Pool and hot tub was refreshing and relaxing, even have a cute 1foot deeps kid pool. Enjoyed it so much, my best friend and her husband booked a room for later this week

Sometimes looking for hotels around Disney is a painful thing. A lot of them are overrated and over priced. But we had a pleasant surprise this time around. This hotel is not only close enough (7-9 minutes

They charged me a $50 resort fee at the hotel that wasn't mentioned anywhere. com, where I booked, and they said they'd get back to me, but I haven't heard anything yet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Good facilities, good service, good breakfast but it's repetitive, they also charged me an additional $50 for internet, pool and cable that wasn't mentioned on the website when I booked.

First room was leaking water from the second floor, in the second floor literarly I killed a cockroach with the security guy at 3 AM morning in my room :)

What’s more, the beds were tidy every time we got back. The best part: it’s only 30 mins walking from Universal. That is to say, if you don’t have a car you can surely go walking to the park

The hotel is 10 minutes of walking distance for the place I needed - so, great location. The breakfast is better than in some other hotels: eggs, sausages, oat, yogurt, fresh fruits and berries

In our opinion, this is a perfect hotel. Large studio with a view of the Ferris wheel. Very friendly and helpful service. Comfortable beds, everything clean. Well-equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals

The hotel is modern, pretty clean. I enjoy the Deluxe Room with a little stove, fridge end everything what’s needed for the family. I had a beautiful view from the last floor

Breakfast was also good, with some hot dishes changing daily. We have absolutely no complaints about the smell in the lobby, as complained of by other travelers

Just across the street there are one in informal parking lot for $10 and one parking garage (for free, but not overnight parking)

The parking charge was unexpected (25$) and the parking is open and hotel is not responsible for the car

Clean lobby and room was spotless! Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great (low water pressure is a pet peeve of mine) and the towels were a bit upscale compared to other hotels

Try the tomato and grilled shrimp bisque and ask for a grilled cheese sandwich (sandwich not on the menu) for a great chilly evening dinner. Ivery close to Advent Hospital, which was our reason for staying here

Wish the 3 jets would have worked in the shower, but overall, we had nothing to complain about. The food in the bistro was great, especially for a snack while drinking. The bar had good drinks, a bit pricey but good

This was my second time staying here and both times I got Shamara to check me in and she is so welcoming and pleasant the check in process is very easy! The room is always clean and spotless

So many amenities that didn't cost extra. Quiet rooms and great area, within 20-30 minutes of just about everything and anything.

Excellent location, free parking an very secure. Very clean and has everything needed to be able to prepare your own food.

Also there’s a lot of little critters around the property like small centipedes and lizards but it’s common in Florida. Overall it was an amazing stay!

Hilton Garden Inn is a hidden gem! Very clean, great breakfast and such a friendly staff! Pam at the front desk is amazing! Always helpful, with a smile, and does whatever she can to meet your expectations with such a professional and courteous demeanor!

I would have liked to know where the pool/gym were located and the hours. The lighting inside the room is a bit sad. I was shocked by the buffet breakfast price - $18 for an extremely mediocre breakfast

Small room but didn't get to choose. Sent here after flight was canceled. Small pool, beautiful lobby. Snacks cost the same as airport food. Very nice staff.

The location is a stone's throw from SeaWorld and would be a short walk. They have a shuttle which I did not use so I can't speak to that experience. It was also very easy to get to Disney, Universal, and the airport

I am so happy I stayed at this hotel, and I will try and address some of the concerns people had that they did not support with pix. The grounds are beautiful, and the hotel appears to be well kept from the outside

I couldn't have selected a better location. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Some reviews mentioned an aroma. I think in this area I only smelled a very slight bleachy aroma once, but it was barely noticeable

I didn’t have many interactions with the staff, but the few I spoke with were all very pleasant. On top of this, the location is phenomenal for visiting Universal. There’s also an onsite Indian restaurant with great food

I’ve been a regular guest here because the convenience of being close to Universal and the nice pool make it unbeatable. While some rooms could use a little extra care, others are in great shape

It was a great place to stay as a family visiting Universal Studios. It was easy to book the shuttle although there weren’t many times to get the shuttle throughout the day or if you stayed at the park later than 9:20.

This property was a pleasant surprise. It’s a sprawling older motel-style complex that last operated as a Days Inn. The current owners seemed to put a lot of money into renovations both inside and out

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay

The pool area is a lazy river style with a beautiful layout. Lastly, there are 2 18 hole golf course located on the property

Excelent service, the receptionist was very kind to us.

The receptionist was grumpy and spoke poor English. The bed is a spring bed and makes noise. Other than that, the hotel is very well located and clean, with everything you need to spend one or two nights.

My cousin and her 4 teen boys just stayed here, based on my recommendation, last week for a last-minute trip to Universal. They said they loved this place as much as the theme parks. And rightfully so. Great place.

Rooms are huge Although they need updating (which the hotel is already begun) they are equipped with everything you need. The hotel manager is kind along with the other staff always kind and polite

Pool area looks nice too but the water was not heated and so it was freezing. Our flight coming in was delayed and we checked in at 2am

Great location for Seaworld and Discovery Cove. Loved the room and layout and the soft and comfortable bed. Pillows could be a bit firmer though. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to Orlando

Not only is it a short $7-$10 uber to Universal, but the rooms are spacious, and the shower was FANTASTIC! You can tell the staff cares about your stay, they went out of their way to make sure I had enough towels, that the room was comfortable, and that I had everything I needed

I also noticed the maintenance team painting and refreshing areas around the property. It was nice to see that kind of care happening in real time. The mini bar area was convenient, and everything felt well looked after

The bar isn't staffed at all times but the front desk agent can help with any needs there, and I got a tour of the meeting space which has some really great potential! Plenty of space and very clean

Vanessa, the General Manager, was around and attentive, making sure everything was running well. Tina at the front desk was kind and helpful, and Stella from sales went out of her way to assist us

The hotel facilities were great, and it was very close to the airport. The only downside was that when I checked in, I told the hotel I had a car, but they didn't ask for my license plate number

Amazing service! They have a breakfast every morning from 6-930 that is hot and fresh (cooked there) with a variety. Hotel rooms are very clean, workers are friendly and helpful, and pool is attended to

There was a fee for parking, but since we were members of the rewards program, they gave us a waiver code so parking was free. It was a lovely stay for a room we booked at the last minute

Our room was spacious with 2 beds, a couch/ottoman, desk, refrigerator, closet, and a small divider between the beds and the sitting area. The sink was separate from the toilet/shower

When I checked out, there was a receipt on my car, and when I went to pay, I found that in addition to the parking fee, they also charged a service fee

Staff was friendly the room was clean it was easy to check in and check out.

The only thing housekeeping on the second day after I asked for towels in the afternoon was bring the towels and wipe down the sink in the bathroom. That’s all they did for the rest of our stay

The ice machine was very loud outside of our room and all of the requests I had made on the reservation were ignored- no extra blankets or towels and our room was no where near the top floor

Little silly you cant get water anywhere in the building and most especially the gym. There is no shuttle so you will need to drive if going to the the theme parks, breakfast is $10 per adult and $7 per kid

This is a great hotel! My family enjoyed our stay and we will most likely stay here again in our next visit to Orlando. Key points are: clean and elegant rooms, professional staff, and great overall service

Hi the internet was slow and unestable, the breakfast was excelent with many options to chocar from, the staff was very very good. In summary the stay was excellent!.

They did lose a star because there were a few missed items, we booked a room for 2 but we're only given 1 towel, we called for a shuttle and were told it would be 15-20 minutes and 8 minutes later an irate call came in asking us why we weren't at the car while we were just in the doors staying out of the heat ready for pickup, could have been our error but the tone was a bit uncalled for

Oddly enough - and very annoying - was the absence of a closet or something in which to hang clothes! I asked the friendly staff and manager twice for a closet, was assured one would be provided when I was available to allow access, but one never showed in my 10 day booking

The customer service was very good and whenever we had any questions or complaints they addressed them promptly. The breakfast was a basic continental but did suffice. I had too much to do so didn't use the pool

Uncomfortable Hello when I first arrived I had to wait for the manager the front door lobby was locked and then while I stayed I had to call using my phone because there was no room phone I never met house keeping for stuff like extra towels or tissue

The water in the shower was nice and hot and the ac was cold! The rooms were pretty updated and looked like it was done not to long ago. The pool was cold and pretty clean too

Room is what you would expect for the price but does the job. Room service asked what we were in need of as we left one morning and we told them just towels would be fine. We weren't expecting anything that day

I actually do really like this hotel. I've never really had an issue. Less than 10 minutes away from Disney parks which I love. There's an ice machine in the office which I use for my cooler at the park

Room was clean. Bar and restaurant are excellent. We arrived at 10am after a cruise and they were able to get us in a room by 11. Sam the bartender is amazing and good fun. Will stay again and again.

We didn’t eat there since we was visiting family and we headed to the port. We used Black Clover Transportation. Great service also they took us to the port and brought us back to MCO
