Pedro at the front desk was great! The room (studio suite) was not that great. It was very clean but there was a bit of a funny smell and we had no view at all. The room was located next to the exercise room and there was a lot of noise, especially weights put down on the floor.

Not perfect, but good. No hot water on the day we checked out, so cold showers for us. It also seems excesive to charge $25/hour for late check-out whe the hotel is pretry empty. The staff was helpful, though. The food (breakfast and dinner) was fine.

The rooms are good and this hotel can indeed be a very good hotel. But the staff here are shockingly bad. They don't have hospitality skills whatsoever. Check-in also takes ages because they are always checking in large groups (seems like airline/cruise staff). They hardly answer phone calls made to reception and when they do they are extremely rude and promise you things that never turn up. Worst...

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has a bathtub; elderly guests should be careful when getting in and out of the bathtub. There is a swimming pool, a gym, and a small takeaway shop.

We stayed there just for two days and I haven’t drink my coffee in the morning as their coffee maker is not hesting even if they ask a technician to fix it.

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, but the lobby is not grand enough. Overall it is good.

Location was great.walking distance to beach and city center. Wholefood is right next door.  But the hotel itself is very basic.

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced. There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet... Only 2 receptionists and long queues. but overall, we had a nice stay.

Good service and good location

The service at the bar was excellent. The room was comfortable. The location is good for those who need to be in downtown. The cleaning was a bit superfluous. We stayed there one week, but we received bottles of water and body cream only the first day.

We stayed here for a week. Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins. The room was clean and nice. However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good. We didn't have our evening meals or lunches there as there are plenty options around. The pool was nice.

We stayed in the hotel for one night and arrived very late. The room was quite large and the front desk staff was very responsible. We booked a room with breakfast included, but the restaurant did not receive our room number registration and treated it as not including breakfast. Well located hotel, well maintained structure, shame that around us they were doing some work and therefore even though we were on the 17th floor in the morning it was impossible to rest.

Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. It has a Michillen star chef on the premise, and it is close to all kinds of top restaruant. The interior design is professionally done. It is an exemplary place for AKA.

It was over all very good and I would like to come back one day again.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the airport shuttle only starts at 7 AM, so we missed it for our early flight. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. The pool was closed.

The hotel is beautiful.  You can notice the pool is old but it was clean.  We did receive free breakfast but when we arrived for the meal we were told they did not have any juice which I absolutely cannot believe.  All in all it was a beautiful two days and I would return.

The room was large and well-equipped, though the lighting was a bit dim. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and there was no rush to check out (which is rare in the US). Each night you stay, you get two drink coupons (we were given four for our two-night stay) that you can redeem for cocktails at the rooftop bar.

Great hotel in a great location. Lobby and rooftop were beautiful. Rooms were stylish, a bit dimly lit. Very cool place. Wait for breakfast was absurd, and service was a bit iffy.

There are no slippers, toothbrushes or cups in the room. I contacted the waiter to deliver them. It took two hours and only slippers were delivered. The room has poor lighting and smells musty. The floor is also averagely clean.

The hotel is located right in the Dadeland Mall. If that's your intended destination, it's great. We stayed two nights before taking a cruise. It's too far from all the main attractions in Miami. It has a garage that was advertised as free, but apparently, it wasn't. At checkout, no charge appeared. However, a few days later, a charge of $42.50 showed up on my card. I still haven't received an explanation...

The receptionist was very enthusiastic and basically met all the requirements. The room was clean, the shower had enough water pressure, and the breakfast was rich with the fruits and bread I liked.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, the design is fashionable and reasonable, and the check-in experience is very good. The only slight drawback is that it is a bit far from the scenic spot, almost 30 minutes or more by car, but the flaws are not outweighed, and I will choose to stay here again in the future

The only good thing I could say about the courtyard Marriott is that my room was clean. They would not take a corporate credit card over the phone for room deposit and incidentals. Valet parking only at $26.00 a night I feel is excessive and street parking is scarce. After driving all day to get here I wasn't in the mood for this B.S.

My husband and I booked this stay because he was having brain surgery at Baptist hospital. The entire stay (even with the gentleman that tried to break into our room our first night due to being thoroughly inebriated) was amazing. The hotel is located in downtown Miami. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, but the location is still quite good. There are restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions.

The facilities are old, the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the terrace are not very soundproof, and you can hear the roar of the engine in the early morning, but the service is very nice.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The restaurant is excellent, a real treat 😋

The room is good but when has the room there were no amenities in the room and we had to ask for each.

The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.

The location, decor of the hotel were great! I had a room with a water view….walkable to downtown Coconut Grove . Definitely an affordable place to stay in a 5 star location!!

Overall very good stay at good price. Pool and cabanas are lovely, friendly accommodating staff. Very clean and modern. Convenient walking distance to Yacht Clubs and downtown Coconut Grove. Bathroom for 2 queen room was very small, promised bay view was more like a city view.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and night life. The marina is beautiful. The room was very clean and had a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but OK. Staff at check in was very nice and willing to help. Only downside was parking is valet only and costs $38 per day.

Bathroom had a 2 x 2.5 foot shower. Would be nearly impossible to fit a large person. Front desk staff had difficulty redeeming Marriott gift cards. Lots of extraneous charges such as destination fee, valet only parking, etc

Kitchen was equipped for cooking. We did not have breakfast. Did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

The rooms really need to be deep cleaned - crusted food on cutlery, bathtub and shower were full of hair, no house keeping for my four night stay.

The Provident Doral hotel/resort was an absolute tranquil and relaxing stay. The staff was so accommodating and the food delicious. The room so private and spacious, with luxurious bedding!! I enjoyed the steamroom in the spa and cold towels in gym. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The best thing about this hotel is the airport shuttle, which runs every half hour, unlike other hotels near the airport.

Great hotel... suitable for a layover. However, if you plan on going to outlets again, it might not be the best choice as you'll need to take an Uber.

Our room was great. Location was great for the airport and has a shuttle. We checked in around 10:30 pm and asked for a place to order food. We were recommended a pizza place. Overall a good hotel. Great staff. The issue raised with them as well is that it is very cold on all hallways we had a premium room (twice in 3 weeks ) and found the air conditioning blowing only cold air regardless of setting. The only way to warm up the room is to close it.
