We got a day pass here to kill time until our flight after our cruise. We were able to pay a little extra to check in early. They have a great restaurant and a pool. Room was clean and all staff was super friendly

As an AV geek, the location was excellent with prime views of the main runways at MCO from either the pool deck or the Hemispheres restaurant (which was excellent—pricey, but excellent)

Staying at this hotel inside the airport was extremely convenient. Because the hotel is located within the airport, we felt very relaxed and had plenty of time before our flight the next day

This was a perfect 1 night stay prior to departing for a Disney cruise. The room was excellent; the 6th floor has a lovely garden walk area with the largest monstera plant I’ve ever seen

The front desk was also very knowledgeable about the Disney cruise transfer process which helped calm anxieties as first time cruisers with Disney

I also forgot to reserve a crib but they brought one up quickly—adding some small travels of baby shampoo and baby lotion was a super nice touch

Beautiful hotel, food is very good, service is great, great location, the grounds is amazingly beautiful tropical plants and trees. I love the heated pools and lazy river.

Great place to stay! Building 4 was awesome. Make sure you take advantage of everything though, from the pools to the volleyball area. The shop isn't too bad either, quite reasonable prices!

The hotel facilities are good. You can see a corner of Disney's fireworks from the room. The hotel has a dedicated shuttle bus to take guests to several Disney parks at fixed times, which is very convenient.

Very good, you can see the fireworks, the bed is big, you can sleep in a bed with a child

The room is clean and tidy. There is no hot water kettle. You can only use the coffee machine to make some hot water. The hotel will also charge an additional resort tax.

I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed in the jr suite. And the blanket was so skimpy, I ask for another. Also, the pool was not heated at all the night of the 24th. Completely unable to use.

They also have a lot of cool anemities like a starbucks on the main floor, arcade, bar to relax in and a little shop for your necessities. Amazing experience, will hopefully be staying there in the future

Room was clean and very close to attractions. Had some issues but it was taken care of. Now that I’m aware of the fees I would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was unique and the decor was fun! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and attentive!

It’s improved over the years. I’ve been coming here for years but this time, it’s changed for the better. It’s always been a great place but seriously so incredible

We booked this hotel to visit Disney Springs - to our surprise they had our room ready early which was so lovely and convenient

We chose this location because we had to make an unexpected trip to the children's hospital from out of town for my daughter and did not have time to find a dog sitter so the fact that they allowed dogs was a big plus! Sebastien at the front desk was amazing and made the stay even better

It was nice to learn of a security guard roaming the grounds. We decided to use the pool and we were impressed by the size and the resort feel it presented. To learn it was heated was just a bonus

We returned to the room and the topic of our conversation was how impressed we were with the resort feel at a hotel value. We decided to cancel our previous reservations and return to this hotel for (4) additional nights

!!! They have an awesome pool with a slide fun times for all. The pool area is totally inviting and relaxing. There was a hot tub at one time, but no more…. they offer a hot breakfast buffet

Consistent total focus and commitment to exceeding hotel guest and customer expectations. Each and every employee we met, were courteous, smiled and constantly asked what they could do to ensure we were enjoying our stay

Clean, beautiful rooms with daily housekeeping service. Beds are so comfortable, pillows are perfect. Keurig coffee in each room, fridge, water bottles resupply is endless, chocolates on pillow… Not kidding

They called us before our arrival to confirm details, surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, and even helped us celebrate our anniversary with champagne and chocolates in our room — such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better for a Disney trip — walking distance to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, and convenient access to the Disney transportation system

There is currently no way to track bus locations or schedules in real time through the app, which would make a big difference. If this feature were added, the Swan Reserve would be absolutely perfect for a Disney stay

You can take a boat or bus to both parks, with the boat being more convenient (you'll need to catch it at the Swan Hotel). It's a bit further to the other two parks, requiring a bus, but it's still very convenient

I have a lot of reviews to post and while I'm going to focus primarily on recognizing the outstanding experiences, I will take the time to also point out a few "way over-rated" experiences

Normal for America in general and the location of the hotel in Orlando. Please note there is a surcharge for proximity to amusement parks (Disneyland tax)

Great location for visiting Disney. Lobby bar was well stocked and staff were lovely particularly Sidika who was very friendly and attentive

Christina was very happy and bubbly and welcoming. Greater us the moment we walked in the door. She wa she re patient with us. Explained the drinks to us and happy hour

It’s been a long time since I had a bar tender service like Christina game. And we are here from Cleveland Ohio on vacation. Thank you Christina for your awesome service

The room had full beds, too small for two adults. There was no bench, sofa, or anything to place suitcases

Would recommend to families who want to stay close to fast food services and the parks

It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub

My room had an issue with the door. The staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with better view in quiet area as we needed. We liked the interior and comfort. It is close to many places to eat and hang out

The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days. 

com did not clarify tye parking fee which was a surprise. Other than that, we were very happy with the staff and service at Sheraton North Orlando

The facility was clean and well kept. The service was good. Thank you Trip.com for the discounted price.

Great Waterpark and they have nice rooms although kinda old but they replenished towels each day and made our bed each day. But no microwave in our room, we had to ask for one. Close to lots of tourist spots

the gym is ok most the machines didn't work, washer and dryer is five dollars a peice the pools are heated

I would recommend CoCo Key to anyone because its on International Dr. & EVERYTHING you can imagine is on this strip (walking distance). Try it out for yourself, you wont be disappointed

They charge a higher resort fee than what's advertised charged me for parking even tho I didn't bring a car, the all you can eat breakfast was lack luster you'd be better off going to Dennys you'll get more bang for you buck

all the food is over priced except the ice cream shop, it was a pleasant experience for my girls. There are a lot of places to eat out side of the resort that's worth it

The rooms could use some updating but all in all nice place. The water park in awesome for being at a hotel. There is another pool that is outside and it's heated

The DVD rentals were a fun bonus, and the amount of pools and jacuzzis on the property was awesome. Staff was friendly, and the different activities throughout the day were entertaining

Also, there was some pretty confusing communication around housekeeping — I was told it was included, then told I had to request it, then told that was misspoken… and then came back to my room to find housekeeping had serviced it anyway

A couple things could use improvement though. The activity center felt way too crowded, and mixing it with the kids’ area wasn’t ideal

The room itself was great — spacious bathroom and shower (loved that), a huge balcony, and everything felt clean and comfortable

Just a bit all over the place communication-wise. The outdoor TV placement was also a little odd, but not a big deal. Still a solid stay and a great property overall — just a few tweaks away from being a full 5 stars

I have stayed here twice and both times it’s been excellent. It’s convenient to everything, it’s clean, staff is very accommodating and responsive to requests, and just overall great place to stay.

We traveled as a group of four (three adults and one minor) and the apartment-style unit was incredibly comfortable: two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, individual beds, and fully adjustable AC/heat (which was great because Orlando unexpectedly got very cold)

But with that said I would say give it a chance as we were not disappointed. Great little playground behind the pool for the little ones to play at

I really enjoyed my time there. The pool is clean and big enough for the guests

We booked this hotel almost without reading reviews, and after checking them on Google Maps a few weeks before the trip, I was honestly nervous (noise, hot water issues, not great for rest)

Great location (10–15 minutes from the parks), free parking (first come, first served), and very friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Orlando!

Noise wasn’t an issue for us—only minor sounds from neighbors on one day. The only downside is the lack of elevators, but the hotel provides luggage carts, so it was manageable

the pool area is nice, could be a bit cleaner. Its difficult to get a hold of anyone in the front office by the phone so be warned. All in all we are happy with our experience we will definitely be back

It's a problem the hotel could solve by removing the carpets! The breakfast is very good! To lessen the smell, you have to keep the air conditioning on 24 hours a day

The hotel is good, but the smell of wet, moldy carpet is very strong

The resort is in a great location, there are multiple clean and heated pools. We stayed 3 nights and I'd say overall I'd do it again. Don't expect much other than that at this resort

The view was nice and peaceful, service was nice

Perfect spot to rest after a Disney park, but that's it. You gotta know that it's just a place to crash after you're doomed from being the whole day at the parks. Good parking, and there's a pharmacy next, just in case

I randomly picked this hotel among many in the resort area. The front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was nice. Overall, it was a pretty standard, older American chain hotel – nothing spectacular, nothing terrible

We booked two rooms, one with a mini lounge which we enjoyed as we gather there for NYE! The view is also good from our room which is 252 in bldg E, we can see the pool and the whole hotel

We had high hopes for this hotel, but the service was quite mediocre. Our bath towels weren't changed daily, and the toilet paper wasn't replaced when it was running low. Very disappointing.

The room was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The outdoor pool area was lovely, and the food outlet was convenient with reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful and had a great service attitude.

The swimmimg pool with kiddie slide was a huge hit for my 7 year old! There was also a large movie screen for viewing although nobody ensured the content was applicable to kids.

Our five year old had his birthday while we were there and the waitress overheard us and got the waitstaff to sign a card and bring a cake for him at breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again any chance we get

The only complaint I had was they forgot to put wash clothes in your room a few mornings. Other than that it is a 5 star. All the personnel are best in their class. For the front desk to house keeping

We got put in the melia due to an error at the hotel we were supposed to stay at cancelling our booking when we were supposed to arrive. What an absolute blessing in disguise

The amenities for this hotel are great. The pool was great and the sun beds were dotted around. The rooms are such a disappointment after entering a bright airy lobby

My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights but we wish we could have stayed longer because we loved it! The rooms are huge and clean and lovely, and the pool is so big and pretty, and I LOVE that their pool & hot tub has plenty of handicap/wheelchair accessibilities and assistance machines for people with difficulty walking, it's very considerate and many hotels do not have that, that I've seen before

  The furniture is old and the rooms generally feel dirty and need some attention. I used a towel to mop up some water I spilt and it was so dirty we asked them to come in to wash the floors

I arrived early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. I was planning to store my luggage and go straight to Magic Kingdom, but they actually let me check in early and drop my bags in the room.

Room was a good size, large tv, bathroom was nice and had a tub which is always a plus when traveling with kids. We had great water pressure and hot water for our entire stay

When we checked in our body wash was empty and that was promptly replaced then the conditioner ran out before we checked out but that never got replaced

Housekeeping was kind of hit or miss, they wouldn’t always replenish the cups, coffee, tea and stuff like that

Rooms were fairly quiet, there are 3 elevators in the tower so we never had to wait long for an elevator

The basket of towels on the bathroom sink is one of the cutest things I've seen in a hotel in quite awhile

Ivo and Laura at the front desk have been incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful with every question and concern I've had—they really go above and beyond! The room is clean and comfortable, and honestly, the bed is one of the best I've ever slept on

I’ve stayed at hotels where that was an issue! The Staff, especially guest service was available to answer all the questions I had and were very respectively and responsive! The pool was great, and I just enjoyed my overall experience

For $65, to get a king bed on the 6th floor in a very clean room overlooking a lake. This place is well worth it! Honestly, the front desk staff here were fantastic as well. Big shout out to Ivo and Gabriel

Not only did Laura, one of the front receptionists, set us up in a room with a great view of the little lake out front of our hotel (Best Western Gateway), but she even gave us a great tip for the shuttles to get us to universal studios! A few minor things to point though would be that the door key is highly sensitive so if you end up going through a metal detector at the theme parks, or have any...

However my trip was split and I did return to same hotel due to its friendly staff, proximity to favoured eateries and airport. Would definitely stay again if in area

Bed was very comfortable and pillows were what you expect from a good Hilton Hotel. Breakfast was the cherry on top as it was fresh and delicious

Great location - close to airport with transfers and friendly staff. Had one issue with room that slightly affected the hour that it happened

Then we were enjoyed the pool and had a great meal and service service at the bar lounge in the atrium

The facilities of this hotel are relatively new, and there is a huge Christmas tree in the lobby 🎄, which is very beautiful! The staff took the initiative to give delicious cookies during check-in and check-out

Our bathroom needed some tending to (see pic below), -the staff were quick and courteous to come and repair both the slow running toilet and the broken shower gel

Great location if you are interested in visiting Universal. Also, it is located right on International Boulevard which has a time of locations to eat and play. Shuttle service to the parks as well

But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why

They told me they only clean on the fourth day so I asked them to start cleaning my room since I was gonna be there for three nights so they clean the second night

My parents were left to wait in the lobby and was not able to let in to the room even when their name was on the reservation because of not having the key card. Pictures on the website are misleading

There is a small pool, although we did not use it. Manager Rebecca was extremely helpful and nice. Her positive attitude while answering our questions is what made us decide to stay there and we do not regret it

First time staying in Rosen Inn Pros: Shuttle service. Cons: cheap appliances (hair dryer was a fire hazard it caught fire) and no replacement was available

Multiple pools, mini golf, pool, fooseball, ping pong, daily activities, restaurants, competitions- very family friendly

Provided coffee, filters, salt & pepper, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent (laundry was free) and dish soap - also shampoo, conditioner and body soap! It had all the essentials. We will be back again for sure

A great resort for families plenty of activities my kids loved it more than going to the Disney parks however the one thing I would recommend is at least give a heads up to guests if the splash park is not available prior to checking in! However they did have a shipwreck pool Where kids could play and enjoy themselves and a slide

We had a great stay at Marriott’s Harbor Lake. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The pool grill is really great too. Nothing but praise for the Marriott Harbour Lake

perfect for my dietary restrictions. large table in the dinning room. perfect for me to catch up on some work. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to really explore the property more

Clean, modern, comfortable and well kept. The pool is beautiful, well designed and clean. There is a separate kid friendly area with fun water features, again CLEAN and well maintained

The staff of the Hotel is AMAZING. They are kind, solve everything and make you feel like home. Suoer close to universal and to the wholefoods :)

It would be nice if the shuttle service was just a bit more user friendly, and if the lighting in the room was a bit brighter

The place was awesome we were close to the pool and everything worked out well. There was an issue with the tv s, we could not get them to work, but that wasn’t why we were there so not a big deal

The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and courteous. We will gladly continue staying here and using Vstays when we travel to Orlando

Point of my email is that the cottage we were given at 2992 salted rim road did not have hot water that was available for us, making the stay uncomfortable because bathing in cold to warm water is not really ideal and it did dampen the stay

I have stayed at Margaritaville the past 4 christmases and the cottages have been great with no issues. This cottage was clean and well kept the only issue is that from day one the hot water was not working

Night two an outside company came and the guy came Christmas night and said he was lighting something outside. The water eventually got warm but no where near hot or comfortable enough to take a shower

The reception desk people were not the friendliest. Resort shuttle service from the cottages to the main lobby should be a 24 hr service because it was quite a distance to walk
