Decent room, good bathroom, tv and coffee maker - only booked for one night, very happy, second stay and would stay again.

The hotel and room were both very clean. The staff at the front desk and in the restuarant area and bar were very friendly and accomodating. I especially like that there is a store and CVS within walking distance or via the trolley. One night stay before a cruise.

Staff very attentive. Shower didn’t work temporary repair made before relocation to a different room.

Comfortable and clean hotel. It's far from downtown Brickell, but if you're driving, it's more convenient because you'll be able to access the highway immediately, without traffic.

Breakfast is simple. Parking costs 30 dollars + 8%. The air conditioner can't cool down.

The manager went above and beyond for me during my stay and was fantastic. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only thing to be aware of is there isn’t a microwave in the room.

Easy to get in/out. Small problems like the toilet not filling back up after flushing, and TV cuts off for 1-5 seconds randomly. Besides that, great stay. Cold A/C. Comfy rooms. Wonderful staff. I liked the exercise room. Have not experienced the pool yet but it looks nice.

The only complaint I could make was that there was no water in the workout room. Otherwise, everything was great. They even serviced the room daily, which was surprisingly, since most hotels have cut back in this service.

While I normally stick to restaurant reviews I wanted to start doing hotels as well. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of different places. On the up side, the bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. It was also reasonably large. The shuttle driver at 7am was excellent. Couldn’t get an answer from the front desk or housekeeping when I needed a pillow. The room smelled bad, there was a Keurig with coffee but no cups. I generally like the Hilton Brand but this particular hotel was a bit disappointing.

I booked a room here on a flight to Miami because the airline told me I’d miss my connection. When we landed, my connecting flight was delayed and I was able to make it. Breakfast is the same every day, but the check-in desk is very small. Everyone has to find their own space. If not, they have to eat breakfast in their own room. The air conditioning is quite noisy, and the rooms are too small. There's no locker in your room. Unfortunately, that's a shame.

No airport shuttle. $40 Lyft to get there. Not the hotels fault, just fyi. Room was okay. Humid and dark. Heat didn’t work. Smaller room than most Hyatt Places. Thankfully it was clean with comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great.

There are no businesses around the location, so it's inconvenient to buy things. The noise from the planes landing in the morning and evening is very loud, which affects the rest. The bedding is hygienic, but the bathroom facilities are unreasonable. There is water all over the floor after taking a shower.

The facilities are good, and it's the only hotel I've stayed at in Florida where the bedding didn't feel damp. However, the high ceilings in the room made it feel a bit empty (I was on the second floor). The parking lot is large, and there's a good selection of fruits for breakfast. The room is large and clean, but not very new. It is cleaned every day. Parking is free. There is a large Macy's department store nearby and many shops.

The place was nice but the staff was usually not there when checking in or out. We had to wait for a minute or two for someone to come out and greet us.

The hygiene and facilities were great. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of transportation to tourist attractions, but taxis weren't too expensive.

The room isn't very big, and it's only cleaned every other day. The bedding isn't great, the air conditioning is noisy, and the soundproofing is poor. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center.

The hotel was fantastic! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was an open field in front where you could see the sunrise. The breakfast was standard but good, with homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage, and rich orange juice.

The cleaness was normal. But, the cleaners left the towels on the bed and not accommodated on the shell in the bathroom. Also, didn't left toilet paper nor essentials for the shower ( soap, shampoo, lotion, etc).

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. The TV in our room didn’t work, the shampoo and body wash were both empty, paint was chipping on the ceiling, there were holes in the curtains, and the bidet was leaking. When we sat on the balcony, we got a serious contact high from another guest (we understand that’s out of the hotel’s control, but it still detracted from our experience). The view was nice...

This was a one night stay before going on our cruise. The service was good, rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. It was perfect for what we needed. The air conditioning was cold and the shower water was hot. The water pressure was strong. Truly everything that I needed for its purpose.

Location is great ... Super close to airport. Hotel is decent enough... But weekends and holidays they have an extreme parking issue! Gym looked nice... But 2 or the 3 treamills didn't work, dumbbell selection is a little lacking (they go from 25 to 50lbs?!?), and they have a water dispenser... But no cups!?!

I enjoyed my stay! Shuttle works, pool is open, theres food (breakfast 7-9, dinner 5-?) did laundry, (2.75/load/dry bring soap) clean bed so soft, room can darken. Everyone friendly, ill be back next time!

The hotel is really nice. They have shuttle from the airport and to the port in Miami. First one is complimentary and the shuttle to the port is $15 per person. The room was large and clean. It is a little far from the airport, but there is a free airport shuttle.

The hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off services. Although it is a bit far from Miami Airport, it is still convenient. The hotel's facilities are quite satisfactory, the breakfast is a bit simple, the shower facilities are average, and the bath towels are very thin. Everything else is OK.

Well-located hotel, 10 minutes from the airport. A 24/7 IHOP is located just downstairs. Very convenient since the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it may take a while for it to be fully operational. Very friendly and attentive staff. The room lacks a refrigerator, in my opinion.

It was great location, the shuttle is so convenient and everyone was so nice. You cannot check in early but you can drop your bags for a dollar at their car rental counter and come back later. Clean and convenient.

Be careful with the airport shuttle pickup info. The app indicates pickup is on the 1st floor, but the shuttle actually picked us up on the 2nd level (Door 5). Also, there are multiple Holiday Inns near Miami International Airport and they do not share one universal shuttle. Double-check the hotel name/address on the shuttle before you step on, otherwise it’s easy to end up at the wrong Holiday Inn...

We took a red eye flight and when we got to a hotel, when a room was cleaned, she let us in a little earlier so we could catch some sleep before the day’s activity.
