Great location if you are interested in visiting Universal. Also, it is located right on International Boulevard which has a time of locations to eat and play. Shuttle service to the parks as well

But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why

They told me they only clean on the fourth day so I asked them to start cleaning my room since I was gonna be there for three nights so they clean the second night

My parents were left to wait in the lobby and was not able to let in to the room even when their name was on the reservation because of not having the key card. Pictures on the website are misleading

There is a small pool, although we did not use it. Manager Rebecca was extremely helpful and nice. Her positive attitude while answering our questions is what made us decide to stay there and we do not regret it

First time staying in Rosen Inn Pros: Shuttle service. Cons: cheap appliances (hair dryer was a fire hazard it caught fire) and no replacement was available

Multiple pools, mini golf, pool, fooseball, ping pong, daily activities, restaurants, competitions- very family friendly

Provided coffee, filters, salt & pepper, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent (laundry was free) and dish soap - also shampoo, conditioner and body soap! It had all the essentials. We will be back again for sure

A great resort for families plenty of activities my kids loved it more than going to the Disney parks however the one thing I would recommend is at least give a heads up to guests if the splash park is not available prior to checking in! However they did have a shipwreck pool Where kids could play and enjoy themselves and a slide

We had a great stay at Marriott’s Harbor Lake. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The pool grill is really great too. Nothing but praise for the Marriott Harbour Lake

perfect for my dietary restrictions. large table in the dinning room. perfect for me to catch up on some work. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to really explore the property more

Clean, modern, comfortable and well kept. The pool is beautiful, well designed and clean. There is a separate kid friendly area with fun water features, again CLEAN and well maintained

It would be nice if the shuttle service was just a bit more user friendly, and if the lighting in the room was a bit brighter

The place was awesome we were close to the pool and everything worked out well. There was an issue with the tv s, we could not get them to work, but that wasn’t why we were there so not a big deal

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and courteous. We will gladly continue staying here and using Vstays when we travel to Orlando

Point of my email is that the cottage we were given at 2992 salted rim road did not have hot water that was available for us, making the stay uncomfortable because bathing in cold to warm water is not really ideal and it did dampen the stay

I have stayed at Margaritaville the past 4 christmases and the cottages have been great with no issues. This cottage was clean and well kept the only issue is that from day one the hot water was not working

Night two an outside company came and the guy came Christmas night and said he was lighting something outside. The water eventually got warm but no where near hot or comfortable enough to take a shower

The reception desk people were not the friendliest. Resort shuttle service from the cottages to the main lobby should be a 24 hr service because it was quite a distance to walk

At 12:30 AM they were playing music and singing karaoke. We called the front desk and they didn’t do anything so after 30 minutes of waiting we went downstairs to the front desk and asked them to send someone up

The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that

The service is good, and it is a partner hotel that allows early entry to the park! There is a shuttle bus that is very convenient, and the drivers are very good! There is also a possible BB-8 in the hotel

Very beautiful hotel, very close to Disney! Located in Disneyland. I went to Epcot on the first day, and the Chinatown inside is very spectacular! (The picture has nothing to do with the hotel)

When security did end up coming up and telling them to quiet down or they were going to kick them out they ended up leaving for the night. Other than that 10/10 experience!

We had a beautiful view of Disney Springs and enjoyed every second of that. However one of the night we were there the room next to us was partying a little too hard

The lobby is open, full of life, well lit, music going, people playing pool, families eating together or playing in the game area, TVs going, free full service coffee. The staff has been accommodating and friendly

I was by myself working in the lobby and the bartender helped me a few times to watch my belongings while I used the bathroom. The hosts were helpful with my questions. The way the rooms are set up, Im near the elevator

Normally, I dont give 5s because there is always something that isnt perfect. But, Im giving this hotel 5s for a few reasons. The hotel is spacious, clean and the staff is friendly

Sky was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her attention to detail and her attitude

Any questions I had were answered confidently, she anticipated needs before I even asked, and she handled everything with such calm efficiency and warmth that it instantly made me feel taken care of

And, it's either rolled into the room price or separate so. either way it wouldn't matter. The hotel is near every thing so it's super convenient. I hope my next stay here is just as good

The room cleaning is not timely, because the hair blocked the shower room drain, and it took three or four reminders before they came to clean it

I stayed here last week for 3 nights, the hotel was super affordable and the rooms were huge! Had a great view of the pool and the front desk staff were so helpful throughout my stay

The staff here are the best part of the hotel. It’s what you would expect from a Garden Inn. My only complaint was that the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was. I didn’t eat at it, but it did look fresh.

We enjoyed the whirl pool very much. There are clean towels at the pool, and there’s no need to bring towels from your room

My friend and I came to see the concert, and it was great. The hotel had that American feel to it, and I'd like to stay there again. I especially loved the bathroom; it truly felt like authentic American style.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn very much. It was one of the best decisions we made during our trip, to change our reservation from another hotel to this one. All staff are friendly and helpful

There is also shuttle bus services available to Universal Studio, which is very convenient. Even if you miss the bus, the hotel is at close proximity to the theme park, about a 5-min drive only

As for the hotel itself, The Wave offers an amazing experience from start to finish. The amenities are top-notch from the beautiful pool and fitness center to the stylish and relaxing common areas

The hotel has a great sense of design. The built-in public infrastructure is very good. The restaurant is very good, and the food is okay. The scenery looks very open, and it feels more suitable for couples to travel

The mineral water provided by the hotel is very delicious. There are several good restaurants in the hotel. There are also very good coffee shops and a shopping mall within walking distance

The hotel is clean, the room is large, there is free coffee, a gym and a swimming pool, and it is cost-effective

Very satisfied, very close to Florida Mall, convenient for eating, opposite a large supermarket, 7-8 minutes away from the bus terminal, where there is a bus to the airport, very convenient

Had an amazing time! Joe the doorman was awesome he gave us a coupon to howl at the moon which was awesome then the next morning he gave us a coupon to hash house!!! The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable

Perfect stay! We’ve been a few times and yesterday sealed the deal that I needed to leave a review. We called ahead and they were so kind and able to accommodate us with a very early 10am check in

The rooms are comfy and clean, and the location is great - Cafe TuTu Tango next door is a must visit for dinner. The sunset view from the roof is also beautiful

Buildings 1-3 are around the pool and all units have kitchens and balconies that face the pool. None of this is a real issue unless you want a very quiet room. Buildings 4-7 are quieter but further from pool

Clean room, attentive staff. I wish the fitness center had more options, especially for such a large property. The two treadmills get taken quickly, and a stationary bike would be great.

Seriously can’t understand how 2 rolls of toilet paper and one paper towels would be enough for a family of 6. No shampoo or nice soap awful. And when you asked for towels or basic amenities it was an issue.

Nice pool area with a small bar. An adjacent lake which gives a nice view and even has some alligators and sea turtles from time to time

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The condo we stayed in does need better window coverings. The outside lights shine right in, even with the curtains pulled.

This was our home away from home for about 5 days and we couldn't have been happier! The staff was wonderful and more than accommodating. Mitch and Julie were fantastic throughout the checkin process

Gorgeous hotel with original art and a lively bar. Had a corner room on the 12th floor that was huge. Only disappointment was the pool was closed in June 2016. Check before you arrive.

Althought we could not open the mini bar and the coffe machine was not working due to malfunction it was a good stay

Lovely hotel. Room was pretty and clean. Awesome location for someone attending an event at the Kia center. The walk to the Kia Center was quick with lots of eateries along the way.

Great value, great location, super nice people. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. This is not a huge resort but is way better than a hotel and it has things like a pool, paddle boats and is just comfortable

It was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean. The staff was very professional. I would recommend it to everyone. I definitely will be staying here again. It’s also very accessible to all the parks and any attractions.

Instead, we stayed in this beautiful little apartment with two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen and sofa-bed for a third of the price. We had a washer and dryer, a full-size refrigerator, and three TVs

It was clean, bright, and comfortable. The front desk stuff was wonderful and the pool and bathtub were perfect

We had a great stay around Bryans Spanish Cove. The room was like an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen. It was very clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Clean lobby and room was spotless! Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great (low water pressure is a pet peeve of mine) and the towels were a bit upscale compared to other hotels

Try the tomato and grilled shrimp bisque and ask for a grilled cheese sandwich (sandwich not on the menu) for a great chilly evening dinner. Ivery close to Advent Hospital, which was our reason for staying here

Wish the 3 jets would have worked in the shower, but overall, we had nothing to complain about. The food in the bistro was great, especially for a snack while drinking. The bar had good drinks, a bit pricey but good

The staff were very friendly and the room was spotless. The shrimp pasta at the restaurant was absolutely delicious!

The registers have plastic cups and we used those to get water for free from the fountain machines. The pool areas are nice and I am satisfied with our stay overall

Nice hotel with good location and pool. Staff are very helpful but the foodcourt needs updating and a full service restaurant could be added.

The restaurant was clean, and they offered a communal microwave, hot water, and free coffee. The pool was also great for kids.

Other than that, it was a very perfect stay!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and there is quite a few places to eat in and around the resort! Plenty if things to see and do with a bar nearly at every angle

The location is good for going to Universal Studios. There are frequent shuttles and early admissions, so it's good. It's a bit old, but it's good for creating a Universal atmosphere.

The shower temperature would not adjust only scolding. Found a water bottle between our bed and the nightstand was not ours. Other than that it was excellent and we will be back.

Hilton Garden Inn is a hidden gem! Very clean, great breakfast and such a friendly staff! Pam at the front desk is amazing! Always helpful, with a smile, and does whatever she can to meet your expectations with such a professional and courteous demeanor!

I would have liked to know where the pool/gym were located and the hours. The lighting inside the room is a bit sad. I was shocked by the buffet breakfast price - $18 for an extremely mediocre breakfast

Small room but didn't get to choose. Sent here after flight was canceled. Small pool, beautiful lobby. Snacks cost the same as airport food. Very nice staff.

The location is a stone's throw from SeaWorld and would be a short walk. They have a shuttle which I did not use so I can't speak to that experience. It was also very easy to get to Disney, Universal, and the airport

I am so happy I stayed at this hotel, and I will try and address some of the concerns people had that they did not support with pix. The grounds are beautiful, and the hotel appears to be well kept from the outside

I couldn't have selected a better location. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Some reviews mentioned an aroma. I think in this area I only smelled a very slight bleachy aroma once, but it was barely noticeable

Breakfast in morning could be better. Sausage and eggs were a little dry and needs to be warmer. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and everything worked. There is a pool however we did not get to swim on it

The room is clean. Shuttle timetable for return trip is too early at 6PM while the park closes 9-10PM

The hotel is old and dingy and reeks of bug spray. The dust on the night stand and lamp was thick. Beds were clean, towels were clean, floors were FILTHY

Lorna was kind , courteous, and professional our entire stay. Love how she delegates the front desk and help so many guests at once. Her team made my stay both comfortable and worthwhile.

The pool was also clean and enjoyable, and I appreciated that only guests staying on the property were allowed in. However, parking wasn’t ideal since we had to park quite far from the building where we were staying
