Good location for Universal or the Convention center if driving. 2 bedroom timeshare units nice pool.

Nice and comfortable stay. Its my second time here and will be back again soon. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Its a home away from home. From the front desk to the security on the premise were outstanding.

Great location when visiting Universal Studios. Room was great for our family of 6. We rented a 2bd, and the unit had 3 full bathrooms which was great for when everyone was getting ready to go to the parks

Really enjoyed our stay, loved that it was like a full apartment with well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to everything on International drive and spotlessly clean. Would definitely return

We enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was clean and had plenty room. Having a washer to wash clothes was handy and had everything we needed for our few days in Orlando.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! We booked something cheap in the area we needed for the one night and expected a dingy motel at best but that is not at all what we got! The grounds are well kept, especially considering we are barely past the hurricane

Service was also great! We just stayed in a nearby La Quinta earlier in the week for the same price per night and same room size but that place was gross - we’ll definitely be staying here again, especially if we need to evacuate for another hurricane!

Breakfast came in the form of a sac lunch situation and again was a pleasant surprise! It included a water, a juice, an Otis spunkmeyer muffin, a fresh apple, a yoplait yogurt, Doritos, and a chocolate hazelnut waver roll

The room was large and clean, the furniture and fixtures relatively updated, and the bathroom area had a sink/vanity section outside of the bathroom so two people can get ready at once

On top of that, there was a nice patio to sit on, a dining table and chairs, and a fridge and microwave all in the room

Way more food than I could eat but a great value and much better than the free breakfast I was anticipating

Everyone here has been wonderful! They have made our stay one to remember. The front desk manager has been amazing and has done everything to make sure we are happy with everything

The location was right off of a busy road so the road noise woke me up a couple times. Average experience for the price. Staff were friendly, it was a convenient place to stay

It was very clean and no sign that this room has had "pets" staying there in the past, such as smells or hairs. My daughter enjoyed the free wi-fi and we enjoyed the comfortable bed and breakfast

Very nice. I stayed on 2nd floor. My maid, Mary, was very nice plus being helpful. She helped make the stay very pleasant. Give her a Gold star!!!

My room was clean with no bugs. It was a smell but just need to spray some air fresher. Left my room clean and they gave me my $50 deposit back. Wifi sucks really bad and they need better breakfast

It’s a no thrills budget hotel which served its purpose. The best part about the trip were the staff, who were great!

I have stayed at this property at least 15 times this year. Building 4 is the building I was in last weekend and it absolutely ******. Won't stay again if I have to stay in that building

This place is amazing!! I stayed at bldg 11 with a pool view. I’ve been in FL for 10 years and never heard of this place so I decided to take a quick weekend getaway my my granddaughter and youngest daughter

 Then, handicap unit, no shower chair, no frying pan, no tea towel.   But will I return? Vacation village Parkway?  Not likely,    Here’s another part of the story

Got a call in November and sold us 2 nights, 3 days if we came for a visit. Ok, paid about $100 and tried to book it just before our check in. Oh sorry sir but the day you want to come our staff won’t be there

The pool, water slides, and hot tub were great for both kids and adults. My children also loved the arcade and movie theater

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Orlando if you have your own transportation. I will say that it is decently far from the airport, so you need to carefully decide if it is close to what you want to see

We came in the off-season so most of the food options in the hotel were closed, so you should definitely check if those will be open if that is an important consideration to you

The room was clean and had everything we needed, and service was great as well

The hotel environment is quite good, and the price is reasonable. My only complaint is that when we checked in, the front desk told us the shuttle to the EPCT park wouldn't start until 8 AM, and they confirmed this twice

You can enter the park an hour early, but remember to go left if you do. I saw on Xiaohongshu that you should go right for the Ministry of Magic, so I stupidly waited until 10 AM with everyone else for the park to open

Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags. Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay

Downstairs, there's a Starbucks and a shop selling food and drinks, and across the street, you'll find a KFC and a Walgreens. There's also a direct bus to downtown, which is pretty convenient

Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Loved my stay here, the resort is big with awesome amenities like a fitness center, gaming room, 2 pools, a beautiful walkway

Our experience at Hilton Tuscany Village in I-Drive, Orlando was excellent. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and the beds were comfortable

Everyone in my family had their own bed, and we are a family of five, which made the stay especially convenient. The only aspect that could be improved is the quality of the pillows

Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, it’s definitely a place to vacation and relax when you’re not home! Resort has a small store/restaurant with a lot of different things, plenty of options as well as a Starbucks

Aside from that, the overall experience was truly magical

In the back, there was an adult pool filled with children and another Jacuzzi. The fitness center had a lot of brand-new equipment, but it was overall dirty. Any surface we had to clean turned the towels black

I stayed for 4 nights in total with both reservations and the room was not cleaned once and I requested cleaning. I had to go to the hotel reception to have the towels changed. The reception never answered the phone

No instructions from the front desk about the pool, amenities, housekeeping, and all.

The placevwas kind of sketchy ass t night though and the parking lot was really foggy 💨 Also there was no wifi in the room which is a bit depressing in this day and she and I didn't have a coffee maker or coffee; and tgere was an iron but no ironing board

The problem is that the hotel isn't in excellent condition. But what I don't like about the app is the never wanted to give you the refund back

We had a suite overlooking the pool. Highly recommend! I have researched other hotels/resorts in the area and this is definitely the best. Pizza Hut Express on site, game room open 24/7

Overall, this was a budget friendly location for accessing the big parks and shopping areas if you don't want to spend the money to stay on site. The pool is attractive enough but nothing to write home about

Near Disneyworld, buy tickets at reception. The apartment for 5 of us was wonderful. Balcony overkooking the pool, full kitchen, main bedroom was enormous with separate spa bath, huge walkin shower, separate toilet

We were there in the "off-season" and it wasn't teaming with kids but there was the day to day noise of traffic. Locals driving cars with loud sound systems and silly exhaust systems were the real issue

Fast and easy with very good customer service. The rooms are cozy and clean with good distribution and space. For breakfast there is a nice buffet to enjoy before heading to the parks!

Everything was good. Especially the location was perfect. But you have to pay the parking fee every night. And the deposit didn't come yet(after a month)

I really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista. This was my third time at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The pool, free happy hour, free breakfast and evening movies were outstanding

This is a business trip abroad. The location is great, the environment is very nice, there's a large outdoor swimming pool that the kids love, and it's very close to Disneyland and Universal Studios

The stay was long, the hotel cleaners could not replenish supplies in time, I stayed for many days but the bath towels were taken away and not replenished, I called the lobby to report that the cleaning was not done well, but the other party did not care, the hotel charged extra parking fees and other fees, the overall experience was very average

The breakfast selection is quite good

Pool and bar area nice for a drink and leisure although they should keep children out of the jacuzzi

Excellent hotel, well located and close to the theme parks, the only drawback is that the transportation to the parks is already late. After 9:30 in the morning.

This is our third stay at The Point. The 1 bdrm suite is roomy, with a full kitchen. The bathroom is large, with a jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. We like the location because it's near Epic Universe.

I happen to be in a cold snap that got below 30 degrees outside the room was an ice box for two days they just ignored me acting surprised when I kept asking if it was going to be fixed saying huh I know nothing about it

They even charged me another fee at check out telling me I could contact the management there was no cleaning of the room (room service) and I was charged a fee

Absolutely the worst communication after I tried to communicate every day and just got tossed under the rug sort to speak

Clean kitchen. But no cork screw. Only one tea towel. But everything worked well.

If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! My family and I have been staying at this location numerous of times since grand opening! The hotel and staff never disappoint! The cleanliness and amenities are superb! This recent stay our sink was clogged upon arrival and Shawn addressed and fixed the issue swiftly! Breakfast is always good and the grounds are well kept

The rest of the hotel looked clean and well maintained, but we did not use it ourselves to verify. The only downside we experienced was that breakfast was crowded and appeared to have no general directional flow

We are a family of 7 and this is perfect for us. We always get the two bedroom with pullout couch and it’s ample enough room. The free breakfast is buffet style and delicious, the pool is very big and inviting

The amenities were good. However, our first night the heat in the front unit had to be swapped out. The diffusers I. The shower did not lift properly so whe. You ran the shower it also ran through the tube faucet.

Front desk staff for both check in and out were very nice. Food was ok. Room was for the most part clean we did have a dirty towel. Bed was comfortable. It was a great stay for the price.

Very convinient, close to everything. The transportation is just outside to take the I-trolley. Only area of improvement is the breakfast, no many options available for protein.

Great stay. Breakfast needs improvements they only offer boiled eggs with bread, pancakes, waffles and cereal.

They need to work on parking situation (overflow parking was NOT resolved with their parking garage), the breakfast was really basic and bland, and their rooms need updating and cleaning (there were insects on the desk and drawers plus ants in the bathroom)

The breakfast is trash. & there’s no trash can in the bathrooms. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were excellent & the beds were very comfortable.

I was told that the hotel had been renovated in November and you can definitely tell. The lobby is super nice and the room we stayed at was super nice and really spacious and for the price it was even better

Everything were wonderful, room is large enough, everywhere is clean. Breakfast is also good enough. But the only thing is that there is no Breakfast if you will leave earlier than Breakfast is started

If you happen to have breakfast and go down at 9:15am you won't get anything at all and they won't replenish it. The facilities are otherwise well maintained, the cleaning is perfect and the pool is great for the kids

Location is good, as some rooms allow you to see disney fireworks. The pool area is superb for families as it only goes to 3 feet. I wish it had a hot tub/jacuzzi though

Ok so I usually DO leave hotel reviews. This will probably have to be my next usual stay in Orlando hotel. We live 2 hrs away and when in Orlando we have stayed at a variety of places, some good, some bad

We will return hopefully! I think I got a 1 bedroom suite which had two queens in a separate area with its own door, separate from the living room. 2 tvs, kitchenette, desk area, 2 ac units in the room

Friendly service! Clean and hygienic! It takes 10 minutes to get to Orange Convention Center by taxi! Many of the cleaning staff speak Spanish! The service attitude is very good! The deposit will be credited the next day! But it is close to the road, and sometimes you can hear the sound of fire trucks in the middle of the night! There is afternoon tea from 5:30 to 7:30 in the afternoon!

) The rooms are clean and this is a hotel I highly recommend! Please note that you can make reservations for the shuttle bus to Universal Studios 24 hours before departure, but you cannot ride without a reservation! There are 3 morning and 3 evening departures

I give it a full five-point rating. The room was unexpectedly clean and tidy, and the bed sheets smelled fresh from the sun. The bathroom was also super clean. The free breakfast and dinner buffet was so thoughtful

Most of the guests were families with children, which made me, a girl traveling alone on a business trip, feel very safe. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Orlando, this will be my first choice

they do a 5:30 dinner with drinks, hot dogs, salad, chicken, pasta, baked potato, nachos, chili. Helps you save on food costs. Close to Universal with free shuttle and a Whole Foods across the street

I love all the amenities at Drury Inn!! You get free parking which is not true of the Disney Springs location. The free breakfast was great and lots of selection

Pool was closed. Grounds are under construction. This room was clean and quiet. Check in was easy and fast.
