One of the best buffets in Orlando! Pool,Splash pad and slides for kids. Relaxing movie night at pool we saw little mermaid. You will be charged $45 for resort fee and parking is $36 dollars self park !

Very close to Sea World, very convenient. The room was too old and the bath towel still had big holes.

The environment is very good, the service is attentive, the air conditioner is not warm, and the room is changed quickly

The facilities are first-rate, the beds are comfortable, and there are multiple pools for relaxing. The Italian restaurant also has a great atmosphere and food. It's convenient for visiting Disneyland

In general the Swan seemed like the afterthought of the two hotels (the other being the Dolphin, which sits directly across from it). The pool, child care, and amenity store were within a five to ten minute casual stroll

The room rate was average, with two double beds. The shower was nice and large. Cleanliness was also excellent, but the service felt lacking. Check-in was cold and indifferent, but the luggage storage guy was okay

The pool was great and the kids loved it.

There's a convenience store on the first floor with excellent service. I bought a muffin and forgot to heat it up, but the waiter rushed to bring it out. The boat ride to both parks is very convenient

You must stay at this hotel when you go to Universal Studios!! The hotel room card is the Universal Express Pass, very affordable The hotel is very large and the swimming pool is heated There are buses and water taxis directly to Universal Very convenient, equivalent to living in Universal You can enter and exit the park many times a day

This hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean, the scenery is picturesque, the Italian food in the hotel is very authentic, and the boat ride to Universal Studios is full of scenery

Service was amazing and room beautiful! The hotel is so close to the parks you can easily walk it or get the water taxi. Really loved it stay and would definitely be back again.

After negotiating with the hotel, the hotel refunded this part of the water fee. This is the only hotel in Orlando that does not provide free bottled water

The only downside is that the bottled water provided in the room is charged, but there is no notice, and it is directly deducted from the hotel deposit

They did ask for a deposit, but I expected that parking was the only issue I didn’t upgrade to valet because it was more convenient. It was convenient for the convention center getting to our event the next day

Towels at the pool for guests to use and plenty of places to eat, plus it is across from another center with more restaurants including an excellent Greek one

I didn't use the facilities there but the pool looked refreshing. The staff were extremely pleasant and gave the hotel a general warm-welcoming atmosphere

It's a nice quiet location that is not terribly far away from the major parks. The room itself was, although slightly dated, very comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be a bit better

The front desk staff was aware of the issue and kept saying service would "flip a breaker", which would eventually fix the problem for an hour before it went back out again

Did not see a double wide stroller in 3 days, but we were in the North Tower close to the convention/meeting space. Many children in the pool area and arcade areas, so family friendly too

I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.

In house and nearby walkable restaurants make a rental car unnecessary. Nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Great meeting space if you need space for a corporate event. Many events were happening during our stay

The location is superb with convenient transportation, being right near Universal Studios and also not far from the Outlets. Overall, it's a great place, and I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios

Overall, thought everything was top notch and my family and I had a great stay. Amenities onsite are great, wouldn’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to, and plenty of activities for all ages

Great place to stay! Building 4 was awesome. Make sure you take advantage of everything though, from the pools to the volleyball area. The shop isn't too bad either, quite reasonable prices!

Everyone was so nice. Great proximity to everything but so many options on site, food and activities. Easy to navigate

I called them back- someone eventually brought nasty, powdered creamer in packets. Again, for the price, one should be able to have a decent cup of coffee in the morning without having to walk to another building for it

After a long day of traveling, the pool was exactly what we needed. It was very refreshing, with plenty of available seating, warm pools, and an ample supply of towels

This beautiful resort offers the secluded feel of a retreat, but also offers all the amenities of a resort, including multiple pools, a clubhouse, restaurant, live entertainment and bar for adults, poolside activities for children, and a beautiful lake behind the property

I’ve stayed here many times every time is great! The main pools are HUGE (2) next to the restaurant with a few hot tubs, the dock, kids activities so much more! 2 min from Sea World 5 min from Aquatica and many more!

Overall it's OK, but I found cockroach legs on the towels. It's very convenient to stay here if you go to seaworld or dicovery cove.

Sadly, we hated the beds and the couch, as both were very hard and uncomfortable. We thought the desk, market, and pool staff were great

The grounds were decorated beautifully and there was so much to see and do. The room layout was very nice. It was well stocked with dishes and toiletries. I love the place and will definitely visit again

We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price

The front desk staff were really nice, and the location is great. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Universal Studios, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby

One night stopover before our Florida road trip, easy to find from the Airport, check in was quick and friendly

Room was tired but reasonably clean, breakfast was plentiful, coffee kept coming due to the attentive service

What could be improved is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, and the shower pressure was a bit low

We spent all our free time outside the parks in the pool. The bar at the pool makes great food as well. Everything was convenient and well maintained

The room was like any typical Hilton Garden Inn in terms of "nice". The bed was comfortable which is a plus. Enjoyed having the option to use the water taxi or walk into CityWalk

Place is great, more of an adult vibe. Families with kids staying there were not distracting at all. The room I had was very nice, but I truthfully expected it to be nicer

I held a team meeting at the property and the arrangements for my business meetings were top notch with catering that actually had food that not just looked good but tasted good, also an impeccable service team always present for anything we needed

The club lounge area was always stocked and clean for the guests. The bartender on this floor was very kind and friendly. The different musicians displays throughout the property was cool to see!

We had a pool right under our window, whereas pool had dj, game room, dining room with good food, medicine (advil) and even toys for the kids. I felt secured here, since the place has security guards in the evening

The resort hotel also has a swimming pool, the rooms and beds are relatively comfortable, and it is not too far from the surrounding theme parks. The hotel service staff is relatively enthusiastic and cost-effective.

All the attractions - walking distance from the hotel (less than 10 min walking. ) Sea world and other Orlando attractions 10 min driving. Rooms, after requesting to clean them, were clean and spacious

We ended up extending our stay 3 times (that's not a joke), and didn't go to Miami since we loved the stay here so much and chose Avanti over any other place in Florida

Overall - this is a family friendly, absolutely affordable, greatly located resort/hotel. I'm definitely bringing the rest of the family here

I absolutely felt loved the stay at Avanti. Front desk, especially Joycelin, were incredibly kind

near to the disneyland, fair price and great pool view, clean and excellent services

All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland

The rooms are excellent. Staff are very nice. Very big and spread out hotel. Beautiful views from rooms. And outstanding pool area. Large convention halls as well. I had a very nice stay.

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

The environment is quite good, clean and comfortable. The front desk service attitude is also excellent. The hotel has a large public area, and there's a swimming pool

Staff was great and upgraded my room for my birthday and sent me a bottle of wine and macarons. Very sweet! Room was clean and comfortable. Spa was relaxing and pool was clean and good service

The service was a problem in the restaurant and pool areas. The Ritz is connected to the JW Marriott which was great for the kids to use the new water obstacle course and water slides

Beautiful hotel, loved all the amenities. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of options, all fresh and a great omelette station. We also loved the coffee shop for a quick breakfast

You must try their wood fire pizza and the Noodle bowls at the Japanese restaurant were amazing! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The short walk to Volcano Bay was super easy and convenient!

The hotel is very modern, rooms are lovely and each floor is well designed with lifts in middle so easy access to all rooms. The staff are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you

The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun beds, towels and bar

There is a very convenient shuttle bus. The parking lot is very close to the park. The cost performance is quite high. Please note that the room is cleaned every other day, so there is no daily water and small gifts

I like this hotel. It has early bird tickets for the park. Unfortunately, there is no U-Pass. You must have a U-Pass, otherwise you will have to wait in line for a long time.

We stayed here for the early admission to the park, and for the shuttle bus. The location is so convenient for the park, and it was the best division to stay here

The room is very clean, and there is afternoon tea. The outdoor heated swimming pool is very good. There are two swimming pools and a hot spring pool

The most important thing is that it is open until 10 o'clock, unlike some hotel swimming pools that are open until 5 or 6 o'clock. I just don't understand what it means

It is not far from the four parks of Disney, and the hotel provides shuttle to and from Disney. What I like most is that every staff member and service of this hotel is so excellent

I just wish at check in the staff would tell us about their shuttle services, as we were having a hard time to find parking at Disney Spring and end up not able to visit at all

Our family spent five pleasant nights in this hotel with a very good environment around Disney. The hotel hardware is new and spacious, bright, tidy and clean

If you get bugged out by the valet service the Hilton next door has a parking garage that costs 18 dollars, I'm not sure of the details about it though. Also the bar in the hotel is pretty legit

Probably the best place that I have stayed in Orlando. I’ve tried out all the most luxurious hotels in the area and this one I rate #1

The staff was very attentive to our needs, the suite they upgraded us to was first class, the restaurant had the most amazing cuisine, and the bar area with piano player is perfect addition

The food, especially the most scrumptious breakfast buffet in the morning and the fabulous restaurant team is so delightful! And, of course, if you like swimming their pool is oh so amazing! The great people around the pool for lunch, snack, or whatever really makes a great difference! And, what a dream this pool is! So spacious, so clean, and oh so inviting

I would definitely recommend the Waldorf Astoria Orlando for their oh so amazing staff, wonderful food, great pool, and wonderful rooms! Thank you oh so much!

The hotel had great amenities. The bus schedules are a little hard to accommodate for. The rooms are spacious but definitely need some updating.

Stayed here this week and I must say it was absolutely a great stay even with two kids with one being a 1 year old toddler. From check- in to check-out everything ran smoothly

We really enjoyed our stay; the breakfast could use some improvement, but everything else was great! We'll be back.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and they even let us check in early, around 9 AM, without any extra charge, which was incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel

They offer daily turndown service and daily room cleaning, which is a big plus! Definitely recommend this place! There's a swimming pool, and the ambiance is great! The only minor drawback is that the room lighting could be a bit better

I thought it was just average at first, but later I found that this hotel is considered a good hotel in the United States. The sanitary environment is good, and the air conditioning is not noisy. Overall it is good.

This is my second stay recently. There was an exhibition going on. The floor is relatively low and it felt very damp. The makeup mirror almost fell off on the first day of stay

I called the front desk and they quietly took it away. They left a card to inform me that the room was not cleaned

If you are not looking to splurge on a pricier hotel room, but are still looking for a great location close to many restaurants, all Disney parks, friendly staff, very clean room, comfy beds at a fair rate, then this is a great choice

A little bit old But everything is perfect for me They have shuttle bus to theme park which is a service that shared with other hotel in this nearby area So you have to come ontime despite to miss them

Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces available, which was very convenient. Breakfast is not included, but the hotel is close to many restaurants and very near Disney resorts, making transportation easy

I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee Gateway during my trip to Florida and had a comfortable stay. The hotel is very convenient and easy to access. The room was spacious and came with good amenities
