There are no businesses around the location, so it's inconvenient to buy things. The noise from the planes landing in the morning and evening is very loud, which affects the rest. Breakfast is the same every day, but the check-in desk is very small. Everyone has to find their own space. If not, they have to eat breakfast in their own room. The air conditioning is quite noisy, and the rooms are too small. There's no locker in your room. Unfortunately, that's a shame.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the price is reasonable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to shopping malls or restaurants within 5 miles. The free breakfast is also decent; overall, it feels like good value for money.

Great location, not far from the airport, and more convenient for Everglades and Key West than downtown. There's a mall within walking distance, and Dolphin Mall and Walmart are also close by. The service was excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was good too. Overall, great value for money.

It was great location, the shuttle is so convenient and everyone was so nice. You cannot check in early but you can drop your bags for a dollar at their car rental counter and come back later. Clean and convenient.

Be careful with the airport shuttle pickup info. The app indicates pickup is on the 1st floor, but the shuttle actually picked us up on the 2nd level (Door 5). Also, there are multiple Holiday Inns near Miami International Airport and they do not share one universal shuttle. The hotel/reception staff were very polite and helpful; they explained upon arrival that the heater had broken and offered a discount, which I didn't care about it. The room is old and had small cockroaches; the sheets were old and looked dirty. It was just one night waiting for the Airbnb to be ready, but I wouldn't return for these reasons.

I've stayed here many times. This trip, they started charging for parking, $10 a day. However, it's close to the airport, which makes getting around very convenient, so I'm still happy to stay here.
