The front desk workers are nice and kind, and response email very fast ! The cons: hot water in the shower is too hot, and feel burning on the skin when taking shower, even adjust to the lowest still burning hot

Pros: The room is clean , no pest, no cockroaches. And they provided lotion in the bathroom, which is very helpful, because the hot water on shower was very hot on skin

And the hot water machine in the lobby was broken, so no hot water to drink in the cold weather, and breakfast is cold. If they fix these two minor issues, I will gladly stay again ! Generally it’s a nice place

It offers a standard continental breakfast; it would be even better if they had hot scrambled eggs and sausages. The surrounding amenities are great, and transportation is easily accessible

This Spark by Hilton hotel seems to have been recently upgraded. The service was excellent and consistent, and the rooms were quite clean

Generally clean in North America hotels. The breakfast is very simple. Location is good for both Universal and Disney

Always go out of my way to write excellent reviews when given great customer service. Checked in on 09/03 at 1am, the gentleman working at night was GREAT

Next to the trail- beautiful! the room was spacious and the view to the river very great. close to malls and all points of interest. We loved Farah!! and the breakfast. Pool was great too.

This hotel has seriously earned and will keep my business!! Twice now the team has come through for me in the most exceptional way! Once when I was checking in, I realized I had accidentally booked a King instead of double Queens

They even got my the West-facing room I requested because it's seriously got great sunset views!! Another time, Teriel, also at the front desk, was able to help reunite me with something I had left behind in my room

The hotel in general was very clean. The room was clean and spacious enough, all toiletries were filled and you can call for extra items. The staff was courteous and friendly. Best part is the free breakfast.

I was on the second floor and only had people below me who appeared to sleep during the day and stay outside at night. I like this resort due to it's proximity to the parks and the safety of the area

Check in was late because of traffic in Jacksonville. I've stayed here a few times already with no issues. When I got there, nobody was at the front desk. Sign said they would return soon

I walked into the back office and asked if anyone was there and sure enough, the clerk was in the back; The front door has no Bell or Chime to let them know someone entered the lobby

This hotel was beyond our expectations. Great location near most of the big attractions like disney, seaworld, aquatica etc. Comfortable bed, clean room and it felt safe.

Location is great, but room was not swept properly and i had to go to the front desk to ask for towels because house keeping forget to put towels in the room at check in

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. It is right across from the Eye, Madame Tussauds , and Ripley's. But, the bathroom had some rusted areas as well as stains on the floor

The room was comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was acceptable on the weekend, but weekday lacked cereal and fruit. Alsono cream cheese for bagels. The staff are polite, and courteous

Nicely maintained older motel/hotel. Eggs , moderatly friendly staff and VERY BUSY ! Beds pretty good. TVs are newer but a little small. Room had a nice refrigerator but no microwave

We stayed here for a short trip to Orlando and found it to be a good value for the price. This is clearly a budget hotel, so expectations should be realistic—but what really stood out was the service

Shout out to Roslyn at the front desk, she is so kind and sweet and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to ensure our needs were met! The room itself was clean and functional

From check-in to housekeeping, everyone made an effort to smile, answer questions, and make us feel comfortable, which honestly goes a long way and made the stay much more pleasant

Nothing fancy, but it had what we needed: a comfortable bed, decent water pressure, and a quiet enough environment to rest after long days out

Our room was spacious and comfortable. We would stay there again while visiting our family in Orlando. We did not go to any parks but if you were visiting parks you would be close

Everything was great! Beds were comfortable. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed. Close to everything and very quiet. We would definitely stay there again!!

My only suggestion is make it more clear when booking confirmation is sent, if you are checking in after hours to contact security on the phone beside the front door

Only complaint was from my husband about the quality of the coffee in our room. Easily solved but he wanted me to state that

Pool, hot tub, sauna, whirlpool tub in master, 2 queen size beds, nice kitchen, all patios are screened in and face the pool. They have several grills and firepit for nice evenings

Apartment is quite big. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. We had a great stay.

The room showed some wear and occasionally had a slight musty smell, which is common in budget hotels in Orlando due to humidity. Housekeeping was provided every other day, with fresh linens and towels

The hotel is older and could use some renovations, but it meets basic needs. A positive point is the absence of carpets (at least on our floor), with hard flooring that helps with cleanliness

I strongly recommend The Monumental Movieland Hotel. It's the only place I stay when I go to Central Florida. The prices are more than fair, considering you're staying right on "I-Drive"

The hotel is on International Drive, about 5–10 minutes from Universal CityWalk, and close to Icon Park, Premium Outlets, restaurants, and attractions, making it very convenient

The folks are very nice and accommodating. And the location is close to everything you may want or need

Since we spent most of our time outside, it worked well. Overall, a good value for the location

It's on a busy road, but near a fantastic pizza place and just minutes away from the business I stayed in Orlando for. I would definitely stay here again!

The return shuttle from Universal to the hotel was at 6:00 PM, which felt a bit early for us, so we took a city bus instead. It was only $2, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient

There is one shuttle bus per day from the hotel to Universal and one returning to the hotel. To get to Epic, you need to transfer buses, but it wasn’t too difficult

I stayed here with a friend to visit Universal. The room was very clean and thoroughly maintained, with attention to every detail

The staff were also very kind and friendly throughout our stay

Was happily surprised at the size and condition of our room. I don’t know if we were upgraded because we weren’t told, but it was awesome

The ability to literally walk across the street to grab extra clothing or personal items at the several stores was helpful!!

We were 5 adults so the space was really convenient, clean and specially the kitchen helped a lot to decrease the expenses on our trip. The pool and activities are very good. WiFi has cost.

We have been going to all of Westgate resorts for over 31 years. This is one of their most updated decor facilities in the area. It is a smaller…more hotel style as opposed to a resort style

Very nice hotel. We had a pool/pond facing deluxe 2 bedroom suite. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Shuttle to attractions. Right there close to everything.

We actually like that sometimes as big resorts can get overwhelming. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is nice, the pool is clean, but the food we haven’t tried

Very comfortable place and very upscale. I had a nice time at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was ok and the Apple juice and orange juice was watered down way too much

It isn't 5 star accomodation but for what it is it sure gets 5 stars from me and I hope to visit again someday

But, it was kept impeccably clean, as to not look broken. Couldn't find another one on the floors. The front desk sent me out to the pool. - Lighting fixtures all cracked, yellowed, and glued/taped together

Next morning I packed a bag with the thoughts I might not me able to get back in my room for a while. BUT went into the hallway and the door locked (duh) and tried the card again

I would also say that the hotel engineer does his/her best to repair and optimize things with what appears to be a maintenance budget of ZERO. The hotel is old and rundown

(If not for the great housekeeping, the shower would have been a mildew-coated pit. - NO TOWEL BARS! - The ironing board legs wouldn't lock and it wouldn't stand up

Nice resort, older but maintained well. Easy walk to the Marriott hotel restaurants. Our only complaint is the loud “club” music playing at the pool

We expected they would change up the music, but they played the same music all the days we were at the pool. Also the volume was too high for such a small pool. Was not a great or relaxing pool experience

Nice, large patio area for outside seating. The grounds were immaculate as well. Tons of activities for families to do and multiple pools and courts for basketball, tennis, etc. I highly recommend and would return

There was a nice, large dining and living area. Full sized appliances and washer and dryer that were in mint condition. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for preparing food

Excellent accommodation with ample size and room to relax. Kitchen was great however could do with resticking / refreahing the equipment as some items where missing. Family had a great time

Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around orlando

There is a reason why it is cheap. Color steel house no bath towels The air conditioner is like a tank and is too noisy no slippers

This review is strictly on the service. The front desk and was nice and helpful. But most of all the maid service was great. She was always willing to help and very, very nice

The location was great and so was the price. I was scared after reading the reviews but I had a great experience. The beds are extremely comfortable and free of bed bugs

This hotel was the most trashiest place I have ever been at. The beds smell like cigarettes, even though it says NO SMOKING. And it says “Free WiFi” and there was a password

The food was good but it was a bit loud

Service was extraordinarily fast and friendly, easily accessible location, not overly packed, quiet as well but still lots to do such as an exercise room, swimming pool, and a bar. Room was pretty large with a king bed

There is a park opposite with some Ferris wheels and other mobile games. It would be nice if there was a shower head and more hooks for clothes and towels in the shower

Is next to an excellent Korean hot pot and barbecue. A Dennys is also next door.

Very clean, staff were very friendly and overall no complaints I will be staying here again

We stayed for a total of 6 nights. The waiter did not come to clean us and change the sheets and towels every day. We told the front desk once that it had not been changed for 2 days and asked the waiter to change it

It was clean and had good customer service only thing that I didn’t like was the pool was not how it is In the pictures it’s very small other than that it was nice

When we went out and returned to the hotel in the evening, it was still not changed. Go get a clean one and change it yourself. Breakfast only had energy bars and juice machines. It felt like there was no breakfast

The people who work here made the stay exceptional. Amanda, Ishmael, Elena, Kala, Skyla…everyone!  I was waiting for my visa to move to England and had to keep extending my stay

Overnight stay after a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Checked out before breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Some late night road noise (loud mufflers and racing motorcycles) on Alafaya is the only negative

First of all, the hotel's front desk and other staff were all very hospitable. We arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock

Although the facilities in the room were a bit old and there was a train passing by constantly beside, making it relatively noisy, which might not be suitable for the elderly, it was still within our acceptable range

Although we couldn't check in early, the front desk asked us to leave our contact information and said they would notify us for free early check-in once the room was cleaned

When we checked in, the staff also kindly led us to the room and introduced the basic facilities before leaving

If I come again next time, I will also choose to stay at this hotel

What a kooky little piece of Winter Park history! The entire staff were lovely. Everything was clean and had character. Did trains go by at different times? Yes. Could I hear the people in the room next to me? Sure

There's not much to attract guests; for example, there is no restaurant or bar on-site. While music plays in the lobby, it doesn’t extend to the pool area

Great for a weekend getaway with the family. Full size kitchen with plenty of utensils to fix a nice breakfast! Washer and dryer are very convenient too.

Great location for conference at Marriott world center Orlando

All the staff super friendly. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Pool area very nice and added o option of using the pool at the world center and a free bus to get you there. All very awesome!!

The rainy season room is arranged on the second floor, which is clean and comfortable, spacious, with great kitchenware and laundry room. The price-performance ratio is too high
