The hotel is very conveniently located and easily accessible from the airport. It is also very well connected to all major roads. The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff deserves special mention

Airport shuttle was a great addition ,room was clean.This hotel was close to our location we were visiting. The breakfast needs better options or chooses. The front desk service was great...it was a short stay for us..

 There's a shuttle bus service from hotel to airport.   In addition,  the breakfast is pretty good,  it's like a buffet,  eggs,  meat,  bread,  yougut,  fruits.   As well,  there's daily room service applied

The room was clean and spacious, the shuttle drivers were excellent and anyone I dealt with at the desk was knowledgeable and helpful.

The rooms are fantastic, with plenty of space for the price. The restaurant inside the clubhouse is not open and they don't offer any pool services which is too bad. The tennis court and sand volleyball are awesome

Every day we had problems getting into the house, and it was really annoying to come back tired and not be able to get in.

There are literally no amenities. You get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 soap for dish washer, etc then you're on your own

We were charged some fees at checkin that were in the fine print and not in the balance shown on confirmation, never a good feeling. There is no shade at the pool area at all, some umbrellas are needed

The room key doesn’t work sometimes. I think the back of the apartment is swimming pool when I see pictures online. But it’s not.

We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here. All the comforts of home while enjoying your time in Florida. Super easy access to Disney parks. The front desk staff was phenomenal

We booked this place for a mini honeymoon getaway from the kids and we were pleasantly surprised! Very clean, friendly staff, free breakfast, free parking, outside pool, etc

Not only that but plenty of places nearby to eat as well as 10 minutes from Magic Kingdom. Next time we travel to Orlando, with or without our kids, we will definitely be staying here again

Stayed at Quality Inn & Suites by the Parks in Orlando and had a solid experience. The location is excellent—just minutes from the Disney parks and convenient for dining and shopping

This hotel does not provide cleaning services. During consecutive stays, guests can only go to the front desk to change towels

The room is lovely had a decorations of towels on the bed the kitchen area was lovely. The bathroom is so big fit my and my husband

Didn't use the pool or any other amenities, so can't comment on those. Free parking and no resort fee

The front desk workers are friendly I had a very easy n nice check in. They get booked really fast so make a reservation ahead of time

Location was great, right off the toll road. Room was smaller than anticipated, bed must have been on springs as it squeaked every single time we rolled over, and saw a couple bugs on the counter and in the shower

Then, although the bedding was clean, the floor was so dirty that I couldn't wash my socks even if I stepped on the floor and walked a few steps. A deposit of US$100 is required at the front desk for each stay

Unfortunately for me I was only here on my last day in Orlando. The other place i started at did not compare. The pool was clean and my granddaughter loved it

I read the reviews of others and i have to disagree. I saw no cockroaches, no mold and the room was very clean. If I had come here in the first place my entire weekend would have been great

For people who say anything about roaches, I can only say that there is no place in Florida that doesn't have them. Businesses are constantly spraying to keep them under control

Rooms could be more updated but everything else was excellent, great service. Patel at the front desk was able to check us in our rooms earlier than regular checkin time

Can't really complain you get what you pay for. Just think microwaves and phones should be standard right about now in rooms. Not here. You pay for beds and bathroom. Pool is never functioning (3rd time at this motel)

Yes, everything was perfect. Only the room WiFi (internet) was very poor or nearly inactive.

Staff was friendly but the cleanliness was below par, moldy coffee filter with used moldy coffee in coffee pot, moldy pillows, yes moldy pillows, and the fact that they used the hurricane to price gouge people is disturbing!

The check-in service was excellent. I had to get a room for a friend who was leaving dialysis and needed a place for the night. I was ablento book online and pay the nightly deposit over the phone.

the room was dirty, no glass for drinking water, no coffee, no hanger, the tv remote control doesn't work, the blinds were broken...I will not recommand this place

After we moved to a different room we had a nice relaxing time, by the pool and in doors

The toilet was running, but a little giggle it stopped and the tub clogged up during showers. On Fridays and Saturdays they have people playing really loud music around the pool area

The room was very comfy and practical. The staff always strove to be helpful and had great attitudes. Our stay was very pleasant and the location is excellent for restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and other conveniences

There were absolutely no bugs, housekeeping came around daily, and I could tell the floors were clean, bathroom was stocked, as it ahould be, but many others in this price range fall short

The only thing I would make better is the shower head pressure, and the shower itself has not been updated/could use some love, but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios Florida. In addition, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, which made sightseeing very enjoyable during our stay

The staff were very warm and attentive, the hygiene was satisfactory, and the facilities were comprehensive. The location is convenient, right near Universal Studios and not far from the Outlets

It includes a full fridge/freezer, plus a stove and a microwave. They provide you with 4 towels in the bathroom and you could always ask for more

Surrounding area around hotel seemed nice enough. Rooms are fairly worn down. Bed was comfortable enough and served its purpose for the price and for one nights stay

The stay was mostly uneventful beginning with Vanessa being so kind and professional to assist me with my late check-in. The non smoking room was clean, and towels sufficient

The room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shower curtain was too small so water flooded the floor every time you showered. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke but the room didn't.efllbabathroom

The Staff also could or should have called me before my arrival and assisted me in getting another hotel due to whatever issues they knew they had to repair. That was basically an entire day gone to waste

Exceeded expectations For a cheap overnight stay I was beyond impressed!! Room had a microwave AND fridge which is hard to find in more expensive hotels nowadays! Room was very large, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable

They were so good to me before during and after the many times we tried several keys. I stayed overnight and had to leave the next morning to meet my mother so I didn't speak of the key or the wet carpet and musty smell

Someone had left the window open and it rained in. They were gracious and gave me a nice room when I returned. It was also determined that the key card receptacle on the door had a low battery

I didn't see any roaches at all and it was basically clean for a Florida hotel that has seen tropical weather. The breakfast bar was sufficient and coffee and hot tea are available all day

They did ask for a deposit, but I expected that parking was the only issue I didn’t upgrade to valet because it was more convenient. It was convenient for the convention center getting to our event the next day

Towels at the pool for guests to use and plenty of places to eat, plus it is across from another center with more restaurants including an excellent Greek one

I didn't use the facilities there but the pool looked refreshing. The staff were extremely pleasant and gave the hotel a general warm-welcoming atmosphere

It's a nice quiet location that is not terribly far away from the major parks. The room itself was, although slightly dated, very comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be a bit better

All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

We were in a two bed apartment and it was very large, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Plenty of activities to amuse the children and clean and pleasant pools and spas

I booked a three-bedroom suite, the kitchen is fully equipped, the hotel is comfortable, the room is well designed, and two cars are parked for free, which is very suitable for family travel. Highly recommended.

The room we had was awesome, very spacious, full kitchen, separate lounge and bedrooms. The grounds were well maintained with great facilities and activities for families

The line to check in was insane, but once we got past that, it's been an amazing stay. Employees have all been friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing - we are loving the jacuzzi in the room

The hotel has a huge property with plenty of space, and there is a water park on-site (not included, extra fee). The rooms are a bit outdated but fairly clean

Great resort, perfect for families. Suites are very spacious and nicely furnished. All you need is available, including washer / dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Pool is excellent and quite big

Great resort! The rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, a laundry closet, and 2 or 3 bedrooms. There are 2 pools at the resort, both of which are close to the 6 buildings

The kitchen sink water was coming out slow, making a knocking noise when you turned it on called and they came to fix, the balcony door was off track hard to open we always come and their is always a water issue or tv other than that great place

The hotel has its own free bus to Disneyland, which needs to be booked one day in advance. The location is good, with a supermarket and a pharmacy opposite

Buena Vista Suites is Top Notch!! We arrived and we're greeted immediately with a smile. The suite is fantastic and I will definitely be back soon

The location is very convenient, the room is big, and there is a shuttle bus to and from Disneyland! You can make a reservation at the front desk for free! The breakfast is not very varied, but it is delicious! But please note that this hotel does not provide slippers, personal toiletries and bottled water, so you have to buy toothpaste, toothbrushes and slippers by yourself! There is also a pizza...

Americans are really calculating these days. The room comes with a large, two-liter bottle of water every day, and if it's not enough, you have to buy it yourself. I've encountered this at other hotels in the US as well

First of all, the location of the hotel was great. It was close to major theme parks such as Disney World and Universal Studios, and the transportation was also good, so it was very convenient to access tourist spots

Given a welcome cookie and free water vouchers (to redeem in the marketplace) for the days there. The upgraded room was on the 5th floor (501) away from the elevators, overlooking the pool area

Good stay at the DoubleTree Disney Springs area - as a rewards member for Hilton I was able to have an early check in plus an upgrade on the booked room - this probably had a lot to do with the fact that it's off peak season

The transportation to the park only left at one time during the morning, which I am not sure if it was because of the time of year or if that is the norm, but if you don't plan to leave for the parks until after 9:00am, you might need to find other means of transportation

the suite sleeps 6 people: 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed. both beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy

This is the first hotel on the blvd so it is about a 10 minute walk, but again it was well lite and we felt totally safe walking it in the evening. There is a bar near the pool but it was not open during our stay

The suite had a door to divide the bedroom/bathoom and living room area but only had 1 bathroom which needs maintenance - the bath was low and somewhat dirty, the water was cold (felt more so as there was a cold spell in the area)

We booked the three bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the patio with the grill outside was such a nice touch. My kids loved having their own rooms and didn’t want to leave

Booked for a family holiday to Disney. This place is absolutely perfect. Location is within a few miles of all Disney Parks and Universal is very accessible. Clean and homely. Everything we could have wished for.

Great design and layout of house. Easy access, well equipped kitchen, laundry and linens. Easy parking, comfortable bedding and sitting space. The air conditioning changed temperature settings at random

The cleaning service was upon request and pretty high US$147 (very quick- 1hr for all 4- Bedroom house). The gym had good equipment and was clean and stylish

We had the three bedroom with outside grill and jacuzi. Very nice. easy check in and out. Very clean and modern amenities.

I normally do not leave reviews but after seeing some negative reviews from others, I decided to give my opinion since I am sometimes not to easy to get along with when it comes to customer service, but I honestly have to say no matter how my day is Kenny or SaraI will always have a kind gesture or attentive to whether I need anything from towels to toilet paper

When we first checked in the professional front desk clerk, her name was Gami, actually knew we had traveled far and were tired and went out of her way to make us comfortable and a great room while they could get a king suite vacant
