We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. We received immediate 5-star hospitality at arrival (greeting, drinks, services). They were on top of it! Beautiful view from our room, restaurant and bar offers great food, nice pool, we received all around great accommodations. Conveniently located to everything. Would gladly stay again and highly recommend. 🏆

The hotel is located in downtown Miami. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, but the location is still quite good. There are restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions.

The facilities are old, the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the terrace are not very soundproof, and you can hear the roar of the engine in the early morning, but the service is very nice.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The restaurant is excellent, a real treat 😋

The room is good but when has the room there were no amenities in the room and we had to ask for each.

The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.

The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water. There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink. There are mirrors everywhere.

Great location, very convenient for transport. The service was good too; the room type I booked wasn't available when I arrived, so they upgraded me. There's also free luggage storage. Trip.com was very thoughtful, providing both Chinese and English check-in vouchers, and even sent a reminder SMS before my stay.

The hotel's location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you're in a prime tourist area. Across the river, there are many yachts, and you can also see the sea-view Ferris wheel. The location is excellent, very close to the cruise terminal and the bustling port area. It's an ideal hotel for a stay, especially if you're cruising. We stayed for two nights before boarding our cruise. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport and port.

The room was not worth it at all. It's just a renovated tiny room with a small washroom. Service is not so great.

We stayed in a suite on the Pool Level, with direct access to the pool. Only they forgot to mention that the pool was under repair, the pool area was closed.

Beautiful environment, good sanitation services! But the parking fee is quite expensive, we are hotel guests and have to pay $18 per day. And there is no shuttle to the airport, which is very inconvenient!

We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did. It's a very nice hotel.

This has hands down been the best hotel stay I have ever had. From the first moment I stepped into the lobby, I was treated as a VIP, and everything was incredibly comfortable.

I stayed at the Thesis this week. It is very convenient to the university. I was impressed with the staff and with my room initially, however I was completely repulsed when I went to take a shower and pubic hairs from a previous guest were on the shower floor. They clearly hadn't cleaned the shower. This is a definite deal breaker for me as cleanliness is most important. Next time I'm in Coral Gables...

The Provident Doral hotel/resort was an absolute tranquil and relaxing stay. The staff was so accommodating and the food delicious. The room so private and spacious, with luxurious bedding!! I enjoyed the steamroom in the spa and cold towels in gym. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The rooms are good and this hotel can indeed be a very good hotel. But the staff here are shockingly bad. They don't have hospitality skills whatsoever. Location was great.walking distance to beach and city center. Wholefood is right next door.  But the hotel itself is very basic.

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced. There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet... Only 2 receptionists and long queues. but overall, we had a nice stay.

The service at the bar was excellent. The room was comfortable. The location is good for those who need to be in downtown. The cleaning was a bit superfluous. We stayed there one week, but we received bottles of water and body cream only the first day.

Great location and the room was very spacious. The restaurant offers complimentary hot water, and there's a swimming pool and a gym. My only complaint is that I booked a twin room but was given a king-size room instead, without any explanation, and I'm still working with Ctrip to get this sorted out. The hotel provided a comfortable stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and tasty, which added a nice touch to the experience. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is beautiful.  You can notice the pool is old but it was clean.  We did receive free breakfast but when we arrived for the meal we were told they did not have any juice which I absolutely cannot believe.  All in all it was a beautiful two days and I would return.

The room was large and well-equipped, though the lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was no rush to check out (which is rare in the US). Each night you stay, you get two drink coupons (we were given four for our two-night stay) that you can redeem for cocktails at the rooftop bar.

There are no slippers, toothbrushes or cups in the room. I contacted the waiter to deliver them. It took two hours and only slippers were delivered. The room has poor lighting and smells musty. The floor is also averagely clean.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the airport shuttle only starts at 7 AM, so we missed it for our early flight. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. The pool was closed.

The hotel is located right in the Dadeland Mall. If that's your intended destination, it's great. We stayed two nights before taking a cruise. It's too far from all the main attractions in Miami. It has a garage that was advertised as free, but apparently, it wasn't. At checkout, no charge appeared. However, a few days later, a charge of $42.50 showed up on my card. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and basically met all the requirements. The room was clean, the shower had enough water pressure, and the breakfast was rich with the fruits and bread I liked.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, the design is fashionable and reasonable, and the check-in experience is very good. The only slight drawback is that it is a bit far from the scenic spot, almost 30 minutes or more by car, but the flaws are not outweighed, and I will choose to stay here again in the future

The only good thing I could say about the courtyard Marriott is that my room was clean. They would not take a corporate credit card over the phone for room deposit and incidentals. Valet parking only at $26.00 a night I feel is excessive and street parking is scarce. After driving all day to get here I wasn't in the mood for this B.S.

My husband and I booked this stay because he was having brain surgery at Baptist hospital. The entire stay (even with the gentleman that tried to break into our room our first night due to being thoroughly inebriated) was amazing. Hotel is perfectly located by the mall. We were able to get a lot of shopping done and also drive out to the beach. The staff was very kind and kept the premises very clean. Their shower gel smells amazing by the way. I would love to stay here again in the future. They had cleaning staff on site at all times. The hotel is in the city center which is near Bayside, it is very convenient.

The pool view is beautiful, and I actually liked that music played all night long. The beach is just a short walk away, and there's a bus stop right outside. However, there was a power outage that lasted from morning till night. We had no electricity, which was a real hassle, and the hotel didn't do anything about it.

The room was small, and the two beds were only 0.8 meters wide. The service was mediocre. They even knocked on our door to rush us before check-out time, which was impolite. Breakfast was decent though.
