death our plans changed and we could not stay after all. The hotel owner was very understanding of our situation and helped us get a refund since we had to cancel. We were looking forward to staying here and will book here in the future when we go to Miami.

No amenities. The bathroom shower had a little bit of mold in it. Other than that, the place is quiet. The bed was okay, the pillows were nice. No smoking in any room but they have can outside the room.

Probably the best price in the area. The place was clean and no bugs. Housekeeping was available daily. Towels were not in the best of shape a little used up. Cannot complain for the price though.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights before our cruise. At check-in, we were given sodas and snacks for our room, along with a coupon for a free drink in their lounge. Everyone was very friendly and our time at the hotel was terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Generally a good experience, however not much in the way of amenties. There was no allergen information at breakfast and it was a struggle to get any accurate information from the staff there. The reception staff were also a bit unhelpful as they couldn't supply any allergen info either. No option for late checkout either.

Nice pleasant hotel, close to everything

The hotel is very well located, and the facilities are good. The problem is that the service leaves much to be desired. We booked a room for six, and they only provided three towels. Furthermore, they didn't even come to make our beds on the second night, and the breakfast is quite poor for a Hampton. There's a lot of room for improvement.

I was expecting a better breakfast experience by having a broader variety of fruits, juice, hot meals, etc. Most hotels offer the same thing. Think out side of the box.

This was a great hotel that was about 5 min from the Wynwood neighborhood. There is no restaurant/coffee stand in hotel but there is a Starbucks next door and a great french bakery right around the corner. There is a Kuerig type coffee machine in the room. Steve could not have been nicer. The room was large and clean and comfortable and being able to park there during our trip to Seattle was an added bonus. The only downside was that the shuttle that transferred you to the airport did not begin until 6 AM and that was too late for us so we had to Uber.

The unit we stayed seemed to be brand new! the sticker was still on the stove. I loved how clean and modern it was and the location was very centrally located in Key Biscayne. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beach Haus continues to be our go-to option when staying on Key Biscayne. Always clean, well maintained and pleasant staff. Short walk to the beach as well as markets and restaurants. Had to extend our stay, easy as a phone call.
