The hotel has a great sense of design. The built-in public infrastructure is very good. The restaurant is very good, and the food is okay. The scenery looks very open, and it feels more suitable for couples to travel

The mineral water provided by the hotel is very delicious. There are several good restaurants in the hotel. There are also very good coffee shops and a shopping mall within walking distance

Buildings 1-3 are around the pool and all units have kitchens and balconies that face the pool. None of this is a real issue unless you want a very quiet room. Buildings 4-7 are quieter but further from pool

Clean room, attentive staff. I wish the fitness center had more options, especially for such a large property. The two treadmills get taken quickly, and a stationary bike would be great.

Seriously can’t understand how 2 rolls of toilet paper and one paper towels would be enough for a family of 6. No shampoo or nice soap awful. And when you asked for towels or basic amenities it was an issue.

Nice pool area with a small bar. An adjacent lake which gives a nice view and even has some alligators and sea turtles from time to time

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The condo we stayed in does need better window coverings. The outside lights shine right in, even with the curtains pulled.

Gorgeous hotel with original art and a lively bar. Had a corner room on the 12th floor that was huge. Only disappointment was the pool was closed in June 2016. Check before you arrive.

Lovely hotel. Room was pretty and clean. Awesome location for someone attending an event at the Kia center. The walk to the Kia Center was quick with lots of eateries along the way.

At 12:30 AM they were playing music and singing karaoke. We called the front desk and they didn’t do anything so after 30 minutes of waiting we went downstairs to the front desk and asked them to send someone up

The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that

The service is good, and it is a partner hotel that allows early entry to the park! There is a shuttle bus that is very convenient, and the drivers are very good! There is also a possible BB-8 in the hotel

Very beautiful hotel, very close to Disney! Located in Disneyland. I went to Epcot on the first day, and the Chinatown inside is very spectacular! (The picture has nothing to do with the hotel)

When security did end up coming up and telling them to quiet down or they were going to kick them out they ended up leaving for the night. Other than that 10/10 experience!

We had a beautiful view of Disney Springs and enjoyed every second of that. However one of the night we were there the room next to us was partying a little too hard

Great value, great location, super nice people. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. This is not a huge resort but is way better than a hotel and it has things like a pool, paddle boats and is just comfortable

It was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean. The staff was very professional. I would recommend it to everyone. I definitely will be staying here again. It’s also very accessible to all the parks and any attractions.

Instead, we stayed in this beautiful little apartment with two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen and sofa-bed for a third of the price. We had a washer and dryer, a full-size refrigerator, and three TVs

We had a great stay around Bryans Spanish Cove. The room was like an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen. It was very clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The registers have plastic cups and we used those to get water for free from the fountain machines. The pool areas are nice and I am satisfied with our stay overall

The restaurant was clean, and they offered a communal microwave, hot water, and free coffee. The pool was also great for kids.

Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar nearly at every angle

The location is good for going to Universal Studios. There are frequent shuttles and early admissions, so it's good. It's a bit old, but it's good for creating a Universal atmosphere.

The shower temperature would not adjust only scolding. Found a water bottle between our bed and the nightstand was not ours. Other than that it was excellent and we will be back.

I love this hotel! It’s always so clean and conveniently close to the Disney parks! The staff is for the most part very nice and helpful! I’ve stayed here twice already and I plan on returning whenever I need to stay in Orlando!

NOTE: there are no elevators and this facilities has multiple building that are 3 stories high, if you cannot climb stairs be sure to request a first floor location!!!

The staff here are the best part of the hotel. It’s what you would expect from a Garden Inn. My only complaint was that the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was. I didn’t eat at it, but it did look fresh.

We enjoyed the whirl pool very much. There are clean towels at the pool, and there’s no need to bring towels from your room

My friend and I came to see the concert, and it was great. The hotel had that American feel to it, and I'd like to stay there again. I especially loved the bathroom; it truly felt like authentic American style.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn very much. It was one of the best decisions we made during our trip, to change our reservation from another hotel to this one. All staff are friendly and helpful

There is also shuttle bus services available to Universal Studio, which is very convenient. Even if you miss the bus, the hotel is at close proximity to the theme park, about a 5-min drive only

The Hotel staff at check-in didn’t inform me that the property did not have selfparking for the guest

It's similar to Four Seasons, but the location is not very good. Although it's downtown, there's nothing around. We always order takeout or take a taxi. It's not suitable to go out at night

I requested for a blanket to be sent to my room for 2 nights in a row, there was only 1 blanket in the room which did not fit the 3 of us, request ignored, and i was cold 2 nights, 3rd night when i walked in by the front desk i said i have not received a blanket and if they could have 1 sent to me, their response was i should go to my room and check if the housekeeping has kept the extra blanket, if...

This is our second time staying here. Shuttle to the park included.

basic listening skills, courtesy and decency are completely lacking in the front desk staff, when i asked for the managers name he point blank refused to tell me and said come back and find out tomorrow morning

I decided to pay $12 for their continental breakfast which was pretty bad… dark lukewarm coffee, bad carby options (bagel, croissant , bread) of mediocre quality. Some yogurts and a few choices fruits

To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton

The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit

the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc. The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out

We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police

Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel

Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card
